  • It’s curious that this fragrance, declaring different notes than Lattafa Ishq Gold and Rosendo Mateu N5, smells the same. Perhaps in this Ameer’s case, with a slightly green touch, barely perceptible, it feels identical to RM5 in the air. If I had to choose between Ishq Gold and Ameer, which would I pick? By price, I’d go with Ameer, found for around 20€ versus the 35 or 40€ of Ishq Gold. Both perform equally and deliver the same vibe as an alternative to RM5. I also recommend checking out Domino Essence 05 by Maison Alhambra. In my opinion, it’s more versatile than the Lattafa versions and a more accomplished RM5 clone, less dense in saffron and cloves, with simply excellent performance and trail.

  • It smells exactly like Lattafa’s Badee Al Oud (Oud for Glory), but with notably superior performance. Although it’s not a beast, it’s a perfectly decent perfume for the price it has.

Hello! I bought this fragrance because of its price, as it seems very cheap and accessible. Now it performs very well regarding value for money; by far the most redeeming feature is its fixation and long-lasting performance on skin with a dense but not overwhelming trail. It gives a sense of warmth and is aromatic for formal occasions and dates, perfect for cold climates and transitional seasons. I wouldn’t recommend it for hot climates, as it could be overpowering. It’s a fulfilling perfume for its price with an excellent spicy aroma, featuring cloves, incense, and woody notes. It performs very well, doesn’t disappoint, give it a try! A unique scent you should own.

  • It does resemble the Sable Dorado, but I find it cleaner, less synthetic, and therefore more versatile. I need to test the longevity more, but for now it’s quite good, although in the dry down many Lattafa scents smell almost identical.

  • I’m not usually into sweet fragrances, but I quite like this one. The cloves are very noticeable alongside the oud, and in a way it smells like an expensive perfume. Lasts over 12 hours on my skin with decent trail and projection, and I think the best part is the super low price. Highly recommended.

  • Spectacular fragrance. The opening is strong, I suppose due to the pepper, but the dry down is exquisite and very sweet. I’ll let it macerate for a while to see if the opening improves, but I already love it. Lasting power is brutal; it lasts all day, and if worn in the afternoon/evening, you can still smell it the next day. Update: The opening has improved after several months and longevity has increased. On skin, it lasts over 24 hours. It doesn’t project much, but the longevity is beastly.

  • Super cool bottle with a stag’s head, Pantera style, featuring a black velvet body. 10 points. It opens very spicy, but dries down to a delicious sweetness. Pity it lacks projection and longevity. An exquisite fragrance with great value for money. Its only flaw is its staying power.

  • Very striking bottle with a stag head (like Pina Dora), a velvet black body, ten points. Initially quite spicy, then upon drying down it becomes a delicious sweetness that unfortunately doesn’t project or last long enough. An exquisite fragrance with excellent value for money. Its only sin is longevity.

  • Good fragrance, lasts 9 hours on skin with a comfortable projection and a nice inspiration from RM5’s Night, Winter, and Autumn. Not for daytime or summer wear, but it’s a 20/10.

  • Personally, to give you an idea, it smells like an Arabian shop, with incense and mixed aromas; I don’t know how to explain it, but personally the hype is very high for something so basic. However, for quality and price (around $20), it’s decent. I had to sell it because I didn’t like it at all; it projects well but the scent stays there and nothing more. TRY IT BEFORE BUYING; it’s not suitable for every nose.

  • Just to give you an idea, it smells like an Arabian incense shop with blends; I can’t quite put it into words. The hype is insane for something so basic, but the value for money (around $20) is decent. I had to sell it because I just didn’t like it; it projects well but the scent fades almost immediately. Try it before buying; it’s not for every nose.

  • Good perfume. Nine hours on skin, comfortable projection, and a good interpretation of the RM5 Night. Ideal for winter and autumn, not for daytime or summer. It’s a 20/10.

  • Very good value for the price. On me, it initially smells of burnt plastic and synthetic notes, but after an hour, it’s something else: spiced with a sweet base. I don’t detect the floral or oud notes; to me, it’s spices and vanilla. If you sense the vetiver base, I highly recommend it for cold nights. It has good longevity and moderate projection; it’s given me good compliments. If you apply it about 30 minutes before heading out, it’s perfect.

  • Captivating and different. It’s one of those you wear and wake up the next day with the scent still on your skin; clothes retain a soft fragrance even after washing. My wife looks spectacular in it; it’s one of her favourites. I detect a touch of leather not listed in the notes. When I tried Ameer al Oudh Intense, it initially smelled similar but later evolved into something sweeter. Undoubtedly elegant, it smells like a stylish, semi-formal person with money. I don’t beat around the bush; I use it whenever I fancy. It’s for solitary people because it accompanies you all day. Excellent after three months of oxidation.

  • A perfume for formal occasions; the scent can be invasive for some. Longevity and projection are top-notch. Update: it’s the perfume that has given me the most compliments.

  • For formal occasions; some might find it intrusive. Longevity and projection are top-notch. Update: it’s the one that’s given me the most compliments.

  • Incredible scent, but be warned: it’s not for everyone. Some have disliked it. It’s a niche fragrance and people say it’s a dupe of Rosendo Mateu N°5, an expensive scent. To me, it’s nocturnal, warm, thick, sweet, and enigmatic. The clove is very noticeable, like in incense or candles. Ideal for an elegant dinner at a luxury restaurant; it evokes long shirts and suits in cold or rainy weather. It’s 100% masculine, projects well, and lasts. I lent it to a friend and he noticed it for hours. I own all three Cierzos and each is brutal and unique; I love all three, though this is my favourite. They’re a 9 out of 10. 9.5/10.

  • Smells fantastic; I save it for New Year’s parties or cold weather. It’s warm and rich, highly recommended.
