Biografia Desperte by Natura is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2014, this composition was created by Verônica Kato and Olivier Cresp. In its opening, the top notes unfold a vibrant freshness with red apple and lemon, an acidic lime that awakens the senses. The heart of the fragrance reveals floral and fruity elegance thanks to the calla lily, also known as muguete, accompanied by the freshness of bamboo and the sweetness of peach. To close, the base notes offer a warm, woody and sensual trail with natural musk, cedar, sandalwood and amber.

I was surprised by the trail, longevity and delicacy. It’s very fruity – the red apple takes the lead but without being cloying; on the contrary, it’s very soft, delicate and feminine.

I’d define it as the perfume I’d wish the on-call doctor had. A delicious fresh and fruity aroma. The first impression is of juicy apples with a hint of lemon and delicate green notes, which I believe are bamboo. As time passes, the base becomes more woody with sandalwood, nothing powdery. Ideal for morning wear, perfect for women with a busy routine.
A beautiful fragrance. On my skin type, few perfumes last long; Agatha Ruiz de la Prada’s Flower or Valentino’s Valentina are very fleeting on me. Here, I’m catching this cheerful Natura scent on my wrist. Reasonable price, clean, happy, fresh and dynamic aroma. Smells of a bright, sweet red apple. Worth wearing every day, except for very formal occasions. Happy with this eau de toilette.

It smells of soft, fresh apple – nothing cloying. I’m so glad to have found it, as I avoid sweet perfumes; I get bored with them after just a touch. This one is perfectly balanced, sitting right between fruity, floral, green and aquatic notes. It was love at first sniff. The trail is gentle and with this, it’s impossible to offend anyone. I think this is my ‘find of the year’ (even though 2021 has only just begun). Thank goodness it doesn’t smell of talcum powder, as I react badly to it, even slightly. To my nose, the apple dominates with a fresh aquatic hint of bamboo. I love that the bottle is red; it reminds me of a red apple. Simply beautiful!!!

It’s a pleasant scent but… it smells very much like room spray, taxi perfume or shop air fresheners. It lasts the same amount of time and if you lose it, no harm done; just buy the apple-scented bathroom spray and you’re sorted.

Very nice, not so strong as to be missed, but it was my favourite Biografía back in the day and it performed well. I’m looking for something floral, rich yet non-intrusive for my enclosed office, with good longevity as I spend nine hours there. This fitted the bill perfectly, but they’ve discontinued it.
