A classic! Eau du Coq is old-school, fresh, refined, and elegant, reminiscent of Eau Sauvage but without the fruity notes, with Guerlain as the queen here. The opening is fresh with luminous, well-dosed citrus; the bergamot gives it that typical refinement. Lavender and neroli add the floral touch; the dry-down is light, gentle, and balanced, with noticeable oakmoss. It’s that classic scent from before, from when I was young, suitable for everyone and brings back memories of sunny days. It’s a pleasure to wear, even if it doesn’t last long. Great blend!
