Bejar hits the mark again. His expert hand knows how to dose without overdoing it, combining notes to the millimetre, achieving an unexpected elegance for this Phos. The citrus notes blend with florals and wood, resulting in a fresh, green, summery scent that is comforting with a pleasant sweetness. The longevity on my skin is more than satisfactory. It evokes that idyllic moment of relief under a tree, far from modern stress, with a pure sense of cleanliness, like bathing in a lake surrounded by nature. An incredible proposal, tried thanks to Monsieurleather.
I’ve had this Béjar on my radar for years, wary that it might be ‘weird’ like other scents in the Vibrational collection, until a YouTube review encouraged me to buy it. I’ve loved it: original yet rich in olfactory depth. Its neon green hue and lively air suggest an undeclared mint or peppermint accord that adds a mentholated freshness. It’s a strange fragrance, hard to deconstruct, smelling of green-floral-woody with a sweet balsamic and addictive touch. I wear it all year round, but it shines in the heat where it lasts longer and projects well. At 13 degrees, it lasted 3-4 hours on my skin. Discontinued, but available for under 50 euros. The only downside is the monstrous and vulgar bottle for 50ml. Worth it for this green kryptonite elixir for summer.
It’s been on my Béjar radar for years, but I didn’t dare try it for fear it might be weird, until I saw a video and got the courage. I don’t know the Creed one, but this Phos seems original and rich to me. It has a phosphorescent green colour and a lively air, perhaps due to an unlisted mint or peppermint accord that gives it a mentholated freshness. It’s a strange fragrance; I don’t smell the individual ingredients, but it’s floral-green-woody with a constant sweet touch, like a balsamic peppermint musk, curious and addictive. I see it as usable all year round, but it performs better with heat: at 13 degrees it lasted 3-4 hours projecting, then another few hours on the skin; with heat, it can last two hours longer. It’s discontinued but can be found for under €50, which is good value for a niche scent. The only downside is its monstrous and vulgar packaging for 50ml. A minor issue for this green kryptonite elixir that I love for summer. Au revoir!
Hello! Bejar lives in the shadows, outside the hype, but his perfumes are wonders. This Phos is fresh, floral, with sweet touches and very pleasant. It makes you feel clean, put-together, and ready for the day, ideal for morning wear. Upon application, citrus and many white florals envelop the scent alongside a strong, bright, translucent musk. They say it is inspired by Creed Millésime Impérial, but I don’t know the original; what I do know is that Phos is excellent and costs much less. I bought it for under 15 euros. It doesn’t last short: on my skin it lasts over 7 hours with good initial projection that fades later, but it accompanies you all the time. For more info, follow me on Instagram and YouTube.
Hello! Béjar is a brand living in the shadows, outside the hype, but not because they have bad perfumes. This Phos is a marvel, right from the start. It’s fresh, floral, with sweet traces and very pleasant. You feel clean, put-together, and ready for the day, totally daytime. Upon application, it’s citrus with flowers, many white ones, and a strong, bright, almost translucent musk. They say it’s inspired by Creed Millésime Impérial, which I don’t know, but I can assure you Phos is good in every way and costs much less: I bought it for under €15. If you think it doesn’t last at all, you’re wrong! It performs very well; on me it lasts over 7 hours with decent initial projection that fades after an hour, but it stays with you for a long time. Perfumes by Béjar intrigue me. This is an excellent clone of Creed Imperial Millésime. One needs a fine nose to notice the subtle differences; the original has more colour, but at first sniff they are almost indistinguishable. They share that fruity-floral-marine accord, though here it is simpler. The best part is that, without being a beast, the Béjar version performs notably better than the Creed one. Highly recommended, truly.
To start, I’ll detail the notes as they aren’t listed on Fragrantica: a top of lemon and orange, a floral heart with bergamot, and a base of sandalwood and musk. It’s the freshest Béjar fragrance I’ve tried. I bought it in December and put it away, thinking it didn’t last long—a monumental mistake. With the current heat, you can’t believe how well it performs. The opening is citrusy and fresh, with a sweet touch of orange and a hint of unlisted mint, balsamic and mentholated. As it evaporates, it leaves behind sparkling, effervescent white flowers, perhaps due to the bergamot. Then, woody notes appear with a very subtle smoky incense nuance. The dry down is musky, woody, smoky, and spicy, elegant and sensual. I’ve loved it; it’s versatile for hot weather, lasts over 7 hours, projects well initially and then close to the skin. Ideal for spring, summer, and warm autumn days, day and night. Fresh and sexy.
