Drakkar Noir Intense at its very best, with an elegant citrus touch reminiscent of Pour Monsieur by Chanel (synthetic version) at the start. A great budget option if you enjoy projecting classic eighties daytime scents. I gifted it to my father and he enjoys it; it leaves a rich trail. The scent has improved slightly after a few months. An Arabian time machine to the eighties. Powerful, masculine, and good value. Highly recommended.
The opening smells very synthetic and unpleasant, but after a minute it settles into a lovely eighties fougère. Given the price and performance, it’s worth trying, even if the bottle is designed to put people off buying it.
The bottle looks like it could give you a cramp, just like those fly traps you find in butchers’ shops. The fragrance is Drakkar Noir.
