Has anyone tried this yet?
If you want a quality Aventus clone, go for this. Excellent longevity and moderate projection.
If you want a quality Aventus clone, go for this. Very good longevity and moderate projection.
I’ve never owned Creed Aventus, but I do have this Borouj Spiritus and can assure you it’s masculine, quite citrusy, and of very high quality. There are no synthetic smells here. I paid around $34 in Chile, so you won’t find anything better with such an intense aroma at that price. It fills any room, projects well, and the included atomiser is a bomb. Many rate it better than Creed Aventus in terms of longevity and quality, although I must reiterate that I have never tried the original.

It may recall Creed Aventus, but from a floral perspective. It’s not a bad perfume; quality is evident and nothing feels synthetic. To my taste, it smells very floral (dry white flowers reminiscent of a mature person) and has no sweet touches. Longevity is quite good, reaching up to eight hours. If you like this profile, it’s worth it for the price (I paid £70). I recommend it for someone over 40 looking for a daily fragrance. In this line of Aventus inspirations, I would go 100% for Loewe Esencia Eau de Parfum.
The first hour doesn’t ask for permission; it projects and smells fantastic. Lasts over two hours in close proximity. Herbal notes, unisex, fresh parsley, smoked eucalyptus wood, and sweetbrier. A super natural aroma. Absolutely unisex and beautiful.

I’ve had this for several months and I can say with certainty: buy all Dumont fragrances without hesitation; you’re getting quality. The Borouj line is like niche, absolutely insane. Just a heads-up, they need to be left to mature; the fresh ones like Spiritus and Modernity last only about two hours at first and fade, but after a month the magic happens. Now Spiritus lasts over 10 hours and clings to the skin until 4pm (and I wouldn’t recommend Modernity, it’s too overpowering). It’s a brutal dupe of Aventus without that acidic pineapple that nobody likes, improving the citrus to make it pleasant. Then it settles into white florals, woods, smoke, and moss, giving a sensation of dew in the forest. Projection and longevity are excellent. I tried the Al Dana by Lattafa today and it’s almost identical. Well-named ‘Niche’ (what more could you ask for at $30-45?).
I’ve been wearing this for months and can confirm: buy all Dumont fragrances without hesitation; it’s true niche quality. Just note that they need time to develop. The fresher scents like Spiritus and Modernity last only about two hours initially and fade, but after a month the magic happens. Now Spiritus lasts over 10 hours and lingers on the skin until 4pm (best to avoid Modernity, it’s too overpowering). Then it settles into white florals, woods, smoke, and moss, giving a sensation of morning dew in the forest. Projection and longevity are excellent. Today I tried Lattafa’s Al Dana and it’s almost identical. Well named ‘Niche’ (what more could you ask for at $30/$45?).
