It bears a strong resemblance to Ajwad, though I was expecting something more characteristic of the Borouj line, which typically carries a more distinctive touch.
It smells very much like Ajwad. I was expecting something more, given that it’s from the Borouj line, which usually has a more distinctive character than the rest.
People say it smells like Delina, but that’s not true. Here you find amber, rose in the background (very rich), and plenty of wood, typical of traditional Arab perfumes. Delina is delicate and airy, whereas this is a blast of wood and geranium. Then the amber emerges, followed by a sweet vanilla that reminds me of old-fashioned sticks; that’s my favourite note. Among Hut’s woody scents, this is the only one that has caught my attention. I wouldn’t wear it in summer or at night unless there’s a storm. If you’re looking for something similar to Delina, this isn’t it; there are better options from Arab brands, even from this house.
Delicious aroma with echoes of Delina Exclusif, though it’s not identical. It opens with lychee and rose before turning woody. It’s elegant and distinct. The only drawback is that on my skin it doesn’t last more than five hours and by the end it’s barely noticeable, but on my daughter it lasted ten hours and suited her perfectly, so it depends on the wearer. It lingers on clothes the next day. Highly recommended; even if I have to apply it generously, the scent is exquisite.
