  • I love the scent: fresh, floral, herbal and powdery. Although everyone says it lasts a long time and has a good trail, I don’t feel that way. I apply quite a bit and yet it doesn’t smell too strong. I wear it at the office and there’s no problem.

  • EDITHMEXIKO

I bought it a few years ago at a department store in Mexico; I still have a little left. I want another, but they only sell online. They say FLORABOTANICA and ROSABOTANICA are already discontinued. In Mexico, there’s no certainty that it’s original. I hesitate to buy it: will it be their formulation? Probably that’s why it’s not found here anymore. 3,000 pesos is an investment; I must think it over.

  • I’ve been using it these days and it’s quite easy, but not simple. I’ve worn it for walking and running; it suits the heat perfectly, although I miss wearing it in the cold, perhaps because the rose usually sounds cooler. The opening is fresh; I expected more from the mint, but on my skin, it’s a nice, modern and gentle mint, not aggressive like in some men’s perfumes. The rose is accompanied with cleanliness, not heaviness. The vetiver adds citrus, green touches, then oriental/earthy ones. The traces of carnation are minimal but add joy and warmth. It’s hard for me to like a rose, but this one is cheerful and airy, with an emotive and romantic side. It’s succeeded because it has no musk, which usually drives me mad. It evolves slightly towards the oriental with the amber, but the green part remains wonderful. It’s like a garden with wet mud and fresh, wet roses. The trail and longevity on skin are optimal. I’ll use it in cooler seasons; I like that effect of wet wood and earthiness. The bottle is elegant and the box striking, although the box should feature a bog with roses and carnivorous plants. If you like different florals, try it on offer; perhaps I was ready to switch from my orientals and I’ve enjoyed it.

  • I bought it blind and have no regrets; it’s delicious. On my skin, I feel an explosion of fresh, green roses, nothing cloying. The cannabis note is barely noticeable and the green notes make it energising. Although I expected more ‘controversy’, in my opinion, it’s easy to wear, feminine, floral and fresh, perfect for work or informal meetings. Longevity and trail are wonderful; it lasts eight hours on me.

  • Bought blind and with great trepidation, knowing it isn’t cheap. Result: my skin loves it and reacted beautifully.

  • Like several others, I bought it blind with high expectations of something super distinct and potent, but for me, it’s a soft herbal/floral. We’ll keep giving it opportunities. Bottle: 10, Scent: 7, Trail: 6, Longevity: 7. I’m not sure if I’d buy it again; at that price, I find more special fragrances with better performance.

  • Ciberpirata

Arrived yesterday along with another. I put one on each arm and noticed a slight itch. This morning, after showering and reapplying, I felt the itch again in my nose and throat, leading to a runny nose and chills. Instinctively, I thought it was the perfume; I read comments from others with the same allergic reaction. I showered quickly, rubbed the affected areas and changed clothes. I don’t think it’s the cannabis, as I’ve used it without issues before. I hope this doesn’t happen to you, stay alert. I’ll give it to my sister to see what happens to her. The scent is lovely and lasts a long time.

I bought it blind, and despite my best efforts to avoid it, the usual happened. It got between my eyebrows and I was hooked! It had been on my wishlist for years, but the price held me back until I spotted a deal for 100ml for under €40. The cannabis note is there, herbal, like rubbing a leaf and being left with the residual scent. It’s not overpowering; it sits in the background. The rose isn’t a fleshy bouquet, but a rose bush with stems and leaves, sparse. The queens are mint and vetiver: the mint is icy, like bathing in a mountain lake, before yielding to the amber and vetiver which dry out the dampness. It evokes a garden of woody shrubs, from a humid morning to a summer afternoon. My disappointment is the carnation: I love it but can’t really detect it, as the mint swallows it. Longevity for a fresh scent, but eight hours is an exaggeration; today I barely notice it. The trail is discreet, better in the heat. For confident women, not too youthful, who enjoy being outdoors.

  • I love it! It’s a strange fragrance that won me over the moment I tried it on a tester. It steers clear of the cloying scents currently in vogue; it’s fresh and wild. If you’re looking for something far from the conventional and sugary, this is it. I’ll definitely be repurchasing, I adore it!

  • CYNTHIA1980

Fresh, creamy and full of personality, it breaks the mould. The trail and longevity are top-notch, and the cannabis note is barely noticeable, making it ideal for those who are hesitant. It’s an absolute bomb and highly recommended!

  • Beautiful. Simple, cool, neat, minimalist and without pretensions. Roses with their stems and mint leaves encapsulated in a block of ice; that is the image built when smelling it, I have loved it. And the bottle, a masterpiece.

  • Like many, I bought it blind for its notes and for reading that it makes a difference with current perfumes; that idea appeals to me. For me, smelling it evokes a spring morning, at dawn (already in summer clothes but with a light jacket due to the freshness), in a garden or place with vegetation. You approach a rosebush wet with dew, smell the whole rosebush and wet, fresh, planted in the earth, and you are calm enjoying a new radiant but fresh morning. That is what it smells like and that is what it conveys. The cannabis, if you know it, you find it. The carnation is also noticeable slightly, but the rose overlays the other notes, at least on my skin. In short, it smells like a rosebush. It’s not a complicated scent nor risky to buy blind. It’s pleasant, although it left me a bit cold because I expected more. Perhaps summer is the better time. I’m not disappointed but it wasn’t a discovery either. I bought it cheaply, 37€ for 100ml; if it hadn’t been so, if I had been disgusted. Anyone can use the scents when they want and how they want, but in my opinion, very unisex it is not. I find it very feminine, nothing sensual or sexual, rather modest, calm and with a touch of elegance. I see it for using in the mornings, everyday, offices. I think I will be more comfortable in spring and summer. It doesn’t seem to have great sillage, although people perceive it if they walk nearby. It is long-lasting, it lasts all day.

  • ZenNatsume

Excellent unisex green perfume. On my skin the carnation stands out, with the mint and a very fresh rose; it is a hugely pleasant aroma, excellent for warm weather, different from everything I’ve heard. It has excellent projection and lasts more than 8 hours. It makes me feel as if I am walking in an open, sunny field full of flowers, with a river that allows you to breathe its freshness. Completely recommended.

  • EDURNE GRIJALBA

Definitely a different aroma to current perfumes. To me it smells like a great bunch of fresh roses freshly cut with some carnations, bottled in a fragrance: fresh, herbal and floral. A very natural smell, without pretensions, but with class and elegance. Clean, nothing strident, but noticeable for many hours. Suitable for any age, place and occasion… ideal as a signature scent. Although I must say that as I imagine it more (and so I use it) it is in spring, dressed informally.

  • I bought it blind because it was cheap; I don’t understand so many wonderful reviews. It’s a simple aromatic green scent where for me the mint stands out. Among my favourites are the fresh, aquatic, citrus and floral ones with rose as the protagonist. Florabotanica doesn’t seem fresh to me; I detect the rose very weakly and, if I breathe deeply, I recognise the scent of marijuana (the plant itself, not burnt). Years ago I accidentally had a marijuana plant in the garden, I know its smell and I detect it clearly here, which bothers me. In general it’s a green aromatic perfume; anyone who has smelled the plant can notice its aroma. No one planted it, someone from my family threw a ‘coquito’ in the garden and it grew alone; we pulled it out big, it grew back; we pulled it out small and it didn’t grow back.

  • I bought Florabotanica blind and liked it quite a bit; I recognise in it an elegant fragrance, a fresh rose with an herbal touch that later dries to a powdery finish, but it doesn’t bother me (I’m not a fan of powdery scents). It is more appropriate for spring and summer, perfect for the office, with a medium-low trail. The bad thing is that its longevity on me doesn’t exceed 4 hours, the last ones very close to the skin. I will enjoy it, but I don’t know if I would repeat. I tested it hand-to-hand with Rosa Moceniga by Merchant of Venice and they are very similar, especially when dried. The opening of the latter is greener, then they resemble each other. I prefer RM for that green touch reminiscent of Hermès, great fragrances for warm climates.

  • LulaFlower

How beautiful Florabotanica is. Perfect for spring or summer, this minimalist and sophisticated bouquet seems freshly cut, even with dew. I love the mint and here it accompanies that fresh rose in a lovely way. I see it more as a daytime fragrance and for everyday wear, something easy and elegant that lifts the spirits and takes me to the greenery of a garden after a hot afternoon.

  • What makes this fragrance special is the cannabis note. That herbal, earthy touch, rounded and soft, is entirely hers. The flowers and mint surround and decorate her, but Florabotanica smells like the interpretation of marijuana in perfumery: clean, damp green earth. Rich, velvety, pretty, and never invasive. Another perfume where this note is a protagonist and very well worked is ‘California Snow’ by Mackenzie Reilly.

  • Does anyone know if this wonder has been reformulated? I can’t believe what happened to me! I tested a spray from a decant on a blotter and fell in love instantly; the blotter perfumed the room for a month, highlighting the freshness of mint and rose with an aromatic green note which I assume is cannabis. Then I bought it from an overseas online store because it’s not available here, and I paid a fortune in taxes. The problem is I hadn’t tested it on skin: it lasted 5 minutes and then faded until it was almost invisible. I bought it from ForeverLux on eBay; it arrived sealed with an original batch code, doesn’t look like a replica or refilled. I had a drop left from the decant and tested it on a new blotter: the old one was more intense, the new one fades quickly, especially on skin. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s a pity, it’s an aroma among my top 10, a work of art.

  • I tried this on the recommendation of a sales assistant at a classic perfumery in Madrid; at first, it didn’t grab me. I kept smelling it until I came out smelling very heavily of a gourmand (Flowerbomb Nectar). Upon returning to test it again, I believe Florabotanica is the right purchase: it is far more versatile. It smells deliciously of roses over a fresh, herbal base with just a powdery touch. It doesn’t smell of marijuana at all, which previously frightened me. It works brilliantly in any season, though it shines in spring, and is very wearable. A wide audience will like it; it’s not invasive, perfect for the day or even the office. Moderate trail, lasts about 9 hours on my skin. Scent 7/10, Longevity 9/10, Sillage 7/10, Value for money 7.5/10, Packaging 6.5/10. Would I buy again? Probably not.

  • Like all perfume lovers, we have ‘Florabotánica’ on our mind; the cannabis ingredient gave me pause and I didn’t want to buy it blind, so I acquired a decant and tried it… wow! It’s not quite a perfume eureka… fresh, soft, elegant. I didn’t smell the cannabis aroma at all; it’s like smelling a bunch of freshly opened, damp flowers… roses and carnations… dusted, yes. There’s no denying it’s a tender, relaxing scent. Nothing to say about the longevity; it lasted easily eight hours, which floored me because, being such a gentle fragrance, I thought it would vanish. Would I buy it? I’m still thinking… here in my country it’s super expensive, and I don’t think it’s worth it.

  • Danielle_Gris

A lovely, classy scent for the warmer months. On me, it leans more green than aromatic. At first spray, it’s almost imperceptible, seeming like nothing more than alcohol. Then it opens with white rose buttons and pink and white carnations over a slightly mentholated base. That’s when you catch that sharp, green, resinous, potent note of cannabis; the advantage is it camouflages among the flowers. It’s not too literal, but if your nose knows it, you’ll find it, and not subtly. On my skin, it doesn’t come out powdery at all. It’s simply fresh. So much so that I gifted Estée Lauder Pleasures because they’re very similar, only that this one harmonises around peony, where cannabis takes centre stage in Balenciaga. The trail is powerful for the first half-hour, then it stays close to the skin. Longevity is 4–6 hours.

  • Reminds me of Allure by Chanel. I’ve just received it and that’s the first thing I notice. I’ll let it settle to see how it develops.

  • It’s a pity it’s so expensive because it would be a perfect fragrance for everyday wear. Straight out of the bottle, it smells of pure mint and alcohol, and seconds later I detect a cannabis note, bitter and intense. It doesn’t smell like the plant to me, but rather like resin, as what remains in a pipe after smoking, but soon it fades and an acidic, greenish rose emerges. After a few hours, it reminds me of a blue body mist by Coty that I used in secondary school. I finished a small bottle and although I like it, I wouldn’t spend that much on it; I bought a Zenz dupe that doesn’t ask for anything.

  • This perfume is powerful and lasts more than a day; it still smells even after two days. However, I didn’t detect any rose or evoke any garden. It’s a good perfume if you’re looking for projection and longevity, but honestly, it disappointed me because it caused nothing but a headache. The only scent was the one many perfumes leave after showering and rubbing where it was applied, just much denser.

  • It opens with a very green carnation and a bitter scent that vaguely reminds me of marijuana. The bitterness fades quickly, revealing a green, mentholated and light rose that alternates with the initial phase. Both projection and longevity are very good, which surprised me in a fresh fragrance. Despite not being a huge rose lover, I have enjoyed Florabotanica. I see it as unisex leaning towards feminine, very versatile for warm days. I don’t think the marijuana note is explicit enough to put anyone off, so it can be worn on any occasion. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 5/10 Versatile: 6/10 Original: 6/10.

  • It smells like spring, energising without falling into the citrus trap, cheerful yet elegant. Florabotanica is spring in a bottle. The opening is an aromatic bomb that blends the freshness of mint with the elegant floral touch of a modern, wet rose. Soon, the cannabis note appears, a key nuance. Don’t worry, it doesn’t smell like weed; it smells like a pile of green, resinous leaves scattered over damp earth. Over time, it becomes more woody, slightly powdery and less fresh, but it retains the greenery, moisture and that brutal mint. Longevity is excellent, lasting me 12 hours on skin with moderate projection. Perfect for spring and summer, almost exclusively daytime, whether casual or elegant. Ideal for everyday wear. Unisex? Yes, yes, a hundred times yes. Something feminine but totally wearable by a man. Spring in a bottle. If you want to see more content, check out my YouTube channel: Perfúmate Con JL.

I first tried this on blotting paper and didn’t like it. Recently, I gave it another chance on my skin and was pleasantly surprised. Florabotanica has a fresh, sparkling opening that isn’t citrusy in the usual way, which I loved. Refreshing mint joins a fantastic, different rose. For someone like me who doesn’t usually like roses, this one is perfect: fresh, natural, youthful, neither dense nor old-fashioned. Later, it becomes more intense and herbal, with scents of damp earth and green leaves (I imagine that’s the cannabis). Vetiver stands out at the end with moisture and soft amber notes. It’s like being in a garden after a storm, breathing in fresh air and wet plants. A different, modern, cheerful and fresh fragrance. Very spring-like and unisex-feminine. Sillage and longevity are moderate on my skin. It deserves its reputation and is worth trying for how special it is.

  • Sharlette

I’ve never liked rose in perfumes and dared to order blind. It starts herbal, with a scent of wet earth like Acqua Di Gioia and freshly cut rose stems. On my skin it becomes a bit powdery, reminiscent of Chloé but without that powerful rose; instead, I smell the damp stems. It’s elegant but far too soft, leaving no trail or sillage, which I dislike. The longevity isn’t beastly as claimed; about six hours on skin and longer on clothes if I apply 15 or more sprays (I love putting on half a bottle 😂). It’s perfect for spring-summer; in Texas it’s over 106°F and this perfume doesn’t bother me at all, which is unusual for the heat 🥵.

  • OliverTwist

First time: the cannabis note is immediate and very evident. It’s interesting but complicated. I was looking for something fresh and original for work, and Florabotanica fits the bill, but I don’t want to smell like weed at 8am. After 40 minutes it settles into a more comfortable green scent. I’ll be back in a few days to see how it develops.

  • Hard to describe. It’s green, like a cut stem, like a florist, like water left in a vase. It breaks a bunch of carnations with mint and smells your hands, that’s it. Carnation and mint dominate the whole time, they don’t fade. The rose isn’t detected by everyone; I don’t… luckily. Vetiver and cannabis are potent; they can overwhelm you if you over-spray. Together it recalls 80s bombs, where carnation was omnipresent. P.S. Although the bottle is visually nice, don’t buy it blindly, although curiously grandmothers with geraniums and carnations love it. 🤔🤣

  • I adore fragrances with carnation and this one couldn’t be any less (I used Beautiful years ago). This perfume intimidated me because of the cannabis. I already have one with that note and people always comment if I know what I’m wearing. I tried it at Druni on the sales assistant’s suggestion and I smiled when he offered it to me, although I dismissed it after reading the notes. It’s an intense and unique floral wonder. Very special and distinguished. The notes are very well blended. Someone said it smells like flowers in the field after the rain and I agree. Intense and deep flowers with green freshness. I like it much more than others because the flowers don’t smell wilted; it reminds me of Elegantly Tokyo and Golden Decade from Zara. Many more flowers than stated. Grand perfume. Longevity: more than 48 hours on clothes.

  • Perfect for spring. It didn’t like on paper, but on skin, although it seemed strange at first, it’s a delight that brightens the day. It smells of freshly cut grass and mint. Then to roses with stems, to cloves, to being in a park in the shade just watered (wet plants, not wet earth). I didn’t notice the marijuana note at first, until one day, freshly sprayed, it came very intense and now I feel it in bursts. Longevity: projects 4-5 hours and close to the skin another 4 or 5, with bursts when you move. On clothes I’ve felt it the next day. I see it as unisex, though slightly feminine. I don’t see it for evening.

  • Perla Vencis

I’d heard a lot about this scent and decided to try it. I had doubts due to the reviews, but my opinion is positive. What do I notice? The opening invades me with mint, reminding me of the sweets my grandmother used to give me in winter. Then comes a very noticeable rose accompanied by carnation. The cannabis is there, but it doesn’t bother me; if you look for it, you’ll find it, but very lightly. It’s a bouquet of roses and carnations woodyed by vetiver. Although it’s clean, herbal, and soapy, I wouldn’t buy the bottle; I’ll stick with the experience in the tester.

  • Hard to describe. A fragrance that no one else will have. People will ask what you’re wearing. It’s rare, acidic, fresh, and floral all at once. Smelling it is like having a spark of mint on your nose. If you’re looking for sweet, forget it. You won’t go unnoticed; in the office they’ll know you’ve arrived, and if you forget your cardigan, they’ll know it’s yours. I first wore it on a boy and it suited him perfectly. You’ll feel clean all day, as if freshly bathed. Do you know Issey Miyaki for men? They don’t resemble each other, but they share that strange, intense fragrance. A bunch of freshly cut grass.

  • Bibilalique

What a lovely herbal note, perfectly balanced. At first very green, but a beautiful green, as if surrounded by plants. Then it dries down to a very fine rose; I usually find roses overwhelming, but here they are small rosebuds that add more charm to the garden. Definitely a jewel.

  • Super herbal aroma; the cannabis is noticeable on my skin but after two hours the intensity fades and it remains very pleasant. The trail is very personal; the downside is it doesn’t last long, but it makes up for it with its freshness. It’s not sweet or overly floral; it smells of grass wet with dew or after a night of rain, something fresh but not quite petrichor, more herbal.

  • My number one fragrance; I have about six or seven bottles, the latest ones with care as they are no longer produced. It’s impossible to explain, there is no comparison. It smells addictive, sexy, sensual, and elegant. It’s herbal and green, but with a very particular citrus touch. An unparalleled wonder.

  • A flower that truly hooks you. You can really detect the mint, rose, carnation, and even the cannabis. It blends beautifully and you dare to spray it without any inhibitions.
