Balenciaga launched its first fragrance, Le Dix, in 1947 under Cristóbal Balenciaga. The name referred to the house address at 10 Avenue George V in Paris. Further fragrances followed between 1949 and 1962, and in 2025 the brand brought its fragrance heritage together in a ten-fragrance collection.
Le Dix remains the historical reference point, while Cristóbal belongs to the current collection. The range combines archive-inspired bottles with perfume and refillable formats.
