  • I found this from Jesús del Pozo’s Nightology series back in May 2022, thanks to a perfumer at the CI who introduced me to the whole collection. Suede Breeze is my favourite. Although I only tested it one afternoon and liked it, it’s a real treat: the citrus and jasmine make it delicious. It’s well-made with quality notes. The leather is balanced, with a dirty touch in the second phase, not like suede, alongside a geranium that makes it more masculine and spicy. It has that clean-dirty dynamic: it starts bright and clean, then dries down to become dirtier and sensual. I’ve tried it several times and others like it more than I do; it’s like a mirror confirming you smell good. Comparing it to Aqua di Parma Oud is fantasy; I tried it in 2014-2015 and although it had citrus and florals, it ended up very dirty and I hated it. This is luminous, nothing like it. A perfect, mysterious and captivating world of night.

  • I’m surprised no one has reviewed this after a year on the market. I’ll sum it up in three notes I love: lemon, leather and patchouli. I adore the scent. Very masculine and in spring-summer it suits perfectly, day or night. The opening is a massive lemon blast that almost drowns everything, but then it settles and the leather and patchouli emerge, making it more formal and even mature. It’s not the most complex scent in the world, don’t expect a ‘leather bomb’ like Tom Ford, but I love it. I can’t judge the projection yet, but the longevity is 7 to 8 hours. The Nightology collection by Jesús del Pozo is surprising and this is my favourite. I recommend giving it a try, easily available at ECI or Douglas. High price (87€/100ml on offer), but worth it. Added to my wishlist. Update: as it dries, it gives me the vibe of ADP Ambra, they’re not the same, but they share a light air.

  • Clean and professional, yet feels a bit dull and lacking spark. It has a noticeable citrus and floral touch throughout, with a darker base, almost wood-like leather, and nothing more. The longevity is decent.

  • What a gem, Perfumazo! This scent is brilliant, fresh and full of personality. You can really tell it’s
