  THEOREMA UOMO is pure Mediterranean Italian school. Fendi knew Jacques Cavalier was the ideal man, for his DNA blends two worlds: the citrus of the fields and the forest transitioning into the mountains. It is a bitter, dark vetiver that disrupts a citrus-floral heart, a green scent yet not boreal, strong and gentle, like an Italian duke in his prime. Few fragrances are like this; its sibling, Fendi for Men, shares some of that philosophy but is younger, more modern and cosmopolitan. Upon application, you feel a charge of bitter citrus energy with aged vetiver that vibrates constantly without showing its classic face. It is timeless, suitable for all seasons and times of day, something rare nowadays. Projection is moderate but longevity is excellent, and it awakens with temperature, revealing a bitter DNA with sweetness and minimally ozonic florals. Hard to find and with variable pricing at the end of 2017, but in summary, it is a great fragrance on the brink of extinction. If you like Mediterranean Italian scents, here is a gem.

  THEOREMA UOMO is the gem that sums up everything the Mediterranean Italian school has to offer. Fendi knew Jacques Cavalier was the ideal man for this, and his DNA blends two worlds perfectly; those who know his other creations will understand what I mean. It is a pure Italian perfume inspired by citrus fields, but here it borders on a forest transitioning into the mountains… a bitter, dark vetiver that disrupts the citrus-floral heart. It is green without being boreal, strong yet gentle. Imagine it as the scent of an Italian duke in his prime. Few things like this exist; only its sibling, Fendi for Men, shares some of that philosophy, but it is younger, more modern and cosmopolitan. Upon application, you feel a charge of bitter citrus energy with aged vetiver that vibrates constantly without showing its classic face. It is timeless, suitable for all four seasons, day or night, something increasingly rare. Performance is moderate in projection but with great longevity, and it awakens according to temperature, revealing its bitter DNA with a sweet edge and minimally ozonic florals. It is hard to find but not impossible, and the price varies greatly today at the end of 2017. In summary, TH is a great fragrance at the dawn of its extinction. If you like Mediterranean Italian scents, you will find a gem for your senses here.

  Theorema is ideal for spring-summer, refreshingly fresh and slightly mentholated, like a bespoke suit casually found on a shelf that seemed to be waiting for me. The 2011 bottle offers medium-to-high longevity (it reactivates with heat) and moderate trail. It makes me think of an elegant person regardless of their style of dress: a Mediterranean Italian perfume, very natural, created by a Frenchman who blends styles. Perfect for men seeking cleanliness, freshness, class, charm, and quality aromatic presence. A fine product.

  Fendi Theorema Uomo has taught me what an Italian perfume truly is: a Mediterranean concept, luminous, fresh, and natural, like strolling through a pine forest at midday (much like Agua Brava). Now I understand that the classic Spanish scent is, in reality, Italian. It evokes comforting, slightly soapy sensations with an intensely woody, mysterious, and masculine base. The woods and citrus form a cheerful, sparkling, crystal-clear core, reminiscent of Victor colognes (especially Silvestre) or Villoresi Uomo. Italian perfumery at its very best. Moderate projection and good longevity. Although it is discontinued, investing in a bottle is a piece of blue sky. Absolutely essential thanks to Jerry Drake.

  Exquisite and refreshing. It bears a strong resemblance to Cartier Roadster Sport due to that lemongrass (citronella) sensation, though it’s not listed; perhaps it’s the lemon-vetiver combo. As it dries down, it becomes more woody, yet remains charming and timeless. It suits both mature and young men, versatile, although I prefer it for daytime in a semi-formal setting. Simply brilliant!

  Exquisite and refreshing, it smells very much like Cartier Roadster Sport due to that lemon-grass note not listed on the card but clearly present. As it dries down, it becomes more woody yet remains charming and timeless; it suits any man, though I prefer it for daytime in semi-formal settings. Simply superb.

  This Theorema by Fendi is a fusion of Italian and French Mediterranean scents: citrusy and woody, evoking forests and meadows from the French Riviera to Portofino. It opens mentholated, with a licorice note reminiscent of Guerlain Homme; the creators surely looked to Fan di Fendi for inspiration. That blend of vetiver and bergamot (which also inspired Encre Noir) is well-structured, high quality, with a global scent where the notes are clearly distinguishable. The pepper adds zest, while the geranium tames the roughness. It is refined, elegant, understated yet luminous: it suggests a terrace sunset under the setting sun, warm sea air, grass and pine, while sipping a citrus minty refresher (not real mint, but that sensation). Fresh, elegant, inviting you to sniff the neck of this affable gentleman. Au revoir! EDIT: over time it lasts longer and the vetiver sharpens; it’s another level, more natural, less intrusive, friendly and of Fendi-standard quality.

  Fendi Theorema is like the Italian and French Mediterranean combined: citrusy and woody, with an air of forest and meadows stretching from the French Riviera to Portofino. It opens mentholated, almost like liquorice as in Guerlain Homme, and recalls Fendi Fan. The vetiver and bergamot blend is well-structured with high quality. The pepper adds life while the geranium softens the bitterness. It is refined, elegant, and luminous, like a terrace sunset with a mint refresher. Not real mint, but that very sensation. Fresh, elegant, and invites you to smell the neck of this amiable gentleman. Au revoir. EDITED: Over time it lasts a long time and the vetiver sharpens, more natural and gentle than Encre Noir, on par with Fendi.
