Descripción
Viva Rock by John Richmond is a musky floral woody fragrance for women. Launched in 2011, this composition features the freshness of starfruit, cactus and mandarin in its top notes. The heart of the fragrance is built upon the delicacy of rose, cherry blossom and jasmine, while the base notes reveal a warm and persistent foundation of musk, iris root and amber.

Fresh rose, with a fruity touch and a soft musky base. It’s exactly what my skin smells like. Very versatile, and I’d buy it again.
Probably another brand that should have stuck to making perfumes, but since we’re here… Textured white musk in kilos, flowing through a green, pulpy, aquatic and fruity current without any sweetness. Cactus on one side, starfruit on the other, with a faint cold jasmine hint. There’s a young, sparkly floral note, fresh like plum blossom and tangerine, though both are overshadowed by the trio of musk, starfruit and cactus. I don’t detect the amber, and the rose isn’t too obvious, though it’s certainly lurking somewhere. Quality befitting its price: battle-ready, for everyday wear. It’s not terrible; it’s like a Light Blue minus the sour and acidic nuances of the Dolce, or a Waterlily Tea Dress that’s sportier and younger. I doubt it would put anyone off. ‘Viva Rock’ is a good name, though there’s nothing further from what it conveys; it wouldn’t look out of place in an Avon, Lauren or Rocher catalogue from the early 2000s. To my nose, it’s completely unisex, a very refreshing musk to use on demand.
