Descripción

Colonia Il Profumo by Acqua di Parma is a fruity aromatic fragrance for men and women. This creation, signed by the perfumer who designed it, was launched in 2025. In its opening, the composition unfolds a citrus and tropical effervescence with top notes of orange, lemon, bergamot, petit grain and pineapple. The heart of the fragrance reveals floral and herbal elegance thanks to citron, neroli, lavender, ylang-ylang and rose. Finally, the base settles on a woody and earthy accord with moss, vetiver, cedar, patchouli, sandalwood and leather.

  • First impressions. Above all in the opening, the orange stands out: slightly sweet, reminding me of those orange sweets from my childhood, as if they were segments. As it dries down, the rest of the notes give it a more adult, dark and masculine tone than recent AdPs like Futura or Pura.

  • I was disappointed with the recent launches until a girl offered me this perfume. What a gem, a driving cologne with an orange opening that then returns to that classic ADP base. Anyone who owns any of their colognes will notice the similarity, but its energetic and sparkling opening has delighted me. You can see the great work of the house; although they are conservative, it is worth it.

  • I tested it only on blotter and it seemed like a classic Acqua di Parma cologne but with steroids. As it dried down, it became green and even more mature than the original (which already touched on fougère). The oakmoss is very prominent, resembling several historical colognes but with a modern twist. If you like that style, you’ll love it. I don’t like it myself, but I would recommend it to lovers of the genre and classic Parmesan colognes. I thought it was bad marketing given the price, but I was pleasantly surprised by its superior performance compared to the original.

Acqua di Parma Il Profumo is citrusy, herbal and woody. The opening has excellent quality with bergamot, green lemon, petit grain, basil, citronella and neroli. Then the woods come up, oakmoss, vetiver, patchouli and a leather accord reminiscent of Parma Leather, but here the aromatic notes dominate. Ideal for daytime in any season and at night in summer. Perfect for the office or formal/casual situations due to its elegance. It lasted eight hours with a good trail for the first two, dropping to average at the end. Another fragrance I’ve really enjoyed from the 2025 launches.

Acqua di Parma Il Profumo is a citrus, herbal and woody fragrance. Its opening has excellent quality in the handling of citrus and herbal notes, as is customary with Acqua di Parma, highlighting bergamot and green lemon alongside petit grain, basil, citronella and neroli flower. As minutes pass, woody notes increase in presence, oakmoss, vetiver, patchouli and a leather accord that vaguely recalls Parma Leather, but in this fragrance the aromatic notes dominate. This new version of the Acqua di Parma cologne line is suitable for use during the day in any season of the year and occasionally at night during summer. Perfect for office use, formal or casual situations, as it shows a good degree of elegance. The longevity of this fragrance wasn’t bad for me, lasting up to eight hours with a good aromatic trail for the first two hours, dropping to average to low by the end of its development. This is another fragrance I’ve really enjoyed from the 2025 launches, and there are already several this year that I’ve liked.

It’s a yes, but not entirely… I love the opening: citrusy, fresh, and with a vintage touch that hooks me. It declares pineapple, which, without feeling it, can be a bit of a bother. There’s a floral note that adds even more freshness. The disaster comes with the dry-down: it doesn’t deliver the notes I should enjoy. It’s the house’s classic cologne, more intense and modernised, but that twist doesn’t work on my skin. It doesn’t smell like lejí; something reacts oddly, which is a pity. It should have delighted me, but considering the price, it’s almost better not to. Extremely masculine, ideal for warm but not excessive days, better for daytime and versatile for someone of a certain age. Performance is normal, but it’s overpriced. I like the house, but here it’s a no overall.

Basically a flanker of the original with a woodier twist, resulting in a very elegant cologne with more body without losing its freshness or the summery character of the house. It’s slightly more formal and mature, with a performance a bit better than its predecessors. It maintains its usual high standard of quality. For me, by far, it is the best cologne in this Acqua di Parma range.

Totally Italian, citrusy and woody with a touch of talc. Projection and trail last about two hours before retreating, but on skin it lingers for six or seven hours. Pure elegance and another great launch from ADP, on par with Buongiorno.

A colonial delight, 100% Italian, citrusy and woody with a subtle touch of talc. It projects well for about two hours and leaves a noticeable trail of the same duration before retreating. On skin, it lasts six or seven hours. It is pure Italian elegance, another great launch from ADP on par with Buongiorno.

If you’re looking for a juicy, realistic citrus scent for everyday wear or the beach, this is a total hit. The blend of lemons and oranges is delicious and makes you stand out without trying to seduce, simply inviting people closer with its subtlety. The heart matures with green notes that lean it towards a masculine audience, yet being citrus-based, it works perfectly for everyone. The base woods integrate without stealing the show, keeping the freshness intact until the very end. It lasts around eight hours, with a strong projection at the start that remains notable for the first few hours. Totally recommended for spring and summer; it’s one of the best citrus scents on the market.

It’s a total success if you’re after a juicy, special citrus for everyday wear or beach outings at semi-formal events; it’s the most realistic citrus I’ve ever heard, with a delicious blend of lemon and orange that’s highly attractive without trying too hard to seduce, instead encouraging people to come closer due to its distinctive and subtle presence. On the heart, the citrus notes mature beautifully with green accents that lean slightly towards a masculine audience, yet as a citrus fragrance, it remains perfect for unisex wear. The base features subtle woods that integrate seamlessly without stealing the spotlight from the citrus. Overall, the citrus never fades, persisting throughout the entire life of the fragrance, remaining just as rich and pleasant from start to finish. In terms of longevity, it averages around eight hours, always staying strong, though the projection isn’t as explosive as at first application but is still very noticeable during the first two to three hours. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for one of the best citrus fragrances on the market for all of spring and summer.
