Perfect for cold weather, autumn and winter; a sweet scent that is utterly enchanting.
It’s a fragrance that teleports you back to the days when you were studying at university. It smells like a young guy, an American football player, with woody and soft notes, very fresh too.
A wonderful sweet perfume; you’ll surely get compliments. It’s also a very original scent and lasts quite a while on my skin.
I’ve bought it twice and I love the fragrance (it’s the one they use to scent the stores). It has a very exotic and summery smell, with coconut, woods, etc. Good longevity on skin and clothes.
A sweet and woody perfume with a subtle coconut aroma. On the Hollister website they say the main note is frozen pineapple, but I don’t sense that pineapple note at all. It’s a youthful fragrance, but I don’t see it for a very hot day due to its sweetness, almost hazelnut-like. I see it more for a cool summer, autumn or rainy afternoons. The light touch of coconut gives a tropical sensation, like a coconut bronzer. They use this perfume to scent the store, and it has that vibe of a clothing and beach goods store. Moderate longevity, about 5 to 6 hours, and moderate to weak trail.
Sweet and woody with a subtle hint of coconut. Hollister claims it’s frozen pineapple, but I don’t detect it; it’s youthful, almost vanilla-like, not for extreme heat but for fresh summers, autumn or rainy afternoons. The coconut gives a tropical feel, like a tan. It smells of a clothing store and the beach, as they use it to scent the shop. Moderate longevity, around 5-6 hours, with a faint trail.
It’s JPG Le Beau but with more wood, making it better suited for cold weather and lasting longer… yes, it outperforms Le Beau, even though So Cal has been reformulated; the version from ten years ago was an absolute bomb.
It’s the Le Beau, but with a bit more wood, making it more wearable in cooler weather, and… with better performance. Yes, better than the Le Beau… and even though the So Cal has been reformulated extensively. The one from 10 years ago was an absolute bomb.
A triumph for summer; I’m surprised they don’t list the notes. I’ve read it smells like pineapple, but to me it’s lime, coconut, iris and tonka bean.
A success for summer; I’m surprised they don’t list the notes here. I’ve read it smells like pineapple, but I don’t get that, I smell lime, coconut, iris and tonka bean.
Woody and fruity-citrus. I wouldn’t recommend it because it smells like a Hollister store and feels dated, even though it smells very nice. The performance is decent but nothing extraordinary. Better to decant the Le Beau EDT; they smell similar, but the JPG version is undoubtedly superior.
It’s woody and fruity-citrus. I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s dated and smells like a Hollister store, though it does smell very good. The performance isn’t the best but it gets the job done. Better to decant the Le Beau EDT before this one, as they smell similar but the JPG is undoubtedly better.
I was impressed by this Hollister, especially as a freshie of this style. It lasts more than seven hours on the skin and trails for about five. It smells like store scent, beach lotion with coconut and tropical fruits, perhaps some moss and aquatic notes. It’s the typical cheap spray, but here there’s more quality; it’s more linear and lasts longer. It stands out quite a bit. Perhaps for younger people, under thirty. SMELL: 7/10 QUALITY: 9/10 ORIGINALITY: 7.5/10 TRAIL: 8/10 PROJECTILE: 7/10 LONGEVITY: 8/10 TOTAL: 8/10 It’s better than those freshies that cost the same.
Something strange happened to me: I tried it at Hollister, liked it and bought it, but immediately stopped liking it. It went straight into the drawer to avoid me getting headaches. It’s very sweet, heavy and winter-like; nothing you’d expect from Californiano or the beach. Not fresh or citrusy at all.
A pity they no longer sell it. It’s not the top of the range, but it’s super versatile and suits anyone. It smells like those golden years, the 2000s/2010s: pure youth, party and freedom.
