A clone of MFK’s Oud Satin Mood. It arrives with over 85% similarity and the attitude of someone who achieves a lot with little. The rose rules. One critic said the synthetic rose smells like insecticide and they’re right, but I adore insecticides. This is first quality, with cardamom, orange, saffron, amber, patchouli, and any oud? I can’t smell it at all. It’s still a great scent, perfect for confusing friends and catching the attention of the curious. It goes for everything, except a date. I can’t see myself kissing with a taste of Raid.
A clone of MFK’s Oud Satin Mood. It surpasses 85% similarity and has the audacity of those who achieve a lot with less. The rose is the queen note. A great reviewer said the synthetic rose smells like insecticide and it’s true. It smells like insecticide and I love insecticides. This is first quality, with cardamom, orange, saffron, amber, patchouli, and any oud? I don’t perceive the oud at all. Still, it’s a great fragrance, ideal for baffling friends and catching the attention of the curious. It serves for anything, except a date. I can’t imagine a kiss with a taste of Raid.
Loads of rose and sweet like a biscuit
A very feminine rose in the opening. Slightly unisex, but barely, I tell you. I only smell rose; I barely detect the oud, and everything feels a bit synthetic. I expected much more and simply didn’t like it.
A very feminine rose in the opening. Slightly unisex, but very little, eh. Rose, I hardly detect any oud, and everything feels a bit synthetic. I expected much more, I didn’t like it.
It lasts quite a bit on my skin, I say that because normally nothing lasts on me. The opening is very pleasant. As it dries, it disappears completely for me but smells like skin. Don’t buy it blind because it leans more towards unisex.
It lasts quite a bit on my skin, which is unusual as nothing usually lasts on me. The opening is very pleasant, but it disappears completely as it dries and smells like animal skin. Don’t buy it blind because it leans more towards unisex.
I liked it but wouldn’t buy it blind. The rose is synthetic and spiced at first, I thought it was masculine initially, but with wear it becomes more feminine. The dry-down is soft, sweet, talc-like, and vanillaised.
It’s a caricature of Oud Satin Mood; it doesn’t smell like oud but rather spiced rose with talc and a hint of ink; not worth it if you’re looking for the original, better to grab the 35ml bottle.
Caught me off guard; I bought it blind and absolutely loved it. It’s opulent, velvety and incredibly sensual, with that oriental-floral blend that exudes luxury and envelops you. The opening is spicy and sweet, quickly evolving into a velvety floral heart where rose and oud mix elegantly without being aggressive. The base is warm, creamy amber with great depth and longevity. Vanilla softens it, making it addictive, while the oud becomes refined, rounding everything off with class. I see it as intense, nocturnal and elegant—perfect for dinners or formal outings, or whenever I want to feel wrapped in luxury. It has incredible projection and lasting power for the price: on my skin, it lasts over 7 or 8 hours. It conveys mystery and confidence; not for those who wish to go unnoticed. If you like intense, oriental, high-end perfumes, this is an accessible gem worth its weight in gold. Baroque Satin Oud is elegant, sensual and sophisticated—a brilliant alternative for those seeking something powerful and addictive without paying niche prices.
I was surprised to buy it blind: it’s opulent, velvety, and super sensual with that oriental-floral blend that screams luxury. The spicy-sweet opening fades quickly into an elegant floral heart where rose and oud mix without being aggressive. The base is warm, creamy amber that adds depth; the vanilla softens everything, making it addictive, leaving a refined oud trail. Intense, nocturnal, and elegant, perfect for dinner or going out in style. Projection and longevity are incredible for the price: on my skin, it lasts over 7–8 hours. It conveys mystery and confidence, not for going unnoticed. If you like powerful perfumes with a high-fashion vibe, it’s an accessible gem worth the investment. Baroque Satin Oud is elegant, sensual, and sophisticated—a brilliant alternative for those seeking something powerful without paying niche prices.
A disappointing dupe of Oud Satin Mood; the rose hits hard throughout the entire evolution. The scent is thick, strong, smells vintage and becomes overpowering. It’s feminine due to the rose; I can’t imagine a man wearing it. I let it macerate for a couple of months and nothing improved; it still smells bad. My husband recoiled when he smelled it. Zero compliments; I removed it from my collection. It’s a super cheap perfume with cheap materials that smell cheap.
What a disappointment; it smells like a cheap dupe of Oud Satin Mood. The rose hits hard, and everything evolves into something thick and vintage, very heavy. It doesn’t improve at all even after macerating it for months; my husband recoiled at the scent. Zero compliments, I threw it away from my collection. Poor-quality materials that smell cheap, nothing like what I expected.
