  I was given a 2ml sample of this feminine fragrance. It is very much ‘in the style’ of launches from the 80s; I associated it with my mother’s perfumes. It is floral and strong, almost generic, but… the first impression was a tutti-fruti ice cream scent (!!!), an olfactory deja vu that lasted mere nanoseconds. Then exquisite floral notes emerge (jasmine, ylang-ylang and neroli), a refined jasmine (not as much as the brutal opening of Cacharel Anais Anais). The citrus notes are almost imperceptible, but the base is very present and gives that exquisite sweet touch. If I had to choose a ‘old school’ perfume for my partner that isn’t too familiar, I wouldn’t hesitate. It is refined, beautiful, not too scandalous, sweet without being cloying. Ideal for daytime receptions, not for the office. Very elegant.

  I was gifted this perfume and, although I prefer strong scents over subtle ones, it has left me speechless. I didn’t expect such an intense floral bouquet; I detect mostly jasmine, the citrus is imperceptible, and the base notes come across as slightly bitter. The longevity lasts about half an hour. It’s in its final phase now; I sense a bit of an oriental twist. It doesn’t disgust me, but I preferred it more at the start. On my scale: an 8.

  I tried the evolution on my arm yesterday and gave it an 8 for the oriental touch, but today I take it back: I woke up with a scent so incredibly rich on my arm! The longevity is beastly; I slept and woke up still perfumed.
