What a cherry bomb! It has a powerful base and sounds sexy, fun, and slightly dark, likely due to the ink, rum, and woods. It brings back memories of when I loved goth style and writing; I’m fascinated by that connection. The almond texture on my skin is creamy and oily, a delight. It’s very versatile; I use it for everything except hot weather or formal events.
I can’t deal with this: the cherry overwhelms me. While there are other nuances, I simply don’t like it. It’s the only LP scent that has failed to impress me.
Smells identical to Pikotas, those classic sweets. Everyone in Spain knows them; I’m not sure if they’re equally famous elsewhere.
Personally, it doesn’t smell like a cherry lollipop to me; it’s incredibly spiced, woody, sensual, slightly dark with a touch of cherry sweetness that makes the aroma lighter. I received a decant and was tempted to buy the full version, but it’s sold out *tears*. It’s a scent I’d wear on a casual night out.
I just tried it in a decant; I don’t know if it’s me, but it smells like blue Nivea cream with a touch of cherry. Unisex/Feminine, creamy cherry due to a noticeable almond and a soft patchouli.
On the first spray, I was scared by the prominent wine alcohol note, but it soon calmed down giving way to the cherry and bitter almond. It’s not a sugary cherry type of ‘adolescent’ body spray, but well balanced with other notes, creating something pleasant and subtle. The ink gives it a different and fun touch. It’s the first perfume from the house’s discovery set to surprise me positively, although I still haven’t found that ‘beast mode’ projection attributed to Lorenzo Pazzaglia. In fact, it seems tremendously wearable.
At first, the wine alcohol scared me, but soon it settled and the cherry and bitter almond emerged. It doesn’t smell like childish body spray; it’s well-balanced and pleasant. The ink gives it a fun touch. It’s the first discovery set scent I’ve liked, though I still haven’t found that ‘beast mode’ projection attributed to Pazzaglia. It’s tremendously wearable.
Cherry is my queen note and I was eager to try it. The result? A surprise, both good and bad (as a good Galician, I say)… It all depends on your perspective. The aroma is a wonder. After searching for something new, this is totally different. It opens with a lollipop touch that gives way to vanilla, leather, and amber, but it’s not typical! Here, the cherry loses its acidity and becomes creamy and vanilla-infused, like a delicious punch. At first, it’s noticeable, but then a present cherry remains throughout, which is rare. The flaw? It wasn’t the beastly long-lasting scent promised. It fades quickly, the projection is short, and the longevity is moderate (around 6 hours); in the last hours, it smells more like moisturiser than perfume. In summary: it fails where I expected, but it surprised me with its unique cherry scent. Scent 10/10, moderate longevity. Not for standing out at a party, but I enjoy it to the maximum. It’s in my top aromas.
Cherry is one of my favourite notes and I was keen to try it. The result? A surprise, both good and bad (as a Galician, I suppose)… It depends on your point of view. Regarding the scent, the surprise was very positive. After my recent interest in cherries, I expected to find something that didn’t offer anything new. A bit of lollipop at the start, followed by a base of vanilla, leather and amber that lasts a while… BUT NO! This is totally different. Does it smell like cherry? Yes, but it’s a cherry worked in a different way. Here, the cherry loses its acidity to leave a creamy, vanilla-infused version, which with the wine gives a pleasant punch sensation. Although that initial feeling disappears, it’s noticeable that it’s a cherry perfume for a large part of the duration, something unusual. And the negative? In the least expected place: I expected a cherry bomb that would project like a beast for hours, and the furthest thing from reality. Despite a moderately intense opening, it fades quickly, becoming moderate to soft projection, effective at close range but imperceptible at arm’s length. Longevity is average (around 6 hours), and the last two hours are only noticeable when bringing the nose close, leaving a sensation of cherry moisturiser rather than perfume (it’s an extract). My final opinion? Complicated to decide because it fails in what I took for granted, but it surprised me positively with a cherry scent very different from the market. I give it a maximum score because, forgetting the hype and exaggerated comments, it’s a very good perfume. Scent 10/10 and average longevity. It’s not meant to be the centre of attention or the king of the party, nor to show great elegance… But I enjoy it to the maximum during the time it lasts. Without a doubt, in my top scents.
I had higher expectations, but it comes across as an uninteresting cherry scent. It has good fixative qualities and feels realistic… It’s cherry in syrup with a touch of red wine and hints of leather and ink, but above all, it’s just a realistic cherry.
Cherry Uno has divided opinions. Its sweet, fruity cherry aroma attracts those seeking something youthful and playful. But for others, like in your case, it can be too intense and evoke childish syrups, resulting in being overwhelming. Projection and longevity also vary: some love it, while others find it uncomfortable due to the intensity. In short, it’s ideal for those wanting something fun and light, whereas those preferring something more subtle or sophisticated may not enjoy it.
Cherry Uno has generated mixed reviews. On one hand, its sweet and fruity aroma reminds of cherries and may appeal to those seeking youthful and playful fragrances. However, for some, as in your case, it can result in being too intense and evoke memories of children’s syrups, which can be overwhelming or ‘harassing’. Projection and longevity are also key; while some appreciate its durability, others find that the intensity becomes uncomfortable over time. In summary, it seems more suitable for those looking for something fun and light, whereas those who prefer subtle or sophisticated fragrances may not enjoy its profile.
I’ve always been looking for a perfect night perfume, dark, with presence, and one that would make me feel unique. When I tried Cherry Ink, I knew I had to stop searching, because I had no doubts; it was the ideal nocturnal scent. It’s as if they had macerated a black, acidic and juicy cherry in liquor and then mixed it with a bewitched potion, deep, dark, penetrating and mysterious. The result is an attractive, sensual, dark and deep scent, with a touch of acid and audacity. It’s the combination of a black dress, high heels and powerful red lips. If perversity smelled (in a good sense), it would be this. Perhaps at first it might seem like the typical cherry perfume that smells like a lollipop, but when the ink kicks in, it transforms into the essence of the forbidden. On me, it has good projection and longevity, although I would never wear it during the day.
I was looking for a dark, presence-filled night perfume that would make me feel unique. Cherry Ink was the end of the search: it’s perfect. As if they macerated a juicy black cherry in liquor and mixed it with a mysterious, deep potion. The result is sensual, dark, with a tiny acidic and daring twist. It’s a black dress, high heels, and red lips. If perversion had a scent, it would be this. Perhaps it seems like a lollipop at first, but with the ink, it transforms into a forbidden essence. It has good projection and longevity, but I only wear it at night.
To me, it smells like a clean, slightly soapy cherry, which I loved. It’s sweet, with a critical touch, ambered, and you can detect jasmine at times. On my skin, it doesn’t feel as aggressive. It’s been a great discovery of 2024, which is now coming to an end. I’ll be buying the bottle next year because for night outs, it’s the sensation. Pazzaglia fragrances are unisex, but this one feels quite feminine, sensual and sweet, very well balanced.
In my nose, the cherry smells clean and slightly soapy, how fascinating! It’s sweet, with an amber touch, and you can detect the jasmine. I don’t feel as excited as others, but it’s a great discovery of 2024. I’ll buy the bottle next year; for going out at night, it’s the sensation. Pazzaglia fragrances are unisex, but I feel this one is quite feminine: sensual, sweet, and very balanced.
It smells like Halls cherry lozenges to me.
I wore it all day and it’s ideal if you’re looking for something that evolves: it starts acidic and spicy, then smells like a cherry lollipop, but afterwards it gently descends through all the notes until it settles on my skin like a red wine with vanilla. The scent is exquisite, though my only complaint is that it’s very subtle; I expected something more striking and haven’t quite noticed the ink. I’d buy it if it were on offer and a bit more affordable, so I’m not ruling it out with a discount.
I’m trying it today and it’s ideal for those who love perfumes that evolve. It opens acidic and sharp, resembling a cherry lollipop, but then it drops and passes smoothly through all the notes until stabilising on red wine and vanilla. The aroma is exquisite. The only flaw is that it’s too soft; I expected something more striking and I don’t detect the ink. I would buy it if it came on offer and was more affordable, so I’m not ruling it out.
