Dose de Humor is a floral fruity gourmand fragrance for women, launched by Natura in 2020. This composition was created by Verônica Kato and Nicolas Beaulieu. The top notes unfold champagne, lemon grass, pear and pink grapefruit; the heart reveals raspberry, rose and valley lily; while the base settles on patchouli, sweet notes and vanilla.

  • It left me absolutely flabbergasted, very pretty and a real surprise. At first, it smells like a sugar cube, then the champagne comes through, and finally we’re left with the rose. A beautiful fragrance that caught me completely off guard.

  • It’s a playful layering of pink and its own scent; as it settles, the woody note of its own scent remains, along with the citrus aroma of a grapefruit with a touch of red fruits.

  • My favourite from this line. It reminds me of lychee sweets I used to buy at an Asian shop. It’s floral, fruity, and slightly fresh. I love it.

  • I tried it a few days ago and it’s a real discovery: it smells different from everything I’ve heard. On my skin, the patchouli dominates, mixed with lemon and sweet notes of raspberry and pear, finishing slightly powdery. It’s in the Anna Sui fantasy style, but it’s not the same; it just follows that path. Watch out: if you don’t like patchouli, avoid it, because it smells very much like that. Also, the bottle is matte and neon, but you have to look after it carefully as it scratches easily. In short, I loved it; it’s versatile and lasts quite a long time.

I bought it blindly : ( because on the Fragrantica page it’s classified in the Floral Fruity Gourmand family, but it smells mentholated, similar to sportsmen’s ointments. I don’t know what to do; I’ve already opened it and can’t return it in that condition. I always thought gourmands were sweet, and I’ve encountered gourmand perfumes that make you want to eat them, but this is the first time I’ve come across a strangely mentholated one. I’ve been wearing it for a while now and we’ve gelled; the intensity it had at the beginning has decreased, or perhaps I’ve just got used to it. A great plus is the rose aroma, which isn’t overshadowed by the patchouli. It’s best applied moderately so I get along better with this fragrance.

  • I really liked this scent, honestly, it surprised me. I’m a huge fan of raspberries in perfumery and they are quite noticeable here. At first, the initial acidity didn’t convince me much and put me on the defensive, but later in the dry-down it conquered me. Very fruity, with a patchouli that accompanies it worthy of the task; occasionally it smells like sweet gummies. Yes, it feels mentholated at times, but the fruity notes predominate.

  • I really liked this scent, honestly, I was surprised. I’m a huge fan of raspberries in perfumery, and they’re quite present here. At first, the acidity didn’t convince me much and left me on the defensive, but later the dry-down ended up winning me over. Very fruity, with a patchouli accompanying it dignifiedly; at times it feels like the scent of sweet gummies. It’s true that it feels mentholated at moments, but the fruitiness predominates.

I arrived expecting something softer, innocent and sweet, like the raspberry and pink pepper or the Kriska Shock, but nothing like that: it’s super potent. The lemon or capim limao is basically citronella, the herb used to ward off insects; combined with the patchouli, it creates something strange and mentholated. It’s not ugly, but don’t buy it blindly. I like the fruity aroma it leaves after a while and I kept it. My boyfriend finds it disgusting and the other time we killed a cockroach with two sprays before using the insecticide. It’s hyper-potent; I went to my mum’s house and after three or four sprays five hours ago, she asked if I’d thrown something fruity in the living room. Plus, it lasts more than a day; even a shower doesn’t take it away. Perfumes usually last a long time on me because I have oily skin, but never anything like this! Well, I’ve stopped talking; I’m usually brief, but this time I’ve let myself go.

I was expecting a much softer, innocent, and sweet scent, like raspberry and pink pepper or Kriska Shock, but it’s nothing like that. It’s super potent. The lemon grass or capim limão is nothing less than ‘citronella’ as we call it in Argentina, the famous insect-repelling herb. That note combined with patchouli creates something very strange and mentholated. It’s not unpleasant, but don’t buy it blindly. In fact, I do like the fruity aroma it leaves after a while, so I’ve kept it. My boyfriend, however, detests it, and the other time we killed a cockroach with two sprays; it died before the insecticide did. It’s hyper-potent; the other day I went to my mum’s house, and after three or four sprays about five hours earlier, she asked if I’d thrown something ‘fruity’ in the living room while I was down with the dog. Plus, it lasts more than a day, even after a bath. Perfumes usually last long on me, I think because of my thick, oily skin. BUT NEVER SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!! Well, that’s it, haha, I’m a person of few words, but this time I’ve let myself go.

Powdery red fruits and a subtle patchouli in the background that won me over. I tried it today on a sample and was surprised. I had heard this fragrance resembled some cherry and mint chewing gum from a popular brand in my country (Argentina) and expected a candy-style perfume for a teen audience. Nothing like it, it’s a beautiful sweet scent, nothing heavy, delicate and powdery on me. It may have a mentholated touch on the opening but don’t be alarmed. I loved it and already want a regular size.

  • It’s a floral perfume with a candy aroma, powdery, a classic combination in perfumery though slightly fruitier and synthetic. It produces a familiar sensation, ideal for daily use, not a particularly standout perfume or one I would recommend in my opinion as I find it a bit generic. However, if you’re looking for something slightly floral, semi-sweet and powdery like a deodorant, this perfume could work. It may generate compliments in its trail due to the dynamics of its notes. It’s soft and is at skin level after 30 minutes.

  • VanillaDream

Wow, skin scent in 30 minutes? It lasts me all day and is one of the most potent fragrances I’ve tried. Perhaps yours was the Argentine version and mine the Brazilian one, or vice versa, I don’t know. How strange!!!!

I like it, but as I read in previous comments… don’t buy it blind! I have no regrets having bought it as it is the ‘freshest’ (or the least gourmand) in my collection. It has pros and cons. It’s a simple perfume. On the opening, I feel it’s slightly bitter due to the champagne and grapefruit. The citronella comes through in the background, harmonising the earlier notes a bit. On my skin, I feel the rose is the most standout note. I barely detect the raspberry. It’s more of a floral than a fruity scent, not very gourmand. I recommend it for everyday wear when you don’t feel like being overly sweet and want a kilo of sugar. I also find it a bit powdery. I must highlight it has good projection; it lasted four hours with great projection. I was only complimented once, so meh.

  • Hello, I’m not sure if I’m mistaken, but compared it to Angel Nova by Mugler and they are incredibly similar to my nose. It’s a delight, super fresh and sparkling for spring and summer! I bought it blind based on the notes and it turned out delicious.

  • Tinaperfumada

Love at first sniff, I really loved it! It’s an excellent perfume, ideal for spring and summer, to wear in the afternoon or evening. It lasts about twelve hours and the projection about three, what a treat! Congratulations to Natura. Would I buy it again? A thousand times over, I love it and it simply cannot be missing. PER-FU-MA-ZO!

  • Tinaperfumada

Love at first sniff. I loved it; it is an excellent perfume ideal for spring-summer, to be worn late/evening. Longevity: more than 12 hours, projection: 3 hours. Very well! I congratulate Natura. Would I buy it again? A thousand times. I love it, it cannot be missing. PER-FU-MA-ZO.

  • A beautiful, distinct fragrance that lasts a very long time on the skin, more than 8 hours, and leaves a good trail. I received many compliments when I wore it…

  • MacarenaMaira131

Since I tried the sample, I thought it was HORRIBLE. It was fruit-scented insecticide.

  • julieta85

It is a sparkling strawberry drink that stings the nose, just as the bubbles would when drinking it. It is an astringent, slightly citrusy and clean scent. It is simple, a bit synthetic, but rich.

  • Natalia98

I love the idea that it is inspired by my favourite drink: the berry gin tonic. I read reviews before buying it, and when I had it, I loved the champagne aroma. I got it from a Natura consultant because it is not easily available through the catalogue, at least here. Excellent purchase, I am delighted.

  • Pobrecabrachica

Too intense at first, a bit like insecticide; you have to get close slowly to notice the aromas. It lasts quite a while on the skin and over time the fruity aromas and the patchouli manage to linger, which is far too much for me.

  • I need them to bring it back. I used it with such enthusiasm that now I miss it. The rose note is not the protagonist and gives me nausea, but the longevity is excellent and it has that Natura DNA that makes it my favourite brand. It is youthful and energetic, ideal for an afternoon outing. I detect something of pineapple even though it is not declared. I love it and hope it returns.

  • A good perfume with a moderate trail and plenty of personality. It opens acidic, with that champagne note very present, and patchouli appears at the base. I recommend it if you like citrus and acidity; it has just the right touch of sweetness. I gave it to my sister because that acidity saturated me; it is not my taste, but I admire its originality. Before buying it, smelling it is key, as it is very particular.

  • Of all Natura’s lines, Humor is my favourite, and Dose de Humor is a particular favourite of mine: it is vibrant and lifts the mood. People tell me I smell incredible with this delicious perfume and they never stop complimenting it.

If it is the best of Natura, it is by far. I don’t know if it’s the formula, but you have to give it patience. At first, it smells weak, almost like insecticide, but once it settles, it becomes a beast, similar to Angel Nova. It fills the room and lasts 8 hours on skin and clothes until washed.
