A good perfume for the price. It opens with mandarin and mint, evolving to maintain a fresh air, blending citrus, aquatic, and green notes with a sweet touch that isn’t cloying. It’s an eau de parfum with average performance on my skin. Recommended if you’re looking for something pleasant or economical but of good quality.
A delightful surprise. I really liked it. It bears a strong resemblance to Platinum Egoiste, which I owned years ago. Excellent longevity and projection. Although lavender isn’t listed, I detect it strongly in the opening. I love it.
They say it resembles one of PDM’s fragrances and another from Chanel that I don’t know. I’d say it’s fresh, aromatic, and lovely, surprising with its price-to-performance ratio, which is typical for this French house. It’s versatile, perfect for daytime, sunny days, and even some nights that aren’t too cold. It suits both elegant and informal occasions depending on the setting. It has an aromatic vibe, similar to Versace Blue Jeans, but less linear and perhaps slightly more complex in the dry-down. It fits those scents you want to smell all day on your wrist. It smells more expensive, not cheap, with good performance and trail that don’t disappoint. In 75ml with a pretty bottle, I’d almost recommend it blindly (it doesn’t even reach $20 here). With these and others from the F. Olivier collection, you can build a basic collection, smelling great while spending little. You could also include some from Jaguar, Ferrari, or Bentley, and the collection would be complete.
Time to review L’BEL Blue Intense. Since I already own the original, I’m curious to see which lasts longer on the skin. It’s a rich, fresh, crisp, and clean summer scent, with nothing sweet about it.
