I like it. The opening is very sweet from the plum and rum, with an orangey touch. There’s something that clashes with me; I think it’s the absinthe, I just don’t get along with that note. I don’t detect the eucalyptus. In the dry down, the woods and leather are noticeable, which is the best phase. I would have preferred it less sweet. Suitable for autumn, winter, and spring, day and night. Long-lasting longevity with moderate sillage.
I didn’t like it much, especially the opening. It felt like an uncontrolled mix of strong notes, too much rum, excessively sweet and rough at the same time. Poorly balanced at first. It improves significantly as it dries down and settles into a soft, pleasant woody leather. Note, this isn’t an Eau de Cologne; Atelier Cologne’s ‘Cologne Absolue’ are concentrated, even more so than an EDP. This one is 18%. Longevity is excellent with a moderate sillage, perhaps slightly above average.
I thought it was the definitive leather cologne, but there’s something that doesn’t sit right with me. The opening is top-notch: rum, leather, oud, and something sweet, perhaps plum in the heart. But that’s where things change; something ruins it completely from that point until the end, what a pity. Without that note (I think it’s the one mentioned in the other review), it would be an excellent cologne.

I was gifted a decant and liked it quite a bit. It starts with an absolutely beastly dirty leather, but within half an hour it mutates into a soft oud with liquor and plum. On my skin, the woody notes dominate, always sweet. Projection is strong at first, then more discreet. Lasts over 6 hours, without exaggeration. It’s cosy, a bit more tart than other leather/plum scents, giving it a unisex vibe but leaning feminine due to the sweetness. Ideal for cold climates, day or night. Pleasant: 7/10 Interesting: 7/10 Versatile: 7/10 Original: 7/10
