I absolutely love this scent; it smells truly niche. I bought it for the notes and because Estée Lauder recommended it years ago. At first, it smells strongly of plum, then something unusual emerges—a blend of leather and milk rarely found in regular perfumes. The leather takes over; it’s not heavy, but that note doesn’t suit me (though I did like it in Dark Rum). Finally, the amber comes through. In my opinion, it’s for going out at night, parties, or dinner—far too strong for daytime. I think it works better in the cold. The longevity is moderate; I have it in oil form. In short, it smells different and I’ve loved it immensely. Plus, Malin+Goetz is cruelty-free ♥♥
