I love this scent; you must be a fan of sweet, candy-like perfumes. It opens powerfully and feels nothing synthetic; Yara Candy came to mind instantly. They aren’t the same, but I think owning both is redundant. It doesn’t evolve much; it’s what it is: it smells like strawberry bubblegum powder, lots of pear, and vanilla, nothing more. I bought it to get an idea of what Kayali’s Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar might be and to see if it was worth it. Definitely a yes for me, and if it has better quality, it’s worth being more expensive because this one is delicious, but it lasts me a breath on both clothes and skin, projecting perhaps only half an hour.
It’s a simple, linear perfume, I think it targets a younger audience, though that’s subjective and everyone experiences it differently. In my opinion, it’s a daily scent for warm weather; it’s not powerful or long-lasting, smells like strawberry sweets, and the fruity notes don’t stand out. That said, it makes me sneeze every time I use it, and the opening is a bit sharp.
I love the scent. If you adore sweet, candy-like perfumes, you must try it. It opens powerfully and feels nothing synthetic; I immediately thought of Yara Candy. I bought it to see if it was worth the price of Kayali’s Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar. Definitely a yes for me; if it has better quality, it’s worth being more expensive because it’s delicious, but it lasts me a breath on both clothes and skin, projecting perhaps only half an hour.
To me, it has a muskiness that the original lacks. I don’t like it, but I dislike the original’s price even less. I enjoy the opening, but not the dry-down.
This perfume is super sweet, a genuine tooth-rotter. Ideal for gifting to a teenager or someone in their twenties. It smells like juicy, sweet pear, almost drinkable. Although I wouldn’t classify it as gourmand, it’s very affordable and perfect for any time of year. It doesn’t overwhelm even in summer and lasts much longer on clothes, with moderate projection.
I’m super confused by the reviews talking about it being linear, vanilla, or marshmallow. I don’t know if it improves over time, but honestly, I don’t want to know. The opening is a sharp, sugared pear that irritates, but that’s not all: almost immediately the sweetness vanishes, and on the skin (or due to my pH), only the sandalwood and some spiced notes like patchouli remain. I felt NOTHING of vanilla or marshmallow, just pear at the start and then sandalwood. The dry-down reminded me a bit of YSL’s Black Opium, which I didn’t expect since I love super sweet and feminine fragrances. I regret buying it blind without testing it; the good thing is it’s not expensive (around 25,000 Chilean pesos), but given the notes and reviews, I expected something else. Don’t buy it without testing it first!
Bought the small bottle to try it out and it was a complete letdown. I absolutely love sweet perfumes, like sweets or marshmallows, but I can’t detect anything here. It smells like stale candy, a strange mix that has nothing to do with the listed notes. It might be my skin, but I just didn’t like it.
How sweet! It’s a pure tooth-rotter, perfect for gifting to a teenager or someone in their twenties. Smells like juicy, sweet pear, almost drinkable. I wouldn’t classify it as gourmand; it’s super affordable and perfect for any season. It doesn’t overwhelm in summer, lasts longer on clothes, and has moderate projection.
I’m really confused by the reviews talking about vanilla and marshmallow. I don’t know if it improves with time, but the truth is I don’t want to know. The opening is a sharp, sugary pear, so intense it’s irritating, but that’s not all: almost immediately the sweet opening vanishes and on the skin remains (or due to my pH) purely sandalwood and something spiced like patchouli. I felt NOTHING of vanilla or marshmallow, just pear and then sandalwood. The dry down reminded me a bit of YSL’s Black Opium, which I didn’t expect since I love hyper-sweet and hyper-feminine fragrances. I regret buying it blind without testing it first; the good thing is it’s not expensive (approx 25,000 Chilean pesos) but given the notes and reviews I expected something else. Don’t buy without testing first!
I bought a small vial to try it and was hugely disappointed. I’m a lover of sweet perfumes with candy and marshmallow scents… I felt nothing. It smells like stale sweets, like a strangely mixed blend; I don’t feel the notes it claims to have. Maybe it’s my skin, I don’t know, but I didn’t like it at all
What a variety of crazy opinions! That tells us it’s not linear. Perhaps it doesn’t evolve slowly like others, but it has enough notes for everyone to smell it differently. In my case, it has that dense, velvety sweetness that I love when a perfume is sweet rather than floral or fruity. It’s a delicious gourmand, and although it’s not my favourite olfactive family, it makes me want to sniff my wrist all the time.
What a perfume with such different reviews! That should give us a clue that it’s not linear. Perhaps it doesn’t evolve as much or as slowly as others, but it has enough notes for us to perceive such different things. In my case, it has the dense, plush sweetness I like in mostly sweet perfumes. It’s very pleasant and makes you want to sniff your wrist repeatedly. It’s a delicious gourmand, even though it’s my favourite olfactory family
It’s a lovely perfume. It’s not childish despite the gourmand notes; it’s elegant for any occasion. It doesn’t declare honey, but I perceive it. Although they don’t share notes, when it dries down it reminds me very much of Scandal Woman EDP. Worth noting that it has good longevity
Khair Confection by Paris Corner, a gourmand whisper born in 2024 that envelops the senses. The juicy pear and whipped cream dance fresh and indulgent. In the heart, plush cashmere, radiant jasmine and exotic ylang-ylang weave a spell. At the base, warm vanilla, sweet marshmallow and creamy sandalwood seal an olfactory poem of dreamy afternoons. It’s a fragrance that caresses like a sugary memory, a delight for those who carry softness and passion. ⚠️ Warning: you’ll love it or hate it, there are no middle grounds
I cannot describe how wonderful it is; I bought it blind and it didn’t disappoint; it’s my first Arabic perfume out of so many I want to try. The opening is full pear, then in my perception comes the whipped cream and sandalwood, settling on the skin with that exquisite marshmallow scent. It has great potency and lasts all day on me
Khair Confection – Paris Corner, love at first sniff. From the first spray, I knew it was very mine. The opening is pure joy: candied pear with cream, like a creamy dessert that makes me want to smile. It’s sweet but not cloying, with a playful touch that hooks you. Over time, soft flowers emerge, making it more feminine and elegant without losing its sweetness. The best part is the dry-down: vanilla and marshmallow embraced with a warm touch of sandalwood, like wrapping yourself in a sweet cloud you don’t want to let go of. It lasts on my skin, though I’m not sure how long because I keep reapplying just to revive the opening I love. The trail is non-overwhelming, and people always ask what perfume I’m wearing because it smells delicious. The pink bottle with blue accents is gorgeous, looking like a decorated caramel. People compare it to Kayali perfumes; I haven’t tried them, but it reminded me of Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle Le Parfum (2021). I like it, but there’s something that grates on me, whereas Khair Confection doesn’t grate at all. For me, it’s what La Belle Le Parfum could have been but wasn’t. I don’t know if Kayali will be the same, but after this, I’m eager to try it. In summary: sweet, feminine, joyful, and highly addictive. One of those perfumes that makes you feel comfortable, pretty, and hugged all day. Out of the whole collection, this and Felicity are my favourites (I own them all and love them, except the first one which is said to be more masculine, and I’m missing the last one, Lulu, which I’m dying to try).
Khair Confection by Paris Corner, love at first sniff ♥️♥️♥️. From the first spray, I knew it was very mine: the opening is pure joy, candied pear with cream like a creamy dessert that makes me smile. It’s sweet without being cloying, with a playful touch that’s addictive. Then soft florals emerge, making it elegant without losing its indulgent character. The best part is the dry down: warm vanilla and marshmallow with creamy sandalwood, like wrapping yourself in a sweet cloud. On my long-lasting skin, I keep reapplying it to revive the opening. The trail is unobtrusive and people always ask what smells so delicious. The pink bottle with blue accents is gorgeous; it looks like a caramel. It reminded me of Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle Le Parfum (2021), but it had something that grated on me; in contrast, Khair doesn’t grate at all. It’s what La Belle could have been but wasn’t. I haven’t tried Kayali, but now I’m keen to try it. In summary: sweet, feminine, joyful and addictive. One of those perfumes that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful all day 💖. From the collection, this and Felicity are my favourites (I have them all except the first one, which they say is more masculine, and I’m missing the last one, Lulu, which I want to try)
I just acquired it and at first, it smells incredibly like Fantasy by Britney Spears, but then it changes completely; it’s no longer Fantasy at all. I compare it to Sultry Pearl by Zara, which I use regularly; if they’re not clones, they’re twins. Sultry Pearl reminds me of La Belle by JPG, so Confection by Paris Corner also seeks that memory. In the heart, it’s sweet but not gourmand, more floral. Only when it dries down does it become super sweet, but it doesn’t suit me. It’s not a special or distinct scent. When it dries down, for me, it smells like a pretentious older lady going to church or shopping, very dressed up but elderly. Finally, I sold it.
It’s nice, but I tried it thinking it would be a dupe for La Belle… nothing like it, haha
A great disappointment as it promised so much. I consider it a floral fragrance and I only smell the jasmine; I’m not sure if it’s my skin or because I don’t like florals that I’m fixated on that note. Furthermore, the scent is far too intense. I can’t detect any pear, whipped cream, or anything else 😔
At first it smells like sweet sweets, but once it dries down I was absolutely delighted: it’s identical to La Belle JPG. I’ve been hunting for that perfume at a good price in stores for years, so I’m sticking with Khair Confection. It’s a sweet, creamy, vanilla-infused pear that I adore
I was disappointed; it promised a lot but on my skin it just smells like jasmine. I can’t detect the pear or whipped cream at all. Since I don’t favour florals, the scent is far too intense, and none of the promised notes come through 😔
Buy blind; the bottle is divine with its colour gradient. I thought it would be another generic gourmand, but it amazed me. I believe it’s one of the sweetest scents I’ve tried; when I apply it, I feel like syrup. It reminds me a bit of Le Belle by JPG and has a mysterious little note that makes it interesting. I liked it more than Khair Pistachio; I think I’ll continue buying the Khairs from Paris Corner one by one to complete the collection and find more treasures.
I ordered it blind following ClaudiaValley’s recommendation. I thought it resembled the Kayali one and hoped with hope it wouldn’t be like La Belle as I don’t like it. Well, it resembles La Belle a lot, almost 90%, and may have a distant resemblance to Kayali, but in the imagination. It’s true that it’s softer and more generic than La Belle, making it more bearable. I’ll wear it because I plan to give it more chances. For now, the longevity and projection are good. If you have La Belle, you don’t need this, and vice versa. Those who say it doesn’t resemble La Belle, I don’t understand. For scents, noses, wow.
Beautiful and seductive. It’s sweet, boozy, and luminous, enveloping you without being cloying, a key point for those who don’t like sweet scents. It’s made with class. I admit that Kayali Candy Rock Sugar has a slightly more magical touch, but considering price and quality, it’s worth buying this Khair Confection.
It’s sweet and lovely, smelling like a fruit cocktail and gummies. On my skin, it smells a bit like overripe fruit, but I keep trying to make it match my skin.
I love it. It’s sweet without being gourmand, so it doesn’t feel heavy to me. There’s a floral note in the dry-down, but above all, it’s sweet. Moderate projection, lasts 6-7 hours on skin.
What a delight! I love it. That sweet pear, whipped cream, and vanilla have won me over, even though I’m not a sweet tooth when it comes to perfumes, who can resist? I just hope it gains more potency over time; I’ve just got it and I can’t stop smelling it.
At first, it smells like fruit candies or Yara Candy-style gummies (a bit plasticky), but once it dries down, it resembles Kahir Confection much more. It’s sweeter because it lacks patchouli, which is great. It has a woody base that supports the pear, vanilla, and marshmallow. Perfect for sweet lovers. It’s not shy, but it’s not annoying. A sweet fruity ideal for summer in small amounts or for layering. The best part: it lasts well, moderate on skin and longer on clothes. For around $20 here, compared to a Kayali that lasts 1-2 hours and costs over $100, there’s no comparison. Thanks Paris Corner 🫰
What a delight this perfume is! I adore it. That sweet pear, whipped cream, and vanilla have won me over; although I’m not usually a fan of sweet perfumes, who can resist? I just hope it gains more power over time; I’ve just bought it and can’t stop smelling it.
Out of my entire collection, this is the best I own; simply sensational, exquisite! The projection and longevity are fantastic.
I have one of my friends and the truth is, it smells divine: sweet, vanilla-infused and talc-like with a fruity and creamy touch. Ideal for those who love sweet scents without going overboard, super delicate.
