  This fragrance drives me mad. I don’t like it in the sense that it’s pleasant, but it hooks me, it grabs me, I don’t know how to say it. It’s like a drug, what a beast. I’m usually a floral person but this smells special; it has personality and tells a different story. It’s not for everyone. It’s for night, and although it seems masculine, I see it as a woman’s scent. This happens with masterpieces: you can’t define them. They slip away from me. A spray of the original lasts hours; decent imitations don’t last more than an hour… that’s why it’s worth ten times more. Either you put on ten sprays or you buy the original, which adds unique nuances: the leather, the smokiness, the flowers… I give up. Note: apparently it doesn’t contain leather; it must be the smokiness that reminds me of animal notes. Vuitton uses leather in many of their perfumes but this one doesn’t. I love it.

  I detect cherry. It’s elegant, a touch sweet but not overdone, with soft flowers, nothing citrusy yet fresh. It’s one of my favourites.

  It’s madness. It starts with a sting I can’t quite define, then stumbles towards leather before settling down quite a bit… I have no idea. It’s a total experience and I still don’t know if it kills me or if I adore it. But I always come back to smell it up close, wondering when to wear it… in short, it’s a complete character. Intriguing, at least.
