What a pity the perfume is so crude and terrible, but what a gorgeous bottle, truly. It starts bright and rich with yuzu, which is the only phase I can stomach, and I say that half-heartedly. Then it turns into a very marked Marseille soap essence (70%), with a hint of men’s Sanex shower gel (20%) and a touch of fabric softener. All of this with a TON of musk that isn’t even listed in the notes and completely dominates the fragrance. There’s also lavender, which isn’t on Fragantica’s notes either. Basically, it smells like what you find in a laundry room: powerful Marseille detergent, heavily musky, and slightly floral. The longevity is poor and the sillage is low. If they bottled it at Mercadona under their own brand for €5.99, it wouldn’t sell, but at €200 with that little bottle, someone will fall for it. It borders on a scam.
How crude and terrible. But what a beautiful bottle, eh? There it is. Truly. The opening is a rich citrus where yuzu rules, the only phase that’s half acceptable. Then it smells of very marked Marseille soap (70%), with a bit of Sanex gel (20%) and a dash of fabric softener. All with a ton of unlisted musk that dominates. There’s lavender too, not on the notes either. Basically, it smells like a laundry room. Scent of powerful detergent, musky and floral. Poor longevity and low sillage. If they sold it at Mercadona for €5.99, it wouldn’t sell. At €200 with that little bottle, someone will bite. It borders on a scam.
A pleasant, summery citrus-musky fragrance. The bitter opening of the yuzu is softened by neroli, creating a lovely balance. It develops into that ‘sandy’ note of vetiver, which isn’t listed but is very present, adding an earthy texture. Alongside the citrus and white musk, it reminds me of Acqua di Parma Colonia Futura, though this is younger and more luminous. It doesn’t smell like Marseille soap as some claim; the musk gives it a clean feel with a hint of fabric softener. I haven’t worn it long enough to judge its longevity, but it doesn’t seem to be its strong suit. For me, it’s a designer scent, like a more refined version of Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey.
Super bright and citrusy opening that evolves quickly into a cocktail of spices and aromatics, perfect for the beach. It smells juicy and invites you to keep sniffing it; it’s rich. A yuzu that adds brightness, with a handful of spices and little plants that round off the scent. Moderate projection, lasts 6 hours.
A super-citrusy, bright opening that quickly evolves into a spicy aromatic cocktail, perfect for the beach. It smells juicy and inviting, making you want to keep sniffing it because it’s so delicious. The yuzu adds a sparkling brightness, balanced by a handful of spices and herbs that make it a truly delightful scent. Moderate projection with a lasting power of around six hours.
