  • Pure honey, it smells like nothing else. I’m a lover of sweet scents, but this truly smells of honey, and as it dries, it takes on a burnt honey character, so to speak.

  • Pure honey, it doesn’t smell like anything else. I’m a lover of sweet things, but this smells of honey and when it dries it seems like burnt honey, to put it that way.

Putting this on is literally slathering yourself in honey. If you don’t have honey for breakfast, don’t worry, you’ve got Kim’s Pure Honey. Just don’t eat it! I only wanted to prove a point. The truth is, I don’t like it. When the Macy’s assistant applied it (almost all over my arm), the honey scent was overpowering; I couldn’t smell anything else. However, I applaud Kim: if she says it’s a pure fragrance, then it should be pure. And, by the way, the bottle is quite pretty.

I loved this fragrance; I’m addicted to sweet perfumes, so I can affirm that this has a discreet sweetness (imagine the cloying syrups I have). Its opening tends to be fresh, like honey with a small touch of lemon, which surprised me. It’s in the dry-down when the vanilla and subtle coconut note appear, but yes, what predominates is the honey, delicious. I don’t perceive the floral notes. It lasts quite a while and its projection is very good for the price of the perfume.

I arrived looking for a Lush honey body spray that I don’t know if is discontinued or hasn’t reached physical or virtual stores in my country yet due to the pandemic. And I have to say it’s very, very rich; it’s exactly what I was looking for, a citrus with honey. It’s very fresh and not a cloying sweet bomb like Lush. It has good projection and longevity; this is honey but in just the right measure. In the dry-down, I sense coconut and vanilla, but it’s not creamy, so I can use it on hot days. Well done to Kim and her perfumes. Although I have to admit I’ll still be waiting for my Lush Honey. Edit: I’m back just to say I fell in love and am completely smitten; I’m off to buy a refill.

I was looking for Lush’s honey body spray, which I’m not sure is discontinued or simply unavailable in my country due to the pandemic. I must say, it is delicious. Exactly what I was searching for: citrus with honey. Very fresh, not a cloying bomb like Lush’s version. It has good projection and longevity. The honey is in just the right measure; as it dries, you notice the coconut and vanilla, but it’s not creamy, so I wear it on hot days. Well done, Kim. Although I admit I fell head over heels. I’m already going to buy a refill.

  • Pleasant scent of honey, flowers and musk. It feels like natural honey, sweet but not cloying. Smells clean and elegant. I prefer the contents over the bottle. The physical bottle is less beautiful than in the photos; the cap doesn’t stay fixed, it spins on its own, and due to the shape you have to grip it strategically to spray, which is uncomfortable. The trail is discreet and it doesn’t last long, around four or five hours, but the aroma is lovely, smelling of clean honey soap. It’s not a typical celebrity perfume and is worth the price if you enjoy clean, modern feminine scents with a touch of sweetness.

  • Very pleasant scent of honey, flowers, and musk. It feels like a very natural honey, sweet but not cloying. It smells clean and elegant. I prefer the contents over the container. Physically, the bottle is less beautiful than in the photos; the cap doesn’t stay fixed but spins on its own, and due to the bottle’s shape, you have to grip it strategically to spray, which is uncomfortable. The sillage is very discreet and it doesn’t last long on me, about four or five hours, but the aroma is lovely and smells like a clean honey soap. It’s not a typical celebrity perfume and I consider it worth the price for anyone who enjoys clean, modern, feminine scents with a touch of sweetness.

More than honey, this perfume smells to me of yellow marigolds loaded with pollen. Solar rather than fresh. Generally I like it, but it does smell economical; you won’t find very natural or sophisticated aromas here. Perhaps I had bad luck with my skin highlighting the floral side (which doesn’t offer much) over the honeyed gourmand side (which is the most natural phase, apparently). I enjoy the dry-down more, as it becomes slightly powdery. It’s sweet but not cloying. It lasts a long time on skin, even after a shower. The sillage is moderate to strong, so you need to be careful with sprays.

I bought it blind in 2014 and was surprised. To me, it’s a far-from-cliché scent: I’m not one for sweet perfumes, and when I smell it, it seems to open a hive brimming with honey. It’s delightful to feel that natural aroma in a bottle. I don’t detect many notes apart from the honey, perhaps a touch of vanilla and rose. It opened my mind to sweet perfumes; I’ve just bought it again and I still adore it. It’s slightly oily, which improves the longevity and trail, especially on difficult skin types. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone very sensitive to strong fragrances; although it’s not overpowering, it can feel heavy to those not accustomed to it. It injects energy, sensuality, and warmth. I like it very much and recommend it.

I bought it for the first time in 2014 blindly and was very surprised; for me, it wasn’t a cheesy aroma, firstly because I’m not into sweet perfumes and secondly because smelling it feels like opening a beehive full of pure honey; it’s delicious to feel that natural scent in a bottle. I don’t detect many other notes besides the honey, perhaps some vanilla and roses. This perfume opened my mind to sweet fragrances so much that I’ve just bought it again and it still seems enchanting. Also, it’s slightly oily, which improves the longevity and sillage, especially on difficult skin types like mine. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone very sensitive to strong perfumes; although it’s not overly strong, it might be a bit heavy for someone not used to it. It injects energy, sensuality, and warmth. I like it very much and recommend it.

  • Delicious. It’s like turning a real jar of honey into perfume. They take two or three flowers and add them to a jar of honey, then put it in a lovely bottle. I love it and it performs well on my skin: about six hours with a good trail. It doesn’t smell synthetic. If you like honey, this is for you. It doesn’t resemble any of the Scandals.

  • I think it’s a super pleasant fragrance, a well-balanced explosion of honey and flowers. It doesn’t veer into excessive sweetness; I’m a passionate floral lover and not much of a gourmand fan. On my skin, it highlights the beeswax and floral notes above all. The downside is the longevity and weak sillage; the performance on skin is poor. As it’s ultra-affordable and I adore it, I tend to spray it on my bedroom curtains to enjoy the scent when I enter without getting frustrated.

  • This perfume is delicious, as if you turned a real pot of honey into a fragrance. You add two or three flowers to a jar of honey and put it in a beautiful bottle. I love it and it performs well on me, lasting about six hours on skin with a good sillage. It doesn’t smell synthetic. If you like honey, this is for you. IT DOESN’T REMIND ME OF ANY OF THE SCANDALS.

  • I added it to my collection drawn in by the name and the pretty bee-adorned bottle, but I expected more of a honey scent. It smells of soft flowers with a hint of honey, but I wanted to feel it more intense as ‘Pure Honey’ suggests. Neither this nor the Jean Paul Gaultier Scandals surpass the honey note of the Ellie Saab perfumes, which remain unbeatable in my collection.

  • It smells slightly sweet talcum powder, creamy like old-school Nivea tub body cream. It definitely smells clean, but I never detected any honey.

  • I bought this blindly looking for something honeyed, but I was absolutely blown away. It smells like honey mixed with that old-fashioned white bar soap used for laundry. It’s so potent that it actually makes my nose itch and isn’t suitable for room freshening. The bottle is gorgeous and the liquid looks like honey, but the scent is a total letdown: it doesn’t smell gourmand or exquisite; it’s literally a jar of honey washed with soap and not rinsed properly.

  • White flowers, roses, perfumes, and a little bit of honey is how it smells to me; for me it is heavy, I would only use it on cool or cold nights.

  • I have to keep giving this perfume a chance. I bought it blindly and its cost of 700 Mexican pesos seemed very good to me so I bought it; its longevity is good but I feel I smell like a throat lozenge with honey or cough syrup. I didn’t like it. And if you think that because it has honey it will smell like Marc Jacobs or Jean Paul Gaultier (Scandal), NO! Nothing to do with it.

In my personal experience, this perfume was like a ring to my finger. I feel like the queen bee. Besides the honey, with the mandarin flower, coconut, and vanilla, they created a delicious sweet blend, and although it sounds contradictory, an intense citrus bomb was created with the rest of the notes. I was not indifferent to anyone; my close ones, men and women, turned around to see where this delicious scent came from before approaching and the compliments did not wait. Wherever I go, noses search for the source. That is why I say that in my experience this beautiful perfume has been a 10/10. And yes, absolutely I will buy it as many times as necessary because I have enjoyed it so much and loved it completely from start to finish. Longevity of more than 12 hours on skin and on clothes as if it were freshly sprayed, which is impressive. I love you, Pure Honey.

In my experience, this perfume was like a perfect fit for my skin. I feel like a queen bee. Besides the honey, mandarin blossom, coconut and vanilla create a delicious blend. Although it sounds contradictory, it’s an intense citrus bomb alongside the other notes. I didn’t remain indifferent: my close friends, men and women, turned to see where that scent was coming from. Before I got close, the compliments didn’t keep them waiting. Wherever I go, noses are searching for the source. That’s why I say it’s a 10/10. I will absolutely buy it again. I enjoyed it immensely and loved it from start to finish. Longevity of over 12 hours on skin and on clothes as if it were freshly sprayed. That’s another impressive point! I love Pure Honey.

  • What curious what each person perceives from the same perfume. Reading the reviews, most find it wonderful. When I read the notes, I didn’t hesitate to buy a Pure Honey; in theory it seemed delicious and the fabulous reviews invited me to buy it. My weakness for honey and beeswax notes also influenced me, but of course, when they are well made and worked, as with Guerlain honeys. I couldn’t handle Pure Honey. It was a blind purchase and disappointing. I perceived the fragrance as sun-dried, rancid, past, and pasty honey. It didn’t seem a subtle, elegant, or delicious honey, quite the opposite. I gave it a couple more chances but it was impossible for me to endure it. I even tried layering to get a kinder scent, but nothing. Finally, I removed it from my collection by exchanging it. A pity, it promised so much with its notes, its colour, and that divine, heavy bottle.

  • I wanted to like it… I gave it many chances… But I almost hate it. Surely there are people who like it; I can almost take anything, but it is rare that I can’t stand a perfume and this one is unbearable for me. Synthetic, the honey scent lasts very little and leaves a very unpleasant smell.

  • What a disappointing perfume. Reading the notes, I expected Pure Honey to have a honeyed aroma like the beautiful L’Eau d’Issey Pure Nectar but with the coconut touch it declares, but no, we are left with a perfume that smells sweet with cheap white soap. Not recommended in definitive terms.

  • What a disappointment. After reading the notes, I expected Pure Honey to have a honeyed aroma like L’Eau d’Issey Pure Nectar, but with the coconut note it claims, no. It just left a perfume that smells sweet with cheap white soap. Not recommended.

  • I wanted to be hooked… I gave it many chances… But I almost hate it. It surely works for others, I can take almost anything, but this is unbearable for me. It smells synthetic, the honey note fades quickly and leaves a very unpleasant odour.

  • Let’s understand something: it is not a jewel nor does it intend to revolutionise perfumery. It is a linear fragrance that screams camphorated honey everywhere, or so I feel. It reminds me of solid honey sweets in yellow cubes that used to be sold outside my primary school. It is a fresh sweetness, but not fresh like mint, rather a freshness that evokes relief. I applied it at 8 am and still felt it on my skin at 5 pm; on clothes it lasted until the next day. It has moderate projection. I do recommend it; my experience with it has been pleasant.

  • It smells so much of honey and beeswax that it is hard to perceive other nuances, although the white floral load is very present, highlighting the freesia with a cleanliness that seems like a desperate attempt to refresh it. It has a moderate trail and lasts 4-5 hours. Sincerely, I found it a coarse and obvious scent; I ended up removing it from my collection because I have rounder honey perfumes. Scent 5/10, longevity 4.5/10, trail 7/10, value for money 6/10, versatility 5/10, packaging 6.5/10. Would I buy again? No.

It is so frustrating to find celebrity fragrances that are so beautiful and special like this little perfume; I wouldn’t mind paying more for them if they had better longevity and projection. This fragrance has the most real honey one can find in a perfume, but its dry-down is like baby powder with a hint of honey. I use it to sleep after a relaxing shower and also put it on my daughter’s blankets and clothes; it is an innocent, romantic, and very lovely scent. A pity it doesn’t project or last long, but I still love it.

Hello, I tried it and gave it away; it smells incredibly synthetic and feels like a deception. I’d prefer a Charlie Gold or Blue over this disaster. Apologies to those who like it, it is subtle and light, but the bottle is its only selling point. I thought the honey would be the star, but it smells like bath products with artificial honey scent. One has to pay this lady, which is why I stick with a Charlie Blue or Gold: for €10 you get a perfume with pedigree that, if priced at €100, everyone would realise how good it is. We believe that being more expensive makes it better, and that is a mistake. Olfactory beauty is not equal to potency. Apologies to the lovers of this perfume.

Hello, I tried it and gave it away; it smells super synthetic and feels like a deception. I prefer a Charlie Gold or Blue over this perfume, which is terrible.
