Sweet and captivating. I think I chose a good Christmas present.
Pleasant, spring-like, and with a classic aura. It’s not very sweet, rather fresh with a predominance of floral, green, and non-intrusive citrus notes. I thought it had lavender and was a fougère, reminiscent of Dylan Blue. Very versatile and easy to wear: office, everyday, formal encounters. It goes well for almost all year, perhaps except winter. Scent: 7.5, Versatility: 8, Longevity: 6.5, Projection: 6.5, Sillage: 6.5, Value for Money: 8.
Nice aroma but not excellent. Its soapy and woody scent makes one wonder whether to use it in heat or cold. Anyway, it’s a scent that doesn’t go unnoticed.
Smells nice, but not top-tier. That woody citrus note leaves me unsure whether to wear it in heat or cold, though it certainly grabs attention.
SCUDERIA FERRARI RED (batch 2013): an intense opening of flowers, herbs, and citrus. Geranium and jasmine provide the floral notes, lemon balm and bergamot the herbal-citrus aspect, while galbanum and mint add a bitter, mentholated touch. Then it turns creamy due to the vanilla, finishing with wet sandalwood and mentholated vanilla. Trail and projection are strong, lasting 7-8 hours. I see it as unisex; women can wear it too. The floral-herbal cocktail is intense and complex. Although it’s not my favourite, I was surprised by the potency and longevity. Note, perhaps it’s due to the old batch; I have the transparent one, not the red.
I bought it cheap and genuine at Burlington. Opened and sprayed it, what a surprise! The exact opposite of what I expected: a heavy, mature, and intense aroma. I didn’t like it and left it forgotten. It’s for fresh or cold weather and night time, NOT for heat. Moral of the story: never buy blindly or just for the brand, you can end up with a huge disappointment.
My summer fragrance. Ferrari makes good perfumes for their mid-to-low price point. This 125ml red bottle is Italian. Citrusy, not overly sweet; initially bitter and soapy, without tangerines. As it dries down, it becomes more floral. Perfect for daily wear, even extreme heat, and informal situations. It has a cheerful vibe, not too unisex. Performance is correct, nothing extraordinary, but the price doesn’t hurt. An affordable citrus scent that delivers. I’m not comparing it to that CK I haven’t tried.
My summer fragrance. Ferrari, an Italian house, seems to make decent perfumes for their mid-to-low price range. This 125ml red bottle is from Italy. It’s citrusy, not too sweet, even slightly bitter and lemony at first without any mandarin notes. As it dries down, floral notes emerge from the base. It works well for everyday wear, even in extreme heat, for informal situations; it has a cheerful vibe and isn’t particularly unisex. Performance is correct, nothing extraordinary for the price, though it doesn’t project much on my skin. The value is fair given the cost. It’s an affordable citrus option that delivers. I won’t compare it to that CK one mentioned as I haven’t heard of it.
A citrus aroma with plenty of jasmine. I don’t see it for hot weather due to that refined touch. Ideal for fresh springs, the office with a white shirt, and guaranteed elegance.
This red bottle blends citrus and floral notes without being intrusive; on my skin it lasts about 3 to 4 hours. At the start it’s a soft citrus, gentle lemon, then after half an hour it shifts to a citrus-floral accord. Perhaps for many it feels generic, but that combination makes it distinct. It’s my second Ferrari fragrance; the other is Red Power Ice 3. The original Red Power is easy to wear, soft and pleasant, with good longevity. Is it versatile? Hmm, perhaps. Try it before buying just in case.
This red bottle is a citrus-floral scent, nothing invasive. On my skin, it lasts 3-4 hours. It starts with a soft, soapy citrus note, then turns floral. It might seem generic, but that blend makes it unique. It’s my second Ferrari, after the Red Power Ice3. The original Red is lemon and tangerine juice, soft and pleasant with good longevity. Versatile? Perhaps. Try it before buying.
Sounds like an older man’s fixative or CK, but more like hair gel. Total disappointment.
