Descripción
Signature Citrine by Zaharoff is an aromatic citrus fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2021, this composition was created by perfumer Claude Dir. The top notes unfold with mandarin, sweet orange, red currant, Guatemalan cardamom and fennel. The heart reveals clementine, cistus incanus, pink pepper, fig tree, jasmine and sambac jasmine. Finally, the base notes settle with musk, plum, ambergris, olibanum incense, patchouli, oakmoss, oud wood and myrrh.

A nice citrus scent with very poor performance… CK ALL smells similar but lasts longer and costs a tenth of the price of this Citrine.
It opens with a very bright, citrusy and herbal top note, where mandarin, clementine and cardamom shine alongside fennel and fig leaves. After 15 minutes it fades slightly, giving way to white flowers and powdery patchouli. By two hours it’s settled on the skin with a soft touch of oud, oakmoss and musk. On clothes, the transition is longer and the white flowers linger. It’s totally unisex, though I see it as a little more feminine; a man can wear it without any issues. The price seems a bit high for what it offers.

Zaharoff has climbed from modest beginnings to greatness, and its brand and fragrances prove it: starting with the versatile Signature Pour Homme, followed by the elegance of Noir, the sexy and playful touch of Royale, and something more feminine like Rosé. Obviously, something fresh and citrusy was missing, so they launched Citrine, a blend of clementine and white flowers. It’s a proper scent to look sharp on a summer day without overwhelming anyone; sometimes elegance is silent and worn when you know who you are and what you’re worth. Some criticise it for not lasting 15 hours, but they don’t understand Zaharoff’s evolution or that perfumes are a journey, a situation, and a projection of who you want to be that day. You’re not just a walking incense stick. In fact, I know people who own up to two bottles, and others who bought theirs and confirmed they liked it just as much as I do.
