A blend of Pure Havanne and Tobacco Vanille with every imaginable clone. Zaharoff has its moments, but few, and launching something else with saturated notes only highlights its lack of character. Harsh tobacco, cloying sweetness, and balsamic texture… nothing new under the sun. The presentation, however, is definitely worth collecting.

Signature Tabac is undoubtedly one of the most complex and excellent tobacco scents I have ever tried. It evokes a vanilla and honeyed pipe tobacco, a dense yet delicate and pleasant aroma. Although not vintage, its realism transports you to when a father or grandfather smoked his light tobacco; I can picture my young grandfather, in formal wear or at a gathering, exhaling smoke that flows like a musical staff. It is sweet in just the right measure, with rich brandy nuances that never overpower the tobacco. The myrrh and sandalwood base supports it perfectly, merely enriching the blend. I also detect suede, which adds great elegance and sensuality. It is best suited for cold weather, with good longevity and moderate projection; it would not be good if it were too beastly because its charm would be lost. I see it as more masculine, yet a woman would wear it perfectly. For dates and elegant occasions, it is the best option and totally worth the price. It reminds me of Naxos (although that one abuses lavender and has harsher tobacco) and Pure Havanne, to which it is most similar, but with a more polished and refined aromatic structure, without cherry and with a more present plum, akin to Tobacco & Tonka Bean while keeping proportions. I hope to own it; I love it and it is almost narcotic; an absolute must for tobacco lovers like me. Rating: 10/10

Signature Tabac is one of the most complex and, without a doubt, the best tobacco scents I have tried. It evokes a vanilla and honeyed pipe tobacco, a dense yet delicate and pleasant aroma. It is not vintage, but its realism transports you to when a father or grandfather smoked his light tobacco; I imagine my young grandfather, in formal wear or with friends, exhaling smoke that flows like a musical staff. It is sweet in just the right measure, with rich brandy nuances that never dominate over the tobacco. The myrrh and sandalwood base supports it perfectly, merely enriching it, and I also sense suede which lends great elegance and sensuality. It is exclusive for cold weather, with good longevity and moderate projection; it would not be good if it were beastly because the scent is so charming that anything stronger would clash. I see it as slightly more masculine, but a woman would wear it perfectly. For dates and elegant situations, it is the best option and totally worth the price. It reminds me of Naxos (although that one abuses lavender and has harsher tobacco) and Pure Havanne, to which it is most similar, but with a more polished and refined aromatic structure, without cherry and with a more present plum, akin to Tobacco & Tonka Bean while keeping proportions.
