Descripción
Terra by Maison Alhambra is an oriental woody fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2022, this olfactive composition unfolds with the freshness of cypress and bergamot in its top notes. The heart reveals a warm and enveloping blend of amber, cedar, labdanum, and caramel, while the base notes settle with the elegance of vetiver, musk, and jasmine.

The day I bought it, I applied it to one arm and Terroni by Orto Parisi to the other. After hours of conversation, Terra was still strong on my arm while Terroni had already faded. Terra definitely has more balance and is more accessible to the nose.
Without a doubt, the first impression is shocking, but over time it becomes indispensable. To call it smoky would be a lie; it’s burnt and wet woods with a musky hint and a note of sweat. It’s wonderful, the longevity is excellent, and I’ve received countless compliments, mostly from women. It’s not for everyone, but it could be!
Here’s my two cents: it’s a totally different fragrance, quite balanced, very pleasant and nothing too invasive. I’ve watched videos and agree it smells of forest, freshly extinguished embers after the rain, with a subtle sweet touch that makes it delicious. I’ll keep testing it, but these are my first impressions of a scent inspired by Terroni by Orto Parisi. (You need to be open to something beyond commercial perfumes for this to appeal to you). For me, PERFUMAZO is a 10/10.
I’m absolutely smitten; this is my favourite from Maison Alhambra. It smells of forest, wet woods and damp earth. I’ve never smelled anything quite like it. It’s not easy to wear because of how distinctive it is and it could clash with some people, but the scent is very pleasant. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, if you can get it at a good price. Even if just for the experience, buy it. It has excellent longevity.

A fragrance for personal use and taste, not for everyone. This scent is valued by those with knowledge of notes and who appreciate good craftsmanship; putting smoky woods into a liquid is already something crazy. In my opinion, this is magical; it transports you to a bonfire in a landscape where it’s starting to rain and in the distance you perceive something of caramel. It smells strong, smells mature, you smell a lot without a doubt. Don’t abuse it, it’s very powerful. Children should abstain; this is for alphas. For the price, you get something that smells worth ten times its monetary value. Very versatile as long as you know how to dress; this definitely isn’t worn with trainers.
Undoubtedly a great inspiration of Orto Parisi’s Terroni. It has a powerful opening with those scents people aren’t used to: burnt woods, wet earth, forest. I must say it has 8 hours of longevity on the skin and notable projection. I recommend it for people who want to smell different and not like 90% of the people. Great fragrance.
This is closer to Terroni, less invasive than Maahir Black which is another crazy dupe. Maahir Black is very invasive and its scent… ouch. I wore it yesterday at 3 pm and the next day, on my day off, I went to shower at 11 am and the scent that cost me so much to remove could still be more harassing than Maahir.
Terra by Maison Alhambra. There are perfumes that caress, others that awaken, and a few that ignite the soul with memory and mud. Terra isn’t for those seeking flowers or caresses; it’s for those who have felt the storm over the fire. That instant where rain falls without permission over a living bonfire and the smoke, proud, rises like an untamed spirit. Here you smell war: the war of the elements, the war of earth against sky, the war of water trying to tame fire and wood yielding without surrendering, being bridge, fuel and witness. It evokes the scent of hot mud, the steam rising from the wet skin of the world, the embers whispering old secrets under the storm. A perfume that not only smells, but tells a story. Is it worth it? Yes, even if it’s not for you. Because art isn’t measured in pleasure, but in impact. Like Orto Parisi’s Terroni, its inspiration, Terra doesn’t seek to please, it seeks to speak. And what it says isn’t easy. It’s raw, it’s ancient, it’s essential. Many won’t understand it, but that only makes it more valuable. Because like with music, you can’t talk about symphonies if you’ve only heard jingles, and you can’t talk about perfumery if you’ve never got your hands dirty with earth, smoke and rain. Terra is a lesson. Of fire, of water, of balance. Of perfume as war. Of perfume as truth.

I’m a novice in this, sorry if my words aren’t clear, haha. This isn’t a fragrance for everyone. There are scents you return to because they are pleasant, like a caress, and others you return to because of how strange they are. Terra smells at first like wood embers with a sweet background tone; if you ask me, it reminds me of a burger stand in front of a park full of vegetation in my town, haha. For me, it’s not bad; this scent makes everyone look at you and commands attention. If you’re a boss who wears a suit regularly, I recommend it; I don’t see it for under 30s (I’m under 30 but I don’t mind, haha). The wet earth scent everyone mentions, I don’t perceive it, perhaps because I imagined something like petrichor, but it’s not along those lines. The longevity and trail are beastly, it’s incredible. 10/10.

Excellent dupe of Orto Parisi’s Terroni. Maison Alhambra has gifted us a tremendous gem that is more wearable than the original and smells 95% the same.
Tremendous perfume, a complete olfactory experience, but finding the right moment isn’t easy. It smells of burnt wood with a background of wet earth. The first use left a bad taste in my mouth, but the second time I liked it and even people told me it smelled good. No way I’d buy blindly, although this Maison Alhambra gem is available at a good price. Alongside the Megara, they are two gems for the collection.
Upon application, you feel a very intense hit of smoky wood. As it dries on the skin, the caramelised notes give a delicacy that makes you noticeable immediately. I’ve worn it all day without effort and the scent lasts until after work. Ideal for going out, though not for everyone. If you’re looking for something distinctive, smoky, woody and intense with strong character, this is yours. On clothes, the initial smoky notes and that sweet masculine scent last a long time. Very elegant and masculine.
It’s brilliant; from the first spray, it grabs attention. I’m not a sweet person, but this balances perfectly; that dusty terrosity prevents the sweetness from becoming cloying, smelling of nuts. The humidity others mention, I don’t feel it; for me, it’s dry, intense, and projects a lot. It lingers on the skin and clothes for several days. I see it for dressing up well, elegant but not formal; I wouldn’t wear it to office meetings, but for dates or events with colleagues. I wore it at Christmas and New Year and it was perfect for those festive moments. I’ll keep it for those occasions. Value for money 10/10. If you don’t abuse the sprays, it doesn’t bother anyone. It could come in a larger format, but at around £25, I can’t ask for more. I’ve never tried the original, but with this I’m super happy. Beware of the quantity: one night I overdid it and smelled like the meme of the guy who arrives at the gym with 20 sprays; I had a powerful aura, walked three streets and wanted to change again. It’s quite linear but doesn’t bother me. Recommended.
Bought it blindly looking for a Terroni, but this smells like real earth, with very prominent smoky woods. It leaves a slightly greasy trail on the skin and reminds me a lot of Lapsang Souchong Tea. It’s a unique aroma I’ve never tried before, ideal for cold climates in autumn or winter, especially if you’re outdoors.
I bought this blindly as an alternative while looking for Terroni by Orto Parisi, but I was surprised by a scent very fitting its name: earthy, with very prominent smoky woods. On the skin, it leaves oily traces and reminds me quite a bit of Lapsang Souchong tea. Without a doubt, it is a scent I had never tried before. I will use it in cold climates, autumn/winter, ideally for outdoor activities.
