Double disappointment: I had expectations and I usually like Nathalie Lorson’s compositions, but here there’s nothing to hold onto. It opens very strongly with a biting grapefruit, almost like an air freshener or insecticide, and after 10 minutes it’s right up against the skin with salt and a bit of orange blossom. But very soft, little to no sillage. A scent for spring-summer and those who want something intimate. Does it smell bad? No, but any of Angel Schlesser’s would be more cost-effective.
Without blowing your mind (and certainly not with designer fragrances these days). I tried it on a sample when buying something else and liked it so much I took the 50ml version. Basically, it’s a citrus touch + orange blossom + a significant musk + some woods (I only detect cedar). I think it’s super delicious for a summer date without being invasive; it smells rich and pleasant. As for longevity, it’s what you’d expect from an EDT: the typical designer performance for a citrus scent in the heat. For me, it projects about a metre for an hour, then fades until I can no longer detect it after 4-5 hours.
Without making your head spin (especially not nowadays with designer fragrances). I tried it as a sample when buying another, bought the 50ml, and I liked it. Basically it’s citrus + orange blossom + lots of musk + little woods (I only smell cedar). It could be great for a summer date without being invasive, smelling rich and pleasant. In terms of longevity, what such an EDT asks for: typical designer and citrusy for heat, it lasts 1 hour projecting a metre, then fades until I stop smelling it at 4-5 hours.
It’s like a classic cologne, citrus to the max, 4711 style, but modernised with white musk, ambroxan, woods, sandalwood, and cedar to last and turn it into an EDT. Everything is very soft, light, fresh, and super-versatile, ideal for spring-summer and to please everyone. My problem with this Undressed for him is that it reminds me of 800 perfumes I’ve already heard; it doesn’t seem economical for what it is and offers, and on top of that, it doesn’t last long on the skin, at most 3-4 hours. A very soft, innocent, and insignificant fragrance. It has that youthful, modern, and carefree touch of Zadig & Voltaire. It will have its audience, but not with me, I’m sorry, it just doesn’t suit my character.
As my fellow reviewers say, it has almost no sillage and smells right up against the skin. I wouldn’t buy it as a signature, second, or third skin scent, but I’m glad to have it in my collection for intimate moments with my partner (you all understand). After a shower, especially when drying off, it leaves a pleasant, clean, and sensual skin scent. It doesn’t seem like a plan to spend all night in bed smelling like Megamare.
As others have mentioned, it has almost no sillage and the scent stays right next to the skin. I wouldn’t buy it as a first, second, or third fragrance, but I’m glad to have it in my collection for intimate moments with my partner (you all understand). After a shower, especially as it dries, it leaves a lovely, clean, skin-close scent. It doesn’t seem right to be in bed smelling like a megamare all the time.
Well, a cologne to head down to the beach shack or when it’s hot and you need something that won’t overwhelm. I quite like it, but longevity and sillage are quite low.
Am I the only one it reminds them of YSL?
The opening is incredibly pleasant, very soft and sensual. I haven’t worn it more than three times yet, so I’ll give it more time before forming a considered opinion. My intuition says it’s perfect for sleeping with your partner; it makes you want to be close without any fuss. Very pleasant and discreet. If I were to describe it in one word: SOFTNESS. New review 5 February 2026: I’m dying to buy it again; it has a very special something. It’s tremendously simple, which is why it’s so liked. P.S.: It remains incredibly subtle and soft. Rating: 9.
Truly delightful, soft and sensual. I’ve only worn it a few times so I’ll give it more time before forming a final verdict, but my gut feeling is that it’s perfect for sleeping with your partner; it creates a desire to be close without being over the top. Very pleasant yet discreet; if I had to define it in one word: SOFTNESS. Updated review 5 Feb 2026: I’m dying to buy it again; it has that special something. It’s tremendously simple, and I think that’s why it’s so loved. PS: It remains incredibly subtle and soft. Rating: 9/10
It seemed bold and different with musk and skin notes, but it turns out to be a generic floral-citrus combo, until it reminds you of a generic cologne. Nothing interesting.
Fly with this family of perfumes: Nenuco, 4711, Gotas Frescas, and over 400 others. They are citrusy, soft, harmless, and timeless, ideal for feeling comfortable after a shower and pleasing those around you. This This Is Him! Undressed adds salty and musky touches, but it’s more of the same. The flaw is that it smells and performs just like those other 400 colognes, and the prices confirm it: €50 for 100ml here, versus €5.50 per litre for Nenuco, €7 for 750ml of Gotas Frescas, or €10 for 100ml of 4711. To me, it’s an outrageous price for what it offers, when for €5 there are options with equal or better scent, longevity, and projection.
This fragrance belongs to the same family as Nenuco, 4711, Gotas Frescas from Instituto Español, and over 400 others. Citrus colognes, soft, pleasant, harmless, and timeless, perfect for feeling comfortable after a shower and pleasing those close by. In the case of this This Is Him! Undressed, citrusy scents are joined by salty and musky touches, but it’s more of the same. The main problem with this This Is Him! Undressed is precisely that: it has a scent and performance very, very similar to those other 400 colognes, but if we look at the prices, we’ll see important differences: – This Is Him! Undressed 100ml: €50. – Nenuco 1 Litre: €5.50. – Gotas Frescas from Instituto Español 750ml: €7. – 4711 100ml: €10. ……… In my opinion, This Is Him! Undressed is an extremely expensive cologne for what it offers, and even more so knowing that for €5 there are proposals that offer similar scent, longevity, and projection, or even better.
