Ambre Premier by Jovoy Paris is an oriental vanilla fragrance for women. Launched in 2011, this composition was created by perfumer Michelle Saramitot. The olfactory pyramid unfolds with spicy and citrus top notes, a floral heart of rose, and a warm, woody base of amber, vanilla, and patchouli.

It’s Jovoy and you’ll love it; it’s not made for challenges. The name fits, the amber is always there, accompanied in the dry-down by vanilla and patchouli (I don’t detect the other ingredients); in my view, it’s unisex. Suitable for temperate or cold weather. The downside is that if you wear it often, it may become boring.
A handmade amber, absolutely rich. A blend of vanilla and patchouli… masculine and well-balanced, impossible not to like. However, it smells wonderful at first, but as it dries down, citrus notes emerge which, in my opinion, ruin everything and lose my interest. Also, I’m not sure if it’s a Jovoy thing, but every perfume I’ve tried from them lasts and projects very little. Its development is disgraceful.
Ambery, warm and delicious scent, with more vanilla than patchouli on the skin. 100% unisex and perfect for autumn and winter. Incredible performance. Highly recommended.
