Ameeri by Al Wataniah is a fruity floral fragrance for men. Launched in 2024, this creation unfolds an olfactory pyramid where the top notes combine the freshness of grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, lilac, freesia, and blueberries. The heart of the composition is enriched with Chinese tea, nectarine, lily, and honeysuckle, while the base notes reveal the depth of red cedar, orchid, vanilla, plum, musk, and juniper.

I was surprised by this Arabic fragrance with a more than reasonable price (around $60 compared to the $200 or $250 of other brands). It’s very persistent; in my case, it lasts about 10 hours. Citrusy grapefruit dominates with a touch of musk that gives constant little jolts. In the base there’s a jam which, when mixed, makes it exquisite, fresh and energising. I’ve tried two other Arabic fragrances in that range that I didn’t like because they had too much incense, an ingredient which isn’t present here. Conclusion: it’s very good and you won’t regret buying it. Greetings from Argentina!

  • What a delightful surprise with this treat: it’s pure energy. The opening is wonderful, super clean and as sexy as it gets. It’s special for warm climates and I see it as ideal for evening events. Muuuuy rica…

  • To be honest, total disappointment. I bought it blindly expecting a real stunner. The scent is nice and works for the office, but the longevity on skin is non-existent; it doesn’t even last 30 minutes and the sillage is non-existent. On clothes it lasts about an hour. In my case, I wouldn’t recommend it.

  • Picked this up in Buenos Aires at an official perfumeria for around $45 and came to check the details. Fragrantica and most websites usually get it wrong; I got my info from Al Wataniah: top notes of limoncello, incense and cardamom; heart of oud, patchouli, papyrus and palmarosa; base of oakmoss and tobacco. But be warned, neither that pyramid nor Al Wataniah’s is entirely accurate. In reality, oakmoss, lavender and citrus dominate everything, very much in the style of Fierce and its cheap knock-offs like Colbert Space. It’s fresh, but that oakmoss gives it weight which can become problematic over time. Cheers.
