Descripción
Rose Mystery Intense by Al Wataniah is a floral fragrance created for men and women. Launched in 2023, this olfactive composition unfolds with the freshness of mandarin and Sicilian bergamot in its top notes. The heart reveals the depth of Bulgarian rose, also known as Bulgarian damask rose, alongside Turkish rose, rose oil, Egyptian jasmine, and sambac jasmine. To close, the base notes offer a warm and enveloping foundation with georgywood, Madagascar vanilla, incense, akigalawood, and ambrofix.

There is a constant attempt to acquaint people with the qualities of a product to attract attention. It’s not always achieved; sometimes it’s sought literally, other times abstractly or poetically. It is attempted, but not always achieved. But here is a clear example described perfectly: ROSEMYSTERY INTENSE. A scent laden with a dark flower, almost gothic. It is subtle and non-invasive, but asserts its presence by making itself noticed. Despite the intensity, it doesn’t cloy like others that use wood and incense in the base to give body to melancholic flowers. It is neither adult nor youthful rose; it escapes traditional limits and that is the mystery. There is the preponderant rose, sweet, endearing, comfortable and mystical, contemplating us with an unreadable gaze. Definitely not for everyone. For many it may be feminine, but I consider it hermaphroditic; even within its own gender it is a mystery because the things it evokes are unclassifiable. We give it the meaning. That is the beauty of the mystery.
A modern postcard from a burnt world where only roses bloom. Ideal for brave men who carry flowers. It lasts forever with waves of ancient roses that make it less feminine. Verdict: it suits many poorly, but for personal use on a warm night with Argentine wine, it creates a one-metre radius of intoxicating aura. I recommend it 100%. When it runs out, I’ll buy it again without hesitation.
A postmodern postcard of a devastated, burnt world where only roses grow. A great perfume for men who dare to wear flowers. It lasts an eternity, emitting waves of past roses that make it less feminine. Situation: many can’t handle it, but for personal enjoyment on a warm night with Argentine wine, it creates an intoxicating atmosphere of a metre radius. I recommend it 100%. When it’s finished, I’ll buy it again without doubt.
What a fantastic perfume… I bought it blindly for my wife and ended up using it more than her. It’s a poem to heavily laden roses of melancholy. Almost of a sad, gothic and mysterious character. It lasts hours and is addictive; one wonders what this strange scent contains, being both so floral and masculine and feminine, giving each a different meaning. In a man, it’s a scent with great character, the kind that makes people ask what’s wrong with that bloke. In a girl, it fills her with mature femininity and sex appeal. Among my favourites. Without a doubt I’ll buy it again and, if I could, the Initio Atomic Rose. This is a 10.
It’s rich, I’d like it to last longer on skin and project more. I love it, but as it doesn’t project much I wouldn’t buy it again. Today, 4/1/2026, I’m going to gift it to a friend; the reality with my skin didn’t work: it smells rich but doesn’t last and doesn’t project.
What kind of witchcraft is this? When I received the perfume I understood nothing; I thought they’d sold me a fake because it didn’t resemble anything and smelled brash and synthetic. BUT… you have to give it time to settle and for your nose to get used to it. After two weeks I started to like it, and today, a month later, we love it. I speak in the plural because at home we all fell in love with it: it’s totally unisex. What beauty. On my skin it smells citrusy and an hour later transforms into floral; at the third hour comes the part I like most, when it settles and the nuances emerge. The first hour I feel it’s very masculine, then it becomes unisex leaning towards feminine. It lasts a long time but doesn’t project much. Sometimes I think it’s not there, but everyone else notices. I think it looks better with heat. What good that I was patient and waited for the magic! I love it today.
What sorcery is this!? Upon receiving it, I thought I’d been sold a knock-off because it didn’t resemble anything and smelled harsh and synthetic. BUT… you need to give it time to settle and for your nose to adjust. After two weeks I started to like it, and today, a month later, we love it: it’s totally unisex. On my skin it smells citrusy in the first hour, then turns floral; by the third hour, the nuances I enjoy most emerge. The first hour is very masculine, then it becomes unisex with a feminine touch. It lasts a long time but without much projection; sometimes it seems as though it’s not there, yet everyone else notices. I think it shines more in the heat. What good it was that I was patient and waited for the magic, because today I LOVE IT!💕
A gorgeous fragrance with poor longevity. I wouldn’t buy it again for that reason. I would go for Bade Al Oud Amethyst instead now. A pity.
What a beautiful perfume. Dark, intimate and sexy. Lasts a long time but has little sillage. Highly recommended.
What a beautiful perfume! Dark, intimate and sexy. Excellent longevity but little sillage. Highly recommended.
It smells of a withered rose, one of those that’s been rotting in the water of a tombstone’s vase for months since the funeral. Supposedly it’s a low-cost Arab dupe of the niche fragrance Atomic Rose by Initio, which is worth its weight in gold. Unisex? In this world of zero sexuality and capitalist snobbery, where I can do what I want with my money, this could pass as a man’s perfume. Logically, anyone can buy it, male, female, or alien. I won’t go into age, but a bloke over 50 smelling of this gives one pause. Not even a die-hard Cure fan. It’s like the bloody Toy Boy by Moschino: marketed for men, but my Siamese cat could wear it to attract males in heat. The best part is the price, incredibly cheap, the bottle is pretty (typical Arab baroque), and the longevity is eternal (I wonder what it contains to last so long).
I’m absolutely smitten with this perfume. It smells of a heavily laden rose, nothing fresh. I see it more for evening wear; it’s incredibly noticeable on skin and clothes. Simply spectacular.
I love it. It’s a heavy rose scent, nothing fresh. I see it more for evening wear and I can smell it for hours on skin and clothes. Simply spectacular.
