I admit it has insane performance, lasting a very long time on skin and clothes, needless to say. But something strange happened to me: it makes me dizzy and gives me the urge to vomit. It must be a specific note, as it only happens to me. The vast majority of my friends and family have liked the scent and the trail.

I tried it and it smells like freshly cut Sauvage with grapefruit, orange, and lemon, finishing with a dry amber that gives it character.

  3. I admit the longevity is brutal; it lingers on the skin and even more on clothes. However, it makes me feel nauseous to the point of wanting to vomit. I suppose a specific note doesn’t suit me, as my friends and family love both the scent and the trail.

I prefer the dry-down over the opening. It smells like BvgriTygar’s DNA but with a more mature lavender. For those who know TurathiBlue, this is its adult version. The dry-down has something I adore from Sauvage EDT: that invasive, clean freshness with character, though it lacks that vibrancy. Performance is 7/10.

It reminded me of CDN Urban Man Elixir, but slightly more refined and without quite the same potency.

  6. It is a blue fragrance, super versatile and reliable, with strong Dior Sauvage EDT vibes. It’s an excellent Arabic option for the day, the office, and any weather. From the start, you detect that vibrant blend of bergamot, pepper, and ambroxan, with a clean, modern base that keeps it fresh, masculine, and pleasant. It doesn’t seek to reinvent the wheel, but what it does, it does very well. Performance is good and the price is excellent, making it highly recommended. Plus, the presentation is nice. In short, it’s easy to wear, fresh, attractive, and direct, bringing compliments without effort. Highly recommended.

It seems like a mix between 300 Km/H and Dior Sauvage, fusing citrus, woody notes, and lots of freshness. I like its camouflaged design. If you spot it in any shop in Ecuador, you’ll soon smell its aroma.

It is fresh and energetic, but projects too much to wear to the gym unless you use a small amount. Brilliant for warm climates and its longevity is insane. It’s an easy-to-wear scent, but not so much for garnering compliments; it lacks sweet notes and I don’t think it was designed for that. If you want to know how it smells, Supreme from Mercadona gives you an idea, although that version would be more watery and weak.

Excellent fragrance for any occasion: office, school, gym, party, etc. Similar to Sauvage EDP but not a dupe. Lasts 8 hours on my skin, feeling strong for the first 4 hours. Recommended.

This fragrance is very particular; it smells like that sophisticated girl you don’t quite understand and who might even turn you off, yet you love her. That is the feeling it generates. It lasts well and is accessible, but the downside is that the atomiser is terrible.

At first, I was annoyed they marketed it as a Tygar dupe, but the truth is I love it. It’s as if the layering of Sauvage and Tygar were bottled together in a camouflaged design. It’s very good and versatile.

  13. EnriqueSeguraJ

It’s a good scent to buy blindly. It seems very similar to other fresh perfumes, so it’s a good option for a collection. However, I wouldn’t buy it again. Nevertheless, without a doubt, I would use it for everyday wear on hot days.

  14. Manwel

It’s not a clone of anything, nor a mix of Tygar and Sauvage; only the initial citrus burst and strong ambroxan might suggest that. At first, it smells like synthetic citrus, akin to a cleaner, yet rich and perfect for a clean man, with a slightly sweet base. It isn’t overly potent at first, but once it macerates, it becomes a beast ideal for hot days or sports, as it activates with sweat and body heat.

An honest review without hype. I bought it in September 2024 and loved it. People say it resembles Sauvage and Tygar (I own both), but no, not even close. The Fragrantica notes are far from reality. Although it is citrusy, what predominates (and for those who have smelled it) is an ultra-fougère scent, like oregano or Chilean ‘pan de pascua’, even without oregano. To me it is exquisite, but for others it is a ‘meh’ or annoying. Do not recommend if you seek compliments; better as a personal pleasure. A good perfume, but not easy-pleasing. Beast-mode performance and strong sillage for 3-4 hours. Pity it is so uncomplimented.

The Fragrantica notes are far from reality. It is citrusy, but what dominates is an ultra-fougere scent, reminiscent of oregano or something similar, like that typical Chilean Easter bread eaten at Christmas, although it contains no oregano. For me, it’s exquisite and I would use it more, but for others, it’s a ‘meh’ or even annoying. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for compliments; it’s more of a personal pleasure. A good perfume, but with a difficult taste. Beastly performance for 3-4 hours with strong sillage. Pity it’s not so complimentary for the majority 🙁

  17. I bought it blindly; it’s a very masculine scent but I don’t like it. I was guided by the citrus notes, pepper, and ambroxan, thinking of something different for daily use, but the woody notes dominate very strongly and I perceive an intense earthy smell. It reminds me of the peculiar Bvulgari Man Terrae Essence: unpleasant at first, but after 2-3 hours it becomes more bearable, though never entirely pleasant. It’s not youthful, doesn’t smell clean, nor is it versatile. It’s for a more mature audience and occasional use.

I must say that at first it didn’t convince me; they said it was a clone of Tygar and identical to Afnan’s Turathi. But I sense more woods and something synthetic. Over time, I’ve come to like it and it has decent performance for its price. I recommend it, but not blindly: test it first.

ODISSEY TYRANT ARMAF: Fresh, energetic, a blend of freshness and elegance where grapefruit, woods, lavender, and musk unite. It is not marine, but certainly fresh. Sometimes it recalls Sauvage, Bleu de Chanel, or Turathi Blue, yet it is not a copy; it is a distinct evolution. It smells exquisite, masculine, clean, and elegant. Underrated due to its marketing and bottle. A must-buy. Key word: Enjoyable. Scent: 10. Projection: 2h+. Longevity: 6h on skin, 8h on clothes. Recommended.

I have to say it because I truly love this fragrance, but my wife can’t tolerate the smell; she says it smells like disinfectant, it’s the worst in my collection, and she hates it. I wore it to work and asked my colleagues; out of 5 girls, all 5 said they couldn’t tolerate it, it’s too strong and piercing, like a floor cleaner. Well, it definitely depends on tastes and noses. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10.

  22. mezaparfum

I had neither it nor it on my shopping list, but today someone recommended it and, blast, I loved it. A combination of citrus and woods. A daily-wear fragrance and a great blind buy. On my skin it lasts 5 hours with strong projection for the first hour (important, as I have several citrus scents that do not last an hour).

I didn’t have it on my mind or in my shopping list, but today I went to try perfumes and they recommended it to me. Darn, I loved it. It’s a combination of citrus and woods, ideal for daily wear and a good blind buy. On my skin, it lasts 5 hours with projection during the first hour. Important note: I have several citrus scents that don’t last even an hour on my skin.

  24. I bought it today and it was a good blind buy. At first, I didn’t smell the aroma; it seemed more like alcohol, but after a few minutes of drying, the trail of all those scents inside the office was felt. For the price it has, it’s more than an excellent purchase. If you like citrus scents but not too strong, this perfume is for you.

Well, what a surprise of a fragrance. I’ve loved it and my wife says it smells delicious. At work, I’ve received hundreds of compliments. It’s an excellent combination between Bvulgari Tygar and Dior Sauvage. It smells clean, between green and blue, fresh, energising, with metallic touches from the ambroxan. Uffff. Muuuy well. I’m wearing it today and it’s a delight. Longevity: more than 8 hours. Projection: solid for 3 hours; after that it drops but remains. Scent: energetic, fresh, and optimistic. Price: less than 50 USD. Well worth it.

Tyrant and Tygar are almost twins. Tyrant kicks off with an alcoholic note lasting three seconds before exploding into citrus, lavender, and ambroxan. The vetiver is rather shy, yet the scent is rich, with excellent trail and longevity (over 7 hours). Highly versatile for any season.
