I was lucky enough to receive a decant; it is one of the first niche fragrances I tried and I liked it… it is very different from designer perfumes I have heard of. It is a very organic, very natural scent, without that desperate attempt at marketing to sell. It is not that it is not striking, but it is in a relaxed way, without so much pressure. It does not seem a mainstream perfume, but rather recreates an atmosphere, like a work of art more than a product. The opening is explosive and fresh, as if you were squeezing giant limes, lemons and pummelos around you. It reminds me of a lemon garden freshly watered, with a smell of grass, leaves and wet earth under the sun. It conveys tranquility and joy. In the heart, it becomes more aromatic with a slight sweetness (perhaps tonka or elemi), but the citrus remains dominant; it is like having the squeezed rind of a pummelo and lemon close to the nose. It is more bitter than acidic. Exquisite purity and cleanliness. I think the mint gives the herbal touch. In summary, for me it is a pure, realistic, country-style version of Chanel Allure Cologne Sport. On paper it seems simple, but on skin it evolves wonderfully. Price and where to buy are the only disadvantages. The projection is good; 3 or 4 sprays give 2 or 3 hours of trail, then skin scent for another 3 or 4 hours. If you like citrus and herbal scents, try it at least. It is like getting lost in a lemon orchard. I feel it slightly more masculine due to the pummelo, but it is unisex. It vaguely reminds me of Perry Ellis 18 (man), but the quality of Cedrat Enivrant is superior. Thanks to drakecito for the decants 🙂

One of the best citrus fragrances I’ve ever tried. Zesty, with citron, lime, and bergamot. The mint is barely noticeable, just like the vetiver or juniper (not at all). Depending on the day, it sometimes comes out more acidic and other times slightly sweeter, perhaps due to the juniper berries. When you appreciate the bergamot more, it gives a ‘garden-fresh’ effect that sometimes doesn’t appear or I don’t detect it, and if it does, other times it adds a slightly orangey tone. Perfect for summer and with a very natural feel. The longevity and trail are impressive for this type of fragrance, exceeding 6-7 hours on skin with ease. The trail is very good for the first 2-3 hours and then becomes moderate. I recently tried Dior’s new ‘Eau Sauvage COLOGNE’ and it seemed very similar (too similar, perhaps…) to this one from Atelier, only that the Dior one feels much more forced, less natural, and above all flatter, with many fewer nuances and also worse performance. A great tribute from this great brand to citrus and gin-tonic, as well as a practical demonstration of how to make a citrus cologne, a theme this house dominates perfectly. The 200ml bottle that comes with a 30ml travel spray in a custom leather case (with the colour and text engraved as you want) seems to be excellent value for money. (I swear I have no commercial or any kind of relationship with the brand. XD) For me, it’s easy: If you like citrus, refreshing, and quality fragrances, I think it’s a must-have.

  • Starts off super citrusy, fresh, and with a fizzy twist. I really get the lime and citron. Then, in the heart, the mint and basil give it a green vibe. Finally, the vetiver adds a bit of woodiness without losing its freshness. The best thing about Cedrat Enivrant is that it lasts forever; for a citrus, the longevity and projection are top-notch. It’s unisex, though it suits men better. Ideal for heat, but also works well in the cold. Great for day and night. A fantastic fragrance from Atelier.

  • It starts super citrusy, fresh and with an effervescent touch. Lime and pummelo stand out to me. Then, in the heart, mint and basil give it a green air. Finally, vetiver makes it slightly more woody without taking away its freshness. The best thing about Cedrat Enivrant is that it lasts a very long time; for a citrus, the longevity and projection are top. It is unisex, although it suits men more. Ideal for heat, but it can also be worn in the cold. Works well during the day and at night. Great fragrance from Atelier.

Super-citrusy and fresh opening. Then mint, juniper and a touch of sweetness. I love it. For summer and daytime. Good longevity, sillage isn’t bad either.

  • Fresh, citrusy and clean, with excellent performance and perfect for warm, humid climates like mine. It doesn’t feel chemical or artificial at all; the projection is medium and the longevity is notable without having a perceptible woody presence. It’s not cheap, but the performance and naturalness make up for it.

After reading such glowing reviews, I felt curious to try it; more than the aromatic citrus family, it’s one of my favourites. And after trying it, the only thing I can say is that its scent is sublime. I’ve checked that the oils are of very good quality, real and close to the smell of citrus fruits. The most notable are the bergamot and, above all, the lime, which gives it that slight bitterness of a zested peel. I detect other herbal notes like mint and something that seems like lemon leaves. For a citrus, it lasted over 8 hours, which is very good, as these fragrances tend to volatilise more easily than oriental ones. It’s for spring and summer (in my region it can go into autumn due to the heat). For those who like citrus, it’s a must-try. The price isn’t cheap, but it may be worth it for the scent and performance.

After reading such good reviews, I felt curious to try it, as the aromatic citrus family is one of my favourites. And after trying it, the only thing I can say is that its scent is sublime; I have verified that indeed the oils used in this fragrance feel of very high quality and very real, close to the aroma emitted by citrus fruits. In this case, the most notable are bergamot and above all lime, which gives it that slight bitterness, like the scent of the rind being grated. I can smell some other herbal notes, such as mint, and something that to me seems to smell like the leaves of a plant called citronella. To be a citrus fragrance, it had a longevity superior to 8 hours on me, which is very good, as usually the scent of these fragrances volatilises more easily than that of oriental notes, for example. It is a fragrance for spring and summer use (for the climate in my region it can reach into autumn, as it is very hot). For those who like citrus fragrances like me, it is a must-try. Its price is not cheap, however, it may well be worth it, as its scent and performance have seemed very good to me.

  • This smells like lemon. Just lemon, but in all its glory. A hyper-realistic, enormous, rough-skinned lemon, with a two-and-a-half-finger peel. It smells of juice, zest, freshly cut in half and instinctively bringing your fingers to your mouth: that bitterness and astringency that makes you salivate and grind your teeth. A marvel. It’s invigorating, energising, bright and refreshing. I was very surprised by the longevity on skin, extremely long for a citrus, thanks to the bergamot, without those plastic musks and woods that ruin citrus colognes. I bought 200ml. The projection is moderate to low, but it leaves a trail as you walk. It’s a lemon cologne. Very good, note: this is not citronella or mosquito repellent, but that’s where it stops. Don’t expect great complexity or a dreamy, seductive perfume. The mint and vetiver are barely noticeable (you have to look for them). I don’t perceive the sweet base notes at all (perhaps only in winter). Anyway, it’s approaching the perfect lemon fragrance; I can’t think of anything more to ask for.

I absolutely do not perceive the sweet base notes (perhaps in winter?). In any case, it approaches being the perfect lemon fragrance; I cannot think of anything more one could ask for.

I think it’s a magnificent fragrance. A classy citrus with more than acceptable performance, around 9-10 hours. Ideal for hot days or after a good shower. Very high quality and a price that has little to do with its big-brand siblings. If you want a good citrus, this is a sound choice. Basically citrus, mint and vetiver. It’s not invasive or overwhelming, so if you spray a little extra, you won’t bother anyone.

  • Fantastic citrus fragrance, the best I own of this type. Incredible longevity for a citrus, with a moderate sillage. It has superior niche quality compared to all other niches; a brutal lemon. I should really sell my other 20 citrus scents and keep only this one. Highly recommended.

  • Smells absolutely delicious, a top-quality citrus with a very light menthol note that doesn’t overpower it but adds nuance. I’m not sure about the longevity yet; I’m not convinced it performs as claimed. If it does, it’s perfect and worth it; if not, I’d stick with Eau Rochas Homme bath oils for a third or quarter of the price, which bring back good memories.

  • Does it smell good? Yes. Is it natural? On the opening, yes; later it smells like a sweet gumdrop. It doesn’t last long, and in the dry-down it seems like a flanker of CK One Summer. It’s not bad, but expensive; for that price, it’s a bit of a letdown.

  • An aromatic citrus scent that packs the acidity of a cider to the max. Fresh, cheerful and energetic, though its sharpness can make it seem artificial, like floor cleaner or room spray. If you imagine a green, sour, rough-skinned cider, you’ll understand it smells more like blended broth than perfume. The best part is it lasts 6-7 hours with great projection. There are cheaper options, but they don’t last as long. I compared it to Verveine Cedrat by Jeanne en Provence: little evolution, always citrusy, with a touch of green at the end from the vetiver. Totally unisex, it shines in the heat and is versatile, though for me it’s better in informal settings.

  • Finally found a review of Drakecito without the usual complaints, hahaha. I’m going blind-buy, but first I’ll grab a decant to try it out.
