Descripción
Esta Flor Rosa by Natura is a floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2015, this composition was created by Verônica Kato and Isaac Sinclair. The top notes unfold with lychee, grapefruit, bergamot, woody notes, mandarin and hyssop; the heart reveals a harmony of Bulgarian rose, peony, violet, calendula, sambac jasmine and water lily; while the base notes settle on musk, sandalwood, resins, Amberwood, vanilla, opoponax, tonka bean and patchouli.

I received a sample and must say the scent is interesting, but not good… it smells like candle wax; in fact, it smells exactly like an Iluminata candle called ‘Sueños Violetas’… it would be fine as a home fragrance.
The sample has arrived and the scent is intriguing, but it doesn’t quite convince me… it smells like candle wax, just like the ‘Violet Dreams’ by Iluminata. It would be perfect for the home.
Rose, rose and more rose! It’s rich and very different.
Could it smell like something from Paco Rabanne?
I love it… elegant, fresh, floral, lots of rose… ufff, rich rich.
According to what I read, this line highlights a single scent rather than creating a cocktail. Honestly, I don’t usually like florals, but this captivated me. It smells of pure rose, elegant and harmonious. You can detect the flower; it is not sweet, it is fresh and gives a refreshing morning sensation. It is a unique perfume.
I’ve read that this line, like THIS FLOWER ROSE and THIS FLOWER LARANJEIRA, aims to highlight a single scent rather than a cocktail. Honestly, I’m not a fan of florals, but this one caught my attention. It smells of PURE ROSE. It’s elegant and harmonious; you can really smell the flower. It’s not sweet, but fresh, giving a ‘cool morning’ sensation. It’s unique.
I loved that refined rose aroma. Both the rose and orange notes are unique. Anyone who tries it will not regret it.
I was utterly enchanted by this refined rose scent. Both the rose and orange notes are unique. Anyone who tries it won’t regret it.
I was looking for a rose perfume and it is delicious; the floral note is very perceptible with citrus, very feminine and fresh. The trail is moderate, ideal for those seeking a floral and feminine scent, good quality. The only flaw is longevity: I applied it at noon and by 4 pm I could no longer smell it.
It truly smells of rose, yet it is subtle and delicate, very fresh. Harmonious and not at all overpowering.
A different rose, not the typical rose of colognes… very, very rich.
The more roses I know, the more I like this one. It differs from classic roses (Rose Goldea, Soendiá Rose, Rose de Bvlgari, Live Irresistible Rosy Crush and so many flankers with added roses that go around). It is not as unique as Bond No 9 West Side or Lyric by Amouage, but the truth is it stands up super well. Let’s say it makes it look very well placed next to the flower. In my list of complex roses I compare it with Ma Dame by JPG, Valentino Rosa Assoluto and the renowned Stella by Stella McCartney. The first part is a bit fruitier, then it becomes very velvety. Personally I like the second facet more, just a bit sweeter, as if the rose were a little candied. I have a Biogreen room diffuser of Bulgarian Rose; it is beautiful, a rose with green touches, dense, somewhat dark, but with all that floral richness. Really beautiful, nothing to do with soap roses or supermarket sprays. After knowing that monothematic environmental fragrance by Biogreen, I say that Esta Flor is based on a solid Bulgarian rose. I see many notes listed but they all harmonise to produce a single effect. It lasts a long time on the skin, with medium projection that varies according to the person. Every time I use it, I smell it and I love it. I combined it with Narciso EDP and it is superb; but with other perfumes the fruity phase sometimes becomes quite acidic. A dear of my collection, from which I would not want to be without…
The more I learn about roses, the more I love this one. It stands apart from classics like Rose Goldea or Rose de Bvlgari, and from so many flankers with added rose floating around. It’s not quite as unique as Bond No 9 West Side or Lyric by Amouage, but it holds its own remarkably well. It makes the flower look truly magnificent, haha. In my list of complex roses, I compare it to Ma Dame by JPG, Valentino Rosa Assoluto, and the famous Stella by Stella McCartney… The opening is slightly fruity, then it becomes velvety. I prefer that second facet, just a touch sweeter, as if the rose were slightly candied. I have a Biogreen Bulgarian Rose room diffuser for aromatherapy. It’s beautiful: a rose with green notes, dense, somewhat dark, yet rich in floral depth. Truly stunning, nothing like soap roses or supermarket sprays. Now that I know this monochromatic Biogreen fragrance, I say THIS FLOWER ROSE is based on a solid Bulgarian rose. It lists many notes, but they all harmonise to create a single effect. It lasts a long time on the skin with moderate projection that varies from person to person. Every time I wear it, I smell it and adore it. I paired it with Narciso EDP and it was fantastic. However, with other perfumes, the fruity phase can sometimes become quite acidic… A beloved member of my collection that I wouldn’t want to be without.
I must confess that when it launched, it didn’t catch my eye; I thought it would be a graceless floral, neither exciting nor captivating. Until recently I was able to try it, and I was so wrong. On my skin, I feel an intense rose accompanied by sandalwood and musk (at times I think of incense sticks), then an oily note intensifies with a light touch of bergamot that adds freshness. A wonderful floral achievement by Verônica Kato, with nothing to envy from a high-end perfume. Lasting power is acceptable (5 hours on my skin) and projection is moderate, perfect for a super hot day. Straight to my spring-summer wish list.

Nov-2019: a few weeks ago I received the Stella by Stella McCartney. They retain quite a familiarity in how they are composed. The Stella is all the time more amber, a bit fresher, with a rose that is a bit more natural. The Natura one has a drier, more musky finish with a slight touch of acidity…
I regret this blind purchase a little because all reviews said it smelled of roses and it DOESN’T. On me, it only smells of musk and incense; in fact, it even gives off a hint of a men’s perfume. At first, I do detect the citrus, but they last nothing, at most three minutes, before giving way to the oily notes I perceive as church incense smells. No rose or jasmine whatsoever; they’re completely absent, straight to the resins and woods. I’m sad, but I’m still searching for that rose absolute u_u
I regret this blind purchase a little because all the reviews said it smelled of roses and NO; on me it only smells of musk and incense, even giving me a hint of a man’s perfume. At first I detect citrus but they last nothing, at most three minutes, to give way to the ‘oily notes’ that I perceive as the smell of church incense. Nothing of rose or jasmine, they shine by their absence, straight to the resins and woods. I am sad, but I continue in the search for that rose absolute.
It smells to pure, oily roses. Nothing citrusy or other notes for me. At first, it smells to faded roses, like when you leave rose water out for too long and it smells a bit off. Then that impression fades and the unique rose scent remains, nothing sweet or citrusy, just flowers. The longevity is okay but nothing outstanding, nor the trail; it lasts only a while. I think the price is high considering it is from the catalogue; I won’t buy it again (I bought it after trying samples that smelled much better than the perfume itself). I will finish using it and it will be a ‘next’ for me.
I’m sorry, rose in perfumery is my least favourite note because on my skin it smells horrible. But with this one I couldn’t: it smells like roses soaked in olive oil, it gave me a terrible headache, and that was just with the sample to rule it out. It’s gone.
It has a soft and delicate scent, not invasive, but from my perspective, it passes without praise or blame; it is fine if you like sweet and soft perfumes.
This was the first ‘Esta Flor’ in Mexico, and what could be better than a monochromatic poem to the rose, queen of flowers? Bulgarian rose has a unique harvesting process, gathered at dawn by women’s hands (if men do it, the scent isn’t quite so sublime). It’s a very pure, pristine rose, revered with incense sticks that caress it with their smoke; dusty with velvet nuances. On my skin, I detect faint hints of rosewood, leaves, and stems. Perhaps some won’t grasp all the elegance of simple purity. Of all rose perfumes, this captures her best. I dare to claim this because I own a 100% pure rose essential oil from the finest brand, and the aroma is remarkably similar, confirming that this flower is a pure, natural scent. Needless to say, roses have powerful properties for mood and immune system. Long live the roses!!! I hope to see this fragrance and all from this flower in Natura’s magazine. P.S. The ‘Esta Flor’ soaps from Natura are a delight to touch and smell. I’ve paired this perfume with Avon’s rose and shea butter cream, as Avon is part of Natura & Co., and both the moisturising cream and rose water from Care remind me of Esta Flor’s aroma.

Very feminine, as if it had absorbed the essence of the women who harvested these roses in Bulgaria; it is said that the best Damask rose crop is picked by women’s hands in their native fields, from where it arrived at Natura to be sublimated. On me, it is fresh, powdery roses, with sandalwood present almost all the time, and barely perceptible but constant bergamot and vanilla. I smell a whole, blooming rose bush bathed in morning dew, and also incense-drenched, vanilla-infused, ambered rosewood. I agree that it smells like a fresh morning; it is an elegant, very well-balanced scent.
