Invictus but sweeter. Perfect for summer, spring, and sometimes autumn. Although this site lists it as unisex, I feel it leans more towards a masculine scent.
My first Arabic fragrance exceeds my expectations. I loved it more than Rasasi’s Hawas. It’s an absolute beast in terms of longevity and projection: it projects wildly for the first three hours, and based on my experience, its skin longevity is around 12 hours.
Hello community, sharing my experience. I tried this Hayaati by Lattafa and it felt like an aquatic, vanilla twist on Invictus. Later, I bought one from the current ‘Fragrance World’ seller; this one isn’t as aquatic and smells very musky, with poor performance: only three and a half hours of projection. Is the Fragrance World batch bad, or does it need macerating? That’s my experience. In terms of performance, Turathi Blue works wonders for me.
My father uses a 2016 batch of Invictus EDT and I can’t find any difference with this. It’s a rich and versatile fragrance that has become common over time and can even smell cheap. Regular projection and longevity make it an excellent alternative for daily wear: don’t expect miracles, but also no disappointments.
Smells quite good, leaning towards the sweet side of Invictus as many say, with a very prominent cinnamon note. As for performance and projection, it has been rather poor: lasting no more than 3-4 hours on skin and projecting for barely 2 hours. For the price, you can’t ask for more.
Hayaati by Lattafa has captivated me from the first spray. It is a pleasant olfactory journey: at first, you notice warm, sweet notes like freshly baked cinnamon cookies. This spicy and sweet blend envelops you in a comforting way, perfect for fresh days or special nights. The best part is its longevity on the skin; it stays for several hours without needing reapplication. It projects moderately—not overpowering, but noticeable at a close distance. As it evolves, the spices soften, giving way to a delicate floral base. In the dry down, it leaves a soft, floral trail that is charming and elegant. It balances the initial intensity to create a cosy experience. If you love warm, spicy perfumes with a floral dry down, give this a try. Longevity and projection are very good for its range; an excellent, long-lasting option.
It is a fulfilling fragrance for everyday wear, the office, or casual outings (I would choose something else for important dates). In my opinion, it is not designed to garner compliments; it conveys cleanliness and neatness, but that is all. It does sound a bit generic with that DNA, although it is not a bad perfume. For the price, one could not ask for more. It is excessively hyped on social media and videos for being merely a fulfilling fragrance. Scent: 6/10, Projection: 7/10, Longevity: 6.5/10.
Another common mistake is judging new Arabic perfumes too harshly. I experienced this with Amber & Leather; at first, it smelled unpleasant and didn’t last, leading me to believe it was counterfeit. I left it untouched for two months, and when I tried it again, it had transformed into a true gem: lasting 12 hours on skin and up to five days on clothes. Club de Nuit Iconic was the same: a terrible opening, but weeks later, pure magic. Do not be fooled into thinking an Arabic perfume will only last three hours.
Ideal for young people. The fresh, citrusy opening with apple and bergamot is captivating, before evolving into a sweet blend of vanilla and cinnamon. It is easy to like for everyday wear or dates, making it very versatile. It lasts around 6-7 hours with projection up to 3 metres, then becomes intimate and lasts for days on clothes. Nothing to complain about; excellent value for its price.
The best fragrance to start a collection: it smells great, lasts a long time, has good projection, and is very affordable. It resembles Invictus but is sweeter; I prefer its scent, and it wins on projection. It is versatile for almost everything, except formal events or extreme heat. Given the quality for the price, buy it blind without fear.
I entered the world of Arabian perfumery through this fragrance and it opened a very rich new world to me: a totally fruity perfume very similar to Invictus, so fruity that it eventually tastes like a bitter fruit to me, I don’t know, in my opinion. It is a strong and cloying perfume, it projects well and has good longevity. I bought it blind and I do not regret it.
THE BEST QUALITY FOR PRICE PERFUME. There is nothing better at this price. It is an improved Invictus, much fruitier, sweeter, and fresher. It is my daily fragrance, super versatile for any occasion and time of year. It has brutal performance; it lasts me more than 8 hours on skin and days on clothes. It is not invasive at all and is a clean scent that no one dislikes. Remember it is worth 16 euros. It seems to me the best perfume for daily use, whether at university, work, or whatever.
It has everything to be a fresh perfume, but it also has an elevated fruity and sweet touch, making it usable in heat but not excessive, and that is why some say it also works well in cool climates; it is very versatile. Like many Arabian perfumes, it needs oxidation to reach its potential; at first, it may not last long, but believe me, once well-macerated, its performance improves immensely; it goes into beast mode.
Hayaati smells literally like Invictus but with much more potency in all the notes and longevity; it is highly concentrated Invictus. If you do not know what Invictus smells like, it is a fruity, citrusy, and sweet scent that everyone likes, so you can buy it blind without issues. The only negative is that it is a very mass-market scent because there are thousands of clones and you often smell it everywhere. This one must be macerated obligatorily for more than 30 days; initially, it lasted 6 hours for me, but after that, it rises to over 10. Box: thick cardboard that opens like a chest (9.0). Bottle: simple design, nothing flashy, and a light plastic cap that does not withstand the weight (6.5). Atomiser: average, about 30 cm distance (8.5). Price: between $18 and $25 (9.5). Longevity: 5-6 hours initially, after maceration it lasts 8 good hours and 5 on the skin, lasting days on clothes (10). Projection: 1.5 metres for the first two hours (9.0). Sillage: somewhat heavy at first (9.0). Compliments: you will surely attract them; everyone likes Invictus and they will let you know (9.0). Final note: 8.8. Conclusion: it can be bought blind, it is the best inspiration for Invictus, lasts a long time, but let it macerate, and the only negative is that the Invictus DNA is too obvious.
Lataffa Hayaati is an Invictus by Paco Rabanne with nuances that, in my opinion, make it superior. It is like a fruity, citrusy, and sweet cocktail, super potent yet easy to wear and enjoy. I wear it every day without getting tired of it; it has brought me compliments and even people have confused it with the original. If you are looking for that DNA, this is your option. I know Invictus is very mass-market, but so what? If it is successful, it is because most people like it, and designer perfumes are designed for that. If you like it, go ahead, use it, and do not worry about certain YouTubers claiming it smells burnt. Perfumes are for enjoyment and feeling good. Additionally, it has a magnificent price, lasts long on the skin, and projects well. When I finish my bottle, I will buy another. Just let it macerate a little: 10 sprays at the bottom and store it in a cool, dry place for 3 or 4 weeks. You will notice a huge difference in performance and aroma. Best wishes.
Personally, it is not a fragrance I enjoy; I had high expectations thanks to reviews on social media. If you live in a warm climate, I do not recommend it; it can become cloying.
A daily wear fragrance, well worth it in terms of quality and price. It is clear that if you compare it to designer brands, it loses, but come on, can anyone improve on 17 euros? If you buy it blind (as I did), you surely won’t regret it.
Personally, it doesn’t suit me. At first, it smells like Rabbane’s Invictus DNA, though some say it’s the Intense (which I’ve never tried). Then the scent shifts to cinnamon, which doesn’t quite convince me and leaves a strange, feminine trail, perhaps just my personal taste. It has good longevity (8 hours or more) and a projection of about 1.5 metres; that is the magic of Arabian perfumery. For Invictus alternatives, I would prefer Legend Spirit by MB or even Hawas by Rasasi a thousand times over.
Sape
Lovely perfume, especially regarding its projection. I paid $35 and have seen others get it cheaper. It smells sweet, fruity, and vanilla-like, very pleasant; however, it feels cloying to me for the first hour. If you wear it in 30-degree weather, you’ll be overwhelming. I prefer wearing it around 15 degrees, day or night; it suits everything but leans towards going out to a bar or being outdoors in informal situations. The longevity is incredible; I can still smell it on my skin after 10 hours. By the fourth hour, the scent remaining on the skin is a clean, delicious vanilla that I absolutely adore. It lasts two days or more on clothes.
It smells good for the price; I’d say the more you smell it, the cheaper the scent seems, but it’s strange because although it smells cheap, at the same time you can smell class or elegance in it, nothing formal. It’s 75% similar to Invictus, but this one smells sweeter. I don’t recommend using it daily in summer if it’s over 30 degrees; it shouldn’t be used during the day, although it’s very good for daily wear in winter and spring. It gives many compliments. Projection and duration are more than good; it lasts a long time and projects beastily. At first, I liked it a lot, then I disliked it, and now on skin it doesn’t smell well, but the aura or trail it leaves does give many compliments.
A sharp citrus opening that lasts quite a while, which can be annoying to some people, not to mention that it smells quite artificial. Perfume for daytime use in temperate temperatures, neither extreme heat nor intense cold.
This perfume is the definition of undervalued. It’s a citrus and fresh option that, for an excellent price, offers long-lasting duration and projection. It never fails and is perfect for daily use if you’re looking for something simple that everyone likes. Its notes of bergamot, woods, and apple are the most present. My opinion is that it’s a very good gift, a very good purchase, and a very good option. 10/10.
Very bad perfume. It’s very hyped on social media; I don’t know how much money they pay that people, because if I had to describe it, it would be: CHEAP. I know you can’t expect much for the price, but even in that range, you can get something better. Save a little more and buy Hawas ICE; that one is actually good. It has a decent and vibrant opening, but the dry-down is a mess, extremely synthetic and without body. Duration and trail are average. Nothing to highlight from this disappointment. I ended up giving it away.
Please forgive those exquisite noses that think everything is cheap. But I bought this perfume blind and it has brought me many compliments; already four women have asked for the name to buy it for their parents or partners. Moreover, they bought it at the same place where I did.
Batch 2025: Requires maceration. When left to rest, the opening is exquisite, sweet apple, similar to Invictus, playful and conveying peace. But after three hours, that sharp yet pleasant opening fades, leaving a very synthetic musk, like cheap or poor-quality soap. Personally, I’ve received compliments at the start, but the dry-down disappoints; it’s almost the opposite of the opening. Occasions: daily, office, or dates, because women tend to like it. Seasons: spring, summer, and autumn in temperate climates. Ages: 15 to 30 years. Duration: six hours. Projection: two to three hours. Price: $25 USD. Recommendation: It’s an Invictus dupe with an artificial, annoying dry-down and poor longevity. In that sense, it’s better to go for Hawas, Hawas Ice, or Nitro Red by Dumont, which are at the same price.
Sweet, citrusy, musky, and delicious. It has the DNA of Invictus, on purpose. Obviously, it doesn’t last as long, but it smells 90% the same. The atomiser is solid and with four sprays you get six hours. It projects well, about a metre for two and a half hours. It’s a must-have on my list, economical and easy to like. I think the cinnamon gives it the touch to perform in autumn.
If you want to smell like PAL gum, use this.
Adding to what many already say: it’s a happy, energetic, clean, and uncomplicated perfume. It has a classic-modern profile, nothing contemporary. In my collection, I always keep this type of aroma for when I want something that works without fuss; I’ve always liked them. It reminds me of Y EDP and Zegna Forte (with their proportions), and that green apple, wood, and sweet base scent is what wins. It includes notes from YSL and Zegna. It’s classic, not novel, but after nine months of maceration, it’s rounded and potent. At first, I didn’t see it as balanced, but either the liquid evolved or my nose changed. Good scent, good perfume, for everyone to like. Performance and projection are very good. A total winner. I find it different from Hawas Ice and will definitely stick with Hayaati.
The one who has received the most compliments, and all the women have liked it.
For me, Hayaati by Lattafa smells good and is well-made for its price. It starts fresh with fruits, moves into spices and wood, and finishes with a warm musk and vanilla. It’s clean and easy to wear, though not spectacular or memorable. Its projection is moderate and more intimate than enveloping. I see it as ideal for everyday use without expecting to turn heads. For the price, it’s a good gift if you don’t want to spend much, rather than to impress.
I came across this fragrance by pure chance and I’m not sure if it’s the best, but to my nose, it’s a 1-to-1 match with the first Invictus. Only that this one is more potent, both in the opening and the dry-down. Although it doesn’t have a very wide trail, up close it’s a scent that is noticeable in a close conversation. The curious thing is that the scent comes and goes; there’s no need to reapply. I recommend it for the office.
If you are looking for an alternative to Hawas or Hawas Ice, I do not recommend it. It is a fresh Invictus DNA, but with that sweet touch that makes it versatile for various occasions or seasons. Recommended for daily use, such as at university or the office. It’s youthful, has good longevity and trail, but the performance is not great: at best it lasts about 6 hours with an initial trail of 1 to 2 hours. I wasn’t very fond of the scent, so I don’t recommend buying it blind because I expected something better according to reviews on TikTok or YouTube. In my opinion, this type of DNA is achieved better in Hawas or Hawas Ice.
It’s a good fragrance with more than acceptable longevity: over 8 hours on skin and over a day on clothes. It’s a fairly common scent on the market, in the style of Invictus which has been around for decades. Although it’s versatile, I find it slightly dark; I detected a chocolatey note at the base that gave it a sweet touch, perfect for the evening. From my subjective point of view, it doesn’t fail, and I recommend buying it blind or as a gift, as it suits all ages.
From my experience, it’s one of the best fragrances for men aged 15 to 30. I bought it blind and what a surprise, it’s a real gem. Seriously, this scent has brought me more compliments than many designer brands. It’s very youthful, versatile, and easy to like. The trail and longevity are brilliant; it lasts about 6 to 8 hours without needing to reapply.
It smells like playdough or bubblegum with a hint of sugar, quite strange!
Good value for money. I picked it up for €18 at Douglas, and at that price, it performs very well. At first, it’s a mix of citrus and slightly fruity notes. But as those citrus notes fade, it becomes a more serious scent due to the cinnamon and woody touches, ending with a slightly sweet vanilla note. I see it as versatile, suitable for all ages and for daily use.
The scent is very good, and honestly, it doesn’t smell as synthetic as one might expect for the price. However, the longevity is a drawback: it lasts barely 2–3 hours, and the projection fades after just 40 minutes.
Yes, it is Invictus. But it has a slightly more extravagant touch, if you will; it’s a fruitier version, reminiscent of the early batches of the original fragrance. Very good, the performance is more than decent in terms of longevity, although the trail is shorter compared to the classic Invictus, Legend Spirit, or Hawas. From there, the scent may be preferred over the other versions. I would buy it again, and that’s because I want to squeeze every drop from the bottle I have. Scent 10/10 Price 10/10 Projection 7/10 Longevity 8/10
If you enjoy gothic and dense scents, Haayati is the perfect all-rounder. It captures that vibe of Invictus Aqua or Rasasi Hawas, but with a more serious woody base. It opens very fruity with apple and bergamot, while the ginger and cinnamon add a spicy kick that keeps it from feeling childish. The dry-down is purely musky and woody, very clean and long-lasting. It’s the perfume for those days when you want something foolproof with great projection, yet not overpowering. Ideal for daily wear or situations where you need an impeccable, energetic presence.
