I liked it, although at first it smells like Nenuco cologne, but once it settles, the scent is much better.
Delicious, ideal for summer, walking, coming out of the shower, or sleeping. It refreshes you; you can spray it without fear, almost bathing yourself, without overwhelming anyone. It has a vintage air but isn’t old-fashioned. My signature is Iris by Prada and it may remind you of it, but it’s not the same; Prada’s is more complex, long-lasting, and rounded. If you don’t like iris, you won’t like this either. I find it delightful, dry, powdery, and clean. A great discovery at a low cost. I will definitely repurchase when it runs out.
I love it! It’s a blend between Prada’s Infusion d’Iris and Guerlain’s Insolence: the seriousness of the first relaxed by the joviality of the second. A delicious daytime aroma, soft, pretty, powdery, clean, and with a vintage air. The bottle doesn’t deceive; it smells exactly as promised. If you don’t like this style with a vintage toiletries vibe, it’s not for you, but if you’re like me, go for it. The trail and longevity are soft for an eau de parfum, but given the very economical price, it’s fine. It’s given me the idea to layer it with the two fragrances above; it could look brilliant or I might fail in the attempt… Without a doubt, I would buy it again.
Some reviews seem to have heard nothing: if there’s neroli, they say it smells like Nenuco or baby powder, and if there’s iris, it’s Prada’s Infusion d’Iris. But no, gentlemen, this Jeanne en Provence is more like Xerjoff’s Kobe; it doesn’t smell childish, it’s like a feminine flanker of Kobe with an iris touch, yet a man could wear it too. Incredible quality and a bargain price (€15), elegant, with good projection and longevity. Not for extreme summer heat, but perfect for the rest of the year. Beautiful bottle and a carefully blended mix of iris and neroli that don’t sound 100% pure, projecting a scent where even the talcum powder doesn’t feel dry. Smells expensive and uses quality ingredients, synthetic or natural from Grasse.
