  • Another one that has nothing to do with the original. It’s much more discreet and shy, although perhaps it will appeal to more people. It smells of sweet licorice, but if you’re looking for the legendary old Lolita Lempicka, you’ll be disappointed. It’s like an eau de toilette for everyday wear, without that breath-taking intensity.

  • Polytheneval

I bought it completely blind and I loved it. Is it a reformulation? I don’t know, I don’t know the first one, but I like it very much, with a sweetness that is not cloying. I thought the cherry would kick me in the face, but it’s softer than I imagined. Its dry-down reminds me a lot of Ultrared.

  • I received a miniature with the purchase of another perfume and upon reading ‘Lolita Lempicka’ I started to feel rejection, as I never like fragrances from this brand. And again I was not wrong; as soon as I smelled it I thought ‘well, sweet, but not too much’, not bad and suddenly I detected an aroma I associated with something I don’t like and didn’t know what it was. When I read the notes I realised and could identify not just one, but two aromas I detest: cherry and anise. Even without knowing the notes, it gave me the impression that I was smelling liquor; for me anise predominates more than the cherry, you have to pay attention to feel a hint of cherry, but it’s there. I find the violet difficult to identify. It seems it doesn’t leave a sillage that slaps you in the face, although it’s there. In summary: I didn’t like it, but because I detest just two of the things it has. Basically, it seems like a half-hour caramel to me.

  • This is so delicious! It’s quite similar to the original, a bit softer (for me better, as the original felt a bit heavy to me), but the opening is super similar and the dry-down is glorious too. Although I don’t have the original to compare them side by side, I’m speaking based on my memories. I tested several flankers and when the dry-down arrived, they started to become unpleasant to me: very peppery, a bit sour, or they oxidised on the skin, not as well done. However, this one, like the original, is beautiful from start to finish.

  • At the perfumery where I am a client, they gave me a decant… I went to buy another perfume and the sales assistant put a square tin, lemon-coloured with a white cloud, into the bag, which said “Lolita Lempicka Le Parfum”. I thanked her for the gift and left without knowing what was inside. At home, I opened the tin and saw something wrapped in thin white paper, emitting an impressive CLEAN aroma, so FRESH that I assumed it was an expensive, neat, and fresh soap. What a surprise to open the paper and find a scented body cream and a 7.5 ml atomiser. I was doubly surprised because perfumes that sound like sweets are not usually my thing, but oh my goodness! I can’t help but open the tin repeatedly and get lost in that rich freshness; it’s addictive. It’s not sweet vanilla or honey; it’s sweet mixed with acid in a good way, like sweets. It’s soft, delicate but very cheerful. It doesn’t invade, it doesn’t overpower. Its intention is to have fun for a while, with friends, at school, in an amusement park. I am a middle-aged woman and I admit it’s more carefree and innocent, perhaps for younger girls… But I don’t mind! It’s so delicious that I’m going to buy the bottle when the decant runs out. It’s that fragrance that puts you in a good mood, adds festivity, cheerfulness, freshness and a carefree attitude. It’s a sweet yet fresh scent. Like a licorice candy with an acidic coating, what a delight! It’s not cloying at all. I don’t know why I perceive something citrusy; I assume it’s the fabulous cherry along with the right touch of anise (very delicate) giving that candy aroma, mixed with the musk achieving the clean and neat smell. Barely powdery, another surprise: powdery scents are not usually my thing, but this is well done, balanced with the other notes, it doesn’t smell like talcum powder or a lady with an old-fashioned cologne. Quite the opposite: it’s freshness, irreverence, youth, sparkle, neatness, I love it. Very low trail and low longevity, low projection, re-application is a must (and I’m grateful to feel that scent again). Longevity on the skin is about 5 hours, putting your nose against the skin (on my skin which doesn’t hold much). Conclusion: against all odds, I loved it.

Quite the opposite: it’s freshness, irreverence, youth, sparkle, neatness, I love it. As for sillage, very low and little projection. Reapplication is mandatory (I’m grateful to feel that scent again). I perceived the longevity close to the skin for about five hours, putting my nose against the skin (at least on my skin which doesn’t fix perfumes much). Conclusion: against all odds, I loved it.

  • A delicious perfume, sweet, like an anise and licorice caramel, which I thought was original. It came with a cream and a travel size as a gift. The cream is very good because it makes the perfume last longer. The bottle is beautiful. The only thing to criticise is that I feel the atomiser is delicate and the 100 ml perfume arrived broken and nothing comes out, so I am using the one that came in about 10 ml.

  • I saw it in the perfumery and, as a fan of the original, I couldn’t resist trying it, albeit with a bit of fear. Honestly, it didn’t seem as horrid as I expected. Within reason, it’s a fairly decent reformulation. The differences are noticeable mainly in the dry-down (it lacks the praline and vanilla touch) and in potency (it’s weaker than the original). It’s curious, but it seems more similar to the original/2010 version than to Mon Premier Parfum, which has many notes that are missing here. If you miss LL and don’t want to pay extra for old bottles, this is a good option, without shining as much as the original.

  • Dama Incognita

I started wanting to know this fragrance without having tried the original LL. I like the blend of anise with flowers like rose and violet, and this one has some of those notes. On my skin, at first, I felt strong anise and licorice, sweetened by the cherry, resembling a syrup. Then the violet appeared, and the dry-down was the best part: the syrup sensation disappeared, leaving a powdery and sweet effect, with violet, tonka bean, and cherry predominating. It’s an interesting fragrance and I’ve enjoyed it. Nice to meet you, Lolita Lempicka!

  • I absolutely love it! I hadn’t tried the original Lolita Lempicka, so I’m not sure if it’s reminiscent, but I’m fascinated by this brand. The ones I’ve tried are incredibly addictive. The opening is exquisite; I can really detect the cherry and anise, and it’s lovely from the first moment. The dry-down is a marvel. I tested it alongside LolitaLand (which I fell in love with), and for now, it’s my favourite, although Le Parfum also has something beautiful about it, more suitable for daytime. In both, I notice that sweet, fresh, clean vibe and well-blended notes. In terms of longevity, at least in the dry-down, it doesn’t last as long as LolitaLand. I’d love to test it on my skin, but I really like it! Update: I tried the original and prefer this one; it is reminiscent, but I like the opening and evolution of Le Parfum better. The original evokes an older person, not in a good way; this one is more youthful and fun.

  • My eternal love, but they ruin it a little more with each new version. Still, I’m content with the latest because, although it’s not the same, there is nothing as magical as the original. That blend that you gradually discovered, enveloping you in a dusty, sweet, floral, and edible cloud. It was a beast, a wonder for those who loved it (and many can’t handle it). Intoxicating, mysterious, gothic, with innocence and youth without being childish; it projects as an adult perfume but doesn’t age. Literally, it’s a magical being. Upon application, it gives a sense of a bygone era, but its sweetness brings you to the present, fitting the trend of well-sweet gourmands. The original from 1997 was the second gourmand in history, alongside Mugler’s Angel from 1992, icons that set the pace 30 years ago. Many hated them then because the fashion was for invasive florals or minimalist citrus types like CK, but the world changed and now everyone, niche, fashion, Arab, imitations, has gourmands in their bestsellers. Upon smelling this version, you feel the style of the original, it screams Lolita Lempicka, but it’s not the same. It looks quite similar (it’s a good impostor, haha). It lacks that evolution of notes that were discovered over time, the beauty of a job done with care. There is no longer vanilla or praline (although it remains sweet) nor the characteristic ivy; anise stands out more, and as it dries, it smells like Cyzone’s Dancing Night. It will never be the same due to the notes and longevity, but it has the style (I’m going to use Dancing as a mist and Lolita on top). The terrible thing: I opened it today with excitement, remembering that in the previous version, the clothes didn’t release the scent even after washing. I put this on my skin and after two hours it was already weak, a faint dry-down, noticeable at about 20 cm. With the first version, it remained intact and released notes that surprised. I hope it stays like this without disappearing more and fixes better on clothes, but after four hours with Yara by Lattafa on top, this smells much weaker. How can they do this with such an iconic perfume? The bottle is iconic and beautiful, full of details and symbols that speak of the Lempicka experience. Despite being sad about this watery version, I still love it and enjoy it. I hope that in the next reformulation they put more care into it, because we have so much affection for the brand. The fact that it was one of the first to be vegan and cruelty-free makes these reforms understandable. I hope that with a new formula they recover the longevity and magic of before, as they managed with LolitaLand.

  • My life’s love, but the more versions there are, the worse they get. Still, I’m content with the latest ones because it won’t be the same, but there’s NOTHING as magical as the original Lolita Lempicka. The original (reformulated) was a blend that revealed itself over time, enveloping in a sweet powdery cloud of flowers and edible things, a beast, a marvel (for those who love it, though many can’t handle it). It was intoxicating, mysterious, gothic, with a sense of innocence and youth without being childish, adult projection but without ageing, literally a magical being. Being powdery gave a sense of a bygone era, but its sweetness brought it to the present with the gourmand trend. The 1997 original was the second gourmand in history, alongside Mugler’s Angel 1992, historical icons that set the trend 30 years ago; many hated them then due to the trend towards invasive florals or minimalistic citrus, but the world changed and now all niches, fashion, Arab perfumes and catalogues have gourmands in their bestsellers. Smelling this version, you get the original style immediately, you say Lolita Lempicka, BUT it’s not the same. It resembles it quite a bit (it’s a good imposter haha). It lacks the vanilla, praline and ivy that were characteristic; anise stands out more and when it dries down it resembles Cyzone’s Dancing Night. It will never be the same regarding notes and longevity, but it has the style (I’ll use Dancing as a mist and Lolita over it). The terrible part: I opened it today with excitement, remembering that even after washing clothes it projected, but on skin it was weak after two hours, with a faint dry down, detectable at about 20 cm. With the first version it remained intact and released surprising notes. I hope it stays like this without disappearing more and that it fixes better on clothes, but 2 hours before spraying Lolita I applied Yara by Lattafa and that one is much stronger. How is it possible to do this with such an iconic perfume? Separate mention for the bottle, iconic and beautiful, full of details and symbols. Despite being sad about this watered-down version of the original, I still love and enjoy it. I hope if they reformulate again they put more care into it, because we have so much affection for the brand. The fact that they were among the first to be vegan and cruelty-free makes one understand these reformulations. I hope they manage with a new formula the longevity and magic of before, and what they achieved with LolitaLand, another beloved scent from the house.

  • I was given a sample and well… at first the anise is noticeable, lots of violets, smells good, but on my skin it lasts not even 3 hours. Yes, I was disappointed by the reviews I read. Nothing more to add.

  • What can I say? I don’t understand how this perfume isn’t viral again if it has everything: dream packaging, magic forest aroma, extreme sweetness, mystery and sensuality. EVERYTHING!❤️ In summary and simply, it smells of cherries, licorice, violets and tonka bean bathed in sugar. Everything is sweet, cloying, but in a good way. Stop comparing it to previous versions, it’s over, learn to let go. These modifications seem beautiful to me and update the fragrance. They are subtle but evident changes, and they suit it perfectly. The cherry, for example, fascinates me: it’s sweet, not acidic, and very pleasant on skin. It’s one of my favourites ALWAYS. If you love very sweet, caramelised and strong fragrances… this is your path. The bottle… WORDS CAN’T DESCRIBE IT 😍😍😍😍😍

  • How can a fragrance represent the concept of ‘fairytale’ so well? Because it literally smells like it. That powdery violet wrapped in a soft, spiced aroma puts you in a state of magical reverie. Seriously, there’s nothing like it.

  • How can a fragrance be so representative of a concept like ‘fairytale’? Because it literally smells like that. That powdery violet wrapped in a soft alcoholic and spiced aroma. It makes you enter a state of magical daydreaming. Seriously, there is nothing like it.

  • What a lovely, delicate and feminine perfume. Slightly sweet violets with hints of anise and licorice that give it ‘maturity’ so it doesn’t feel like a baby cologne. I liked it a lot, but after 2 or 3 hours on the skin, the musk mixed with the violets becomes very prominent, and that ‘dirty’ musk doesn’t agree with me. Projection 10/10, dry down 7/10.

  • Cami beatriz val

Hypnotic, elegant and long-lasting, 100/10. Sweet but not cloying; the anise is very noticeable, giving the impression of a forest fairy perfume. Beautiful.

  • ValeriaMess

Total beauty from bottle to notes. It’s a scent you get used to; at first, the sample didn’t appeal to me much, but then I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist and ordered the full size. It projects well and lasts until after a shower. It’s the perfect signature scent for going out at night.

  • Lolita Lempicka dances between the ephemeral and the eternal. Its opening is a sigh of fresh, spiced anise blending with the juicy sweetness of cherry, like a forbidden fruit. It’s a mischievous dawn that awakens the senses. In the heart, the melancholic violet reigns while the earthy, mystical lily root anchors the scent in a whisper of an ancient forest. It’s the caress of a breeze that knows the secrets of the earth. Finally, it becomes a spell: dark licorice melts with pure white musk and the tonka bean warms the skin with its vanilla touch, like a childhood memory. It’s a hug that persists. It’s not just a perfume; it’s an olfactory poem, a song to femininity in a forest between innocence and seduction. One drop is enough to stop the world. Just to be clear: I LOVE IT.

  • Delicious. I admit, the opening initially startled me and the promised magic didn’t hit straight away, but once it dries down, it’s irresistible. The violets, licorice and iris give it a slightly powdery touch; it’s neither too mature nor too youthful, suiting both a teenager and a mature woman. It reminded me of Bvlgari’s Petit et Mamans (the baby scent), but the cherry and licorice add maturity and set it apart. On my skin, it lasts 4 to 6 hours, with a trail of 2 or 3, though others from the house last longer. Still, it’s one of my favourites: enveloping, special and unique. It doesn’t smell the same on others in the street despite its popularity. Ideal for daily wear, uni, work, casual dates or cool nights. 9/10
