Descripción

Lost In Paris by Roja Dove is an oriental vanilla creation from the olfactory family, designed for men and women. This fragrance, newly launched in 2024, opens with a vibrant top note of blood orange, bitter orange, mandarin, and rum. The heart unfolds with the sweetness of sugar, the creaminess of butter, and the shine of caramel. To finish, the base reveals a sophisticated blend of pink pepper, musk, cashmere wood, clove, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla, and ambergris, signed by master perfumer Roja Dove.

  • I’m Anto from Argentina 💕 and I adore high-end perfumery. Just to let you know, there are no local reviews or any in Spanish, only in English, so I wanted to contribute to the community. Only three units arrived, so I’m lucky to have one; plus there were no testers in the shop, so I bought it blind. It’s insane to risk more than AR$2M, but it turned out brilliant. The quality is on another level – I was speechless and felt I’d found my ceiling; I don’t know what could be better. ✨ Lost in Paris is a masterpiece: sweet citrus and incredible gourmand notes. The opening is like refined tangerine liqueur with a spicy touch that fades quickly; the citrus remains but blends with buttery caramel and vanilla – pastry-like but not cloying. The dry down stays sweet with tangerine and orange in the background, paired with soft, rounded cinnamon. Longevity: over 16 hours. Rating: 11/10. Cost: Extremely high. Risk of buying blind: Very high (due to price, not the scent). Reflection: it’s superior and what I’m looking for, but not essential – everyone chooses where to invest. I treat myself to the pleasures I can afford and want; thanks to abundance, I’ve got everything I wanted. Thanks for reading.

  • What a pity there aren’t more reviews of this gem; I hope it reaches more people in Argentina so I can get varied feedback 😍. If you have doubts before buying, ask me – I’ll guide you with total confidence as I’ve been enjoying it for over six months. Edit January 2026: thanks to everyone who looked me up on IG for this review or asked for help deciding, I feel incredibly secure recommending it because I’m both a user and the owner of the bottle. Thank you 🫂🩷🫶🏻

  • I’m bothered that some reviews are aggressive when criticising others’ tastes. Perfume is personal and isn’t about putting on airs. I agree with the first girl: analyse the scent and the real experience, don’t dismiss without argument. It lacks respect and ethics, just like plagiarism.

  • Divine. The impressive quality is obvious; I’ve smelled thousands of perfumes. I think it could be cheaper, but it’s Roja and the house sets the price they want; if you have the money, don’t hesitate to buy it. I doubt dupes or clones can match this quality.

  • It’s an absolute beast in terms of quality; I’ve smelled thousands and this is brutal. Perhaps the price is high, but it’s Rouge, so they set the price they want; if you have the cash, don’t think twice. The clones can’t even come close to this quality.

Finally tried this decant on my skin and let it settle for a while. The scent quality is undeniable: from the first spray, its subtlety and balance are evident. The opening features sweet citrus with a rich, buttery note, reminiscent of a buttered orange cookie with a hint of rum. As it dries down, the orange blends with musk, cashmere wood, cinnamon, and butter, creating a rounded fragrance where nothing dominates. Regarding the price, I understand Roja is a high-end, sophisticated brand, but what they charge seems outrageous. Although they use top-quality ingredients, I doubt their production costs are that high; clearly, you’re paying for the packaging and exclusivity. I also tested the Dua Brand clone (Wanderlust in Paris): the opening is sharp, but the dry down is quite similar (with obvious quality differences due to the price gap). Roja’s composition is far more refined and subtle, yet the dupe mimics the fragrance’s direction remarkably well. There is obviously a difference in quality, but considering the price disparity…

Finally managed to get a decant to test it properly on skin and dedicate the time it deserves. The scent quality is unquestionable: from the first spray, its subtlety and balance are noticeable. The opening is sweet citrus with plenty of butter, smelling like buttery orange shortbread with a hint of rum. As it dries down, the orange harmonises with musk, cashmere wood, cinnamon and butter; it’s rounded, nothing stands out, pure harmony. Now regarding the price: I understand Roja is expensive and sophisticated, but the value they ask for seems insane. They use top-tier ingredients, but I don’t think the costs are that high; clearly, you’re paying for the presentation and exclusivity. I tried the Dua Brand clone (Wanderlust in Paris): sharp opening, but the dry down is similar (with the difference in quality due to price). Roja’s composition is much more refined and subtle, although the dupe imitates the scent direction quite well. Obviously there’s a difference in quality, but considering the price…
