At first, it’s a bomb of sweetness, very boozy, but after half an hour the intensity drops and it settles like chocolate bonbons with liquor. Be careful with anyone wearing it, as if they get too close, they might take a bite!
A perfume with an intense chocolate aroma and that liquor note that makes it interesting. The longevity is decent and it has a resemblance to Cacharel’s Amor Amor.
Thank goodness I know whether it smells like real chocolate or that stale artificial chocolate.
I’m afraid to say I was slightly disappointed. The notes promised chocolate, cocoa, ginger, rum, and coffee, but Oriflame took an uppercut this time. It smells more fruity-floral than gourmand and is fine if you don’t know the notes, as it doesn’t smell like it should. If you strain your nose, you catch some synthetic chocolate and a hint of coffee, but it’s not typical. I agree with Engel: it smells oddly similar to Cacharel’s Amor Amor, which has no chocolate or anything like it. The bottle is quirky but opening it was a battle.
It’s gothic, intense, dark, and intoxicating, with a very sexy touch. The scent is dominant yet pleasant, featuring liquor and chocolate. The only ‘but’ is that the chocolate smells slightly synthetic, like a box of chocolates, but I like it. Perfect for afternoons if you’re a goth, but not in the heat as it spoils quickly. Definitely a night scent.
Smells like chocolate bonbons with brandy cherries, what a brilliant idea! I adore it, though the longevity is a bit short. It doesn’t smell like the original Amor Amor; that one is more spring-like and fruity, whereas this is dark and intoxicating. Very good vibes!
Very similar to Cacharel’s Love, Love; I could only detect the chocolate note for a few seconds, but overall it’s a pleasant scent 🙂 I wish it had more longevity.
I tried it as a decant: it’s a very rich perfume, of the type I like, with good performance and longevity. I noticed a great similarity in the opening to Viva la Juicy (first version), and once dried down, it’s almost identical to Cacharel’s Love, Love.
Chocolate filled with liquor, vanilla, a touch of ginger and creamy sandalwood, I perceive them in that rhythm. It smells sexy-elegant, a good combination, though not yet feeling natural. The bottle is small but eye-catching, appearing to hold less than 50ml. The reason I didn’t keep it is that it lasts less than 2 hours, what a pity.
A gem; for the price paid, it seems pure gold: elegant, sexy and bold. Ideal for a formal dinner or a night of passion, as I mentioned, it’s perfect for evening wear, but also suitable for cold climates or days. On my skin it has excellent longevity, over 10 hours, and a medium trail; its notes of boozy chocolate with a hint of vanilla really stand out and I find it so sensual. I recommend it 100% and give it a 10/10!
A very common scent, nothing surprising, but it’s rich, like a chocolate-scented soap.
Love Potion Eau de Parfum by Oriflame is a fragrance where rum, cocoa and ginger stand out, with a moderate trail and a longevity of 4-6 hours, for people aged 20 and over. It’s a delicious gourmand, worn more in winter and in the evening, a scent that lingers on your skin, feeling sweet and striking; it’s a very good fragrance.
I loved it at first, but its poor longevity and sillage put me off buying it again. It’s rich, sensual, very dark with a slightly intoxicating touch; I find it utterly seductive and perfect for close encounters. I’d say it’s for over 25s.
I liked it when I had it, but its poor performance over time and lack of sillage prevented me from buying it again. It’s rich, sensual, very dark and slightly intoxicating. I think it’s extremely seductive, best enjoyed up close. Suitable for ages 25 and up.
Beautiful scent, but it lasts no more than an hour, what a pity.
Beautiful scent, but with a maximum duration of an hour, what a pity.
I got it so cheap (€11) that I couldn’t resist buying it blind 🙈, as I’d never seen it tested, probably because it’s no longer current. That bottle and the name… super magical all around 🖤. But in the end, and logically, the notes, the combination of them all, and….. Chocolate🍫…………………🥁🥁🥁. Absolute disappointment :’D. I don’t understand why it smells like Cacharel’s Love, Love (which I hate); the notes have nothing in common with the other… 🤔 A mystery. In short… this perfume doesn’t smell like the notes it claims. I kept it only for the bottle, which is brilliant :’D, but if you can’t find it in your area or whatever… give it away!
Very similar to Cacharel’s Love, Love, but with a darker, less sweet twist. Not bad, but it lasts a mere breath and projects almost nothing. Given that, I prefer the Cacharel original, which has better longevity and a sweeter dry-down.
