So far, Taersia is my favourite from the brand. It opens with a vibrant, lively touch that prepares you for what’s to come: an intense, radiant and enveloping floral. The neroli are there from the start, striking, creamy and deep, stealing all the attention. There’s no way to ignore them; it’s a perfume you can almost see because it smells so vivid. Although the description lists resins, frankincense, myrrh and coffee, in my case those notes stay in the background. They don’t feel invasive or heavy. On the contrary: the blend has an unexpected freshness that brings balance and prevents it from becoming dense or cloying. That said: if you’re not a fan of neroli, this probably isn’t for you. Because here, the spotlight is absolutely on it. These are creamy, rich, intense neroli with body and presence. But if you enjoy this note, Taersia is a fascinating and enveloping floral experience.
