  • I notice it slightly softer than its predecessor, fresher, and less cloying. I like it even more than the mother Womanity because the fig of Pour Elles does not turn bitter. Shall we create the men’s version of Womanity? I would love something with fig and caviar… mmm, sublime.

  • Lately, I have become addicted to Womanity. This version is lighter and slightly sweet; the strawberry I think spoils the perfume’s magic a bit. On my skin, Womanity is very soft and produces almost no sillage, with this one much less. I am not going to buy it.

  • I find it softer and fresher than the original, less heavy. I prefer it to the original Womanity because the fig doesn’t turn bitter. I wish they launched a men’s version; I’d love something with fig and caviar, it sounds sublime.

  • If it really has nothing to do with the original WOMANITY. This one could be for summer and for teenagers. In reality, it has no sillage, at least on my skin; its notes are pleasant but similar to many other perfumes despite the fig and caviar. It is almost linear and without depth.

Eau pour elles is a worthy successor to its mother. It preserves the sweet/salty fusion, but in a more crude way, perhaps less aromatic and acidic. While Womanity feels fresher, more volatile, and better crafted, Eau pour Elles is deeper, denser, and the strawberry gives it a more fruity aroma with a linear and primitive result. It is not boring and surprises just as its pillar does, but it loses in elegance and slenderness. I see it evoking a younger audience, but with much audacity and personality because it remains a difficult scent to assimilate. It follows an interesting line that seems Mugler is leaving behind, as years ago the designer focused on Angel, A*men, or Alien, which seem to offer more benefits, and we haven’t been gifted new flankers of those iodised sweets in incredible bottles like lost eras. A pity, they are impeccable works, almost artistic. For me, Womanity is already cult fragrance, misunderstood, unjustly repudiated, but of androgynous and bizarre beauty where the most exquisite aroma fuses with briny tastings that touch the unclassifiable.

Womanity Eau pour Elles is a blood brother of the Eau de Parfum with absolute memories of a delicious strawberry, nothing cloying, accompanied by its oceanic scent. It opens curiously alcoholic without overdoing it and settles down, like a crouching animal hesitating, but after a few minutes you notice how the fresh, fierce, and sweet blood of its sister runs through its veins. Nothing to despise. It continues like this, resembling its sister almost one hundred per cent for twenty minutes; from then on, this little pink beast gives you, apart from the fig, a tremendous luminous, cheerful, and awake strawberry. If you like Womanity and want to add a stellar strawberry, get it. Terribly androgynous and unclassifiable like the Eau de Parfum. It oozes peculiarity and rarity. Longevity is very good, sillage a little less (more intimate, wearable in summer, and economical). Don’t worry, you won’t feel humiliated because it’s not suspected that you are lurking nearby. TIP: if you notice Pour Elles is weak, take a 5 ml vial of the original and mix 1 ml with the rest of Pour Elles.

  • A love-hate relationship with this perfume. I like that sweet-salty duality; I wanted it, I desired it. The second time it overwhelmed me, made me want to vomit, gave me a headache… it killed me. I will wait for summer to see if it works better on a less humid day. I hope so, because I don’t want to give it away. I don’t know if anyone else had a similar experience.

When I bought it, I thought of Mugler: power, longevity, and originality. However, it delivers more of what the bottle promises than what’s actually inside. With the Womanity EDP, I had incredible trails; this one is barely noticeable at first. It has an initial similarity but fades quickly, leaving a strawberry mixed with powder and something dirty. It’s original, but for a Mugler this weak, it doesn’t convince me. I still admire the house, though I believe when Thierry Mugler was in charge, they offered more power.

When I bought it, I thought of pure Mugler power, longevity, and uniqueness, something uncommon. But it is more what the bottle promises than what it delivers. I had the Womanity EDP with impressive longevity and sillage; this one, perhaps because it is an EDT (I have tried EDTs of Angel or Alien and they last longer), is barely noticeable at first. It has a resemblance to Womanity but fades quickly. The strawberry appears mixed with a dirty powder smell, then that scent goes and only strawberry remains. You might like it and appreciate its originality, but from a Mugler so weak… I don’t know. I always admire the house; I believe when it was Thierry Mugler they tried to give more power and longevity. I still like it; it remains an elite house.

  • An ode to the ocean, or better still, to the sirens! At first, the fig invades, then it settles into a sophisticated, elegant, and even unisex perfume. What I love is its peculiarity: it is SALTY, much more than Olympia and vastly more so. Wear it day or night, but always in SUMMER, forbidden in autumn and winter. It is soft without being invasive, fresh. It feels like skin after coming out of the sea. Sincerely beautiful.

  • Ode to the ocean or hymn to the sirens: it begins with fig and evolves into something sophisticated and unisex. The only thing that makes it unique is its salty scent, far more pronounced than Olympia. It’s strictly for summer; forbidden in autumn and winter. It’s soft, fresh, and feels like the moment after stepping out of the sea. Beautiful.

A darker and woodier version than the first Womanity. Here, the fig wood stands out over the fruit, followed by a green leaf note and something of sage, yet it remains sweet (thanks to the strawberry). Instead of darkening, it opens up slightly aquatic, not a typical blue, but rather slightly marine (without being literal). On my skin, I barely notice the salt. It closes sweet and dense, like a tanning oil. It lasts 4-6 hours with moderate sillage, not as loud as the original.

A darker and woodier version than the first Womanity. Here, the fig wood stands out over the fruit, with green leaf notes and something akin to sage, yet without losing the strawberry’s sweetness. Then it opens up with an aquatic, marine touch, but not a typical blue perfume. On my skin, I barely detect the salt, and it closes with a sweet, dense point, like a tanning oil. Longevity is 4 to 6 hours with moderate sillage, not as loud as the original.

  • On my skin, the opening is aggressive, like powdered strawberry juice over the original’s typical salty fig. After half an hour, it softens into an aquatic, fruity, and sweet musk that lasts the whole time. However, after eight hours, it smells like nothing; it doesn’t even come close to the original in longevity. Like the original, it’s for women on hot days. Good, but if you buy a Mugler, it’s to make a statement. The signature scents have a distinct personality, and if you know the original, this is similar but much more watery and sweet. I’m a fan of the original; WEpE is pleasant but lacks the metallic and astringent intensity of Womanity. Pleasant: 6/10, Interesting: 6/10, Versatile: 6/10, Original: 6/10.
