Basically citrus. Although it has floral and amber notes, what stands out most are the lemon and bergamot, especially at the start. Later it loses some punch and settles into a subtle skin scent. Still, for the price, it performs well and is perfect for going out for coffee or attending a lunch.
Clearly smells very much like Invictus. It’s identical to Zara’s: Seul and Blue Spirit. All three are Invictus clones. Lasts 4 hours and projects well for the first two.
A good fragrance. It resembles Boss Bottled Night, but not as much Invictus or Seoul. Lasts over 6 hours with moderate projection. Given its low price, it’s good quality, especially if you grab it in a pack with NPH III. I prefer Zara’s other scents like Vibrant Leather, 9.0 or Seoul, but as they say, tastes are tastes; this is by no means bad.
I love it. My partner wears it during the day and it suits him perfectly. It’s a woody, very masculine, fresh and clean scent. It has an energetic character.
It’s rich but not spectacular; worth it for daily wear. It does its job without standing out too much. Ideal for spring and daytime, though its versatility makes it valid at any time. Being synthetic is noticeable, but for the price, it’s fine. Lasts 3-5 hours: projects strongly for the first two, then sits close to the skin. Note: I have very dry skin.
Un unbeatable price-to-quality ratio. Smells like Invictus and Bottled Night. It’s a powerful and delicious scent with medium longevity and trail.
It’s identical to Paco Rabanne’s Invictus, things being what they are, I bought it blind and I’m not regretting it, but I already had Invictus and well, I’ll keep it until I finish the last one. Longevity on skin is normal for Zara, at most 3-5 hours and a trail from moderate to low, being generous with the sprays. With this I don’t mean to say it’s bad, on the contrary, it’s a very good fragrance and I recommend buying it, but being clear that it’s not one of the best from Zara’s house.
Although it’s a Night Parfum, made for the evening, it has a very good effect during the day. The scent lasts thanks to the amber and lavender; it’s very long-lasting, more than 6 hours with that charming scent, a little sweet but not tiring, pleasant and above all masculine. On clothes it’s a delight, smelling for more than 24 hours. Only need to try it at night, but it will surely be a delight, and if you want to feel better, it helps that it’s not too cold. It’s a fragrance that pays off at 30 years or older.
For me, this fragrance has nothing special about it, nor does it stand out at all. It smells like that generic scent shared by many of Zara’s offerings, as lately almost all of them smell like Invictus. It’s a correct fragrance for what you pay, it’s fine for daily use.
Does it sound like Invictus? Yes, 100%. I picked it up in a pack with Night III without expecting much, as it’s not my style, and I’ve loved it. Upon leaving, it smells very much like Invictus, but as it dries down it recalls the Intense with a sweet touch, sharper but not strong, wrapped in a lavender that gives it freshness. I noticed something that made me hesitate: pepper or cedar? That confuses me a bit. It doesn’t project much, but it leaves a trail when you move that is noticeable for hours, then it stays stuck to the skin for several more moments. For the price, I recommend it totally, although I insist: it’s not my usual scent.
It doesn’t smell much like Invictus; it has a sweet touch but it’s not a copy, and I haven’t tried the Boss Bottle yet. After several days of testing in heat, exercise, and cold, I have a verdict. The opening is a bit sharp but pleasant, lasting an hour and a half or two at most, then it turns into a skin-scent that is absolutely rich. It’s always masculine, though with a floral or slightly sweet nuance. I’ve tested it in three scenarios: in the morning at the office, the scent is incredible, it doesn’t bother anyone, I smell great with a masculine tone; my colleague invited me out and gave me a compliment. For dinner or a quiet drink at a sophisticated restaurant or intimate bar to chat, let her come closer or you go to her and let her smell you; the perfume drops in intensity but it’s a good magnet. If something extraordinary happens on that date, the fragrance on your skin remains soft but works, and you’ll smell fantastic. Very versatile if you know how to adapt it. Longevity: 4 to 5 hours. Projection: 1h30 – 2h. Price: Crazy, 250 for the 80ml pack with the Summer version. My rating: 8. Give it a chance, it will surely hook you, not immediately but ultimately it needs to be tried.
It doesn’t remind me of Invictus much. It does have a sweet touch, but it’s not a direct inspiration from that, and I haven’t tried the Boss Bottle yet. Today, after several days of testing in heat, exercise, and cold, I give my verdict. The opening is slightly sharp but pleasant; it projects for about an hour and a half, maybe two, then becomes a rich skin scent. It’s always masculine, even with a certain floral or slightly sweet tone. I define it in three scenarios: Morning at the office, the scent is incredible, it doesn’t bother anyone, I smell very pleasant and with a masculine tone; my colleague invited me out and gave me a compliment. Date at a sophisticated restaurant or a quiet, intimate bar to chat; she gets closer and smells you, it drops in intensity but works like a magnet. If something extraordinary happens, on your skin it remains very soft and you’ll smell great. Very versatile if you know how to adapt it. Longevity: 4-5 hours. Projection: 1h30 – 2h. Price: A bargain, 250 for the 80ml pack with the Summer version. My rating: 8. Give it a chance, you’ll definitely get hooked, maybe not straight away but ultimately it needs to be tried.
It’s one of the worst fragrances I’ve tried; it gave me nausea and I had to gift it away. I tolerate Invictus, although it sounds very synthetic to me, but this has nothing to do with the Paco Rabanne one.
The Winter version is identical, exact. I bought the pack with Zara Night II and its Winter version, and it was a fraud because they smell the same.
I got it with the pack containing Zara Night Pour Homme III. It’s a pleasant scent, but it doesn’t have the surprising performance of that other one. Anyway, for the eight dollars it costs here, it’s more than enough for daily use.
If you’re going to buy Invictus, give this Night a second thought because it’s very similar, unless you have a trained nose. The price is unbeatable, especially if you buy it alongside its sister, III, another gem from Zara. What it loses in projection and longevity compared to Invictus (which isn’t much, by the way), you recover by reapplying it, since it doesn’t hurt the wallet to do so every 4 or 5 hours. The downside: I’ve been told the 2021 batch lasts a breath, at most an hour. So it’s up to you whether to risk it, keep in mind that Zara doesn’t offer returns.
What a beast of a perfume! I gifted it to my partner and I absolutely love it: it’s incredibly attractive and seductive due to the aromatic blend of wood and citrus that I adore in a man. On my skin, it lasts about 6 hours. At first, from the bottle, the citrus with lavender and cedar can seem strong, but as it dries down, the amber with tonka bean softens it, creating a perfect combo with the skin (very tempting) that adds warmth without losing that initial freshness. It’s a scent that captivates, ideal for dinners or evening events. It has everything masculine without being coarse, and that fresh modern touch ensures you don’t go unnoticed. Very happy with this Zara find.
What a tremendous perfume! My partner was gifted it recently. The scent seems very attractive and seductive, with that aromatic mix of wood and citrus that I love smelling in a man. It lasts 6 hours on skin according to my experience. From the bottle, the citrus with lavender and cedar can seem a bit overpowering, but as it dries down, the amber with tonka bean polishes it, matching the skin (super tempting), giving warmth without losing that initial freshness. I find it an arresting scent, ideal for dinners or evening events. It has all the necessary masculinity without being coarse and that touch of current aromatic freshness to not go unnoticed. Very happy to have discovered it.
Spectacular fragrance! Although its notes aren’t the most original compared to niche perfumes, this Zara jewel is a compliment magnet and a pure joy to smell so good. My wedding was in December 2022, so since January I’ve been searching for the perfect perfume for my fiancée (now wife) without her knowing, hoping to confirm my choice with her reactions. Every time I visited, she’d try something new. Tried Aqua di Gio Profumo: zero reaction. Armani Code: zero. Bvlgari Man in Black: positive reaction but she wondered if I’d smoked. Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau: nothing. I went through Blue de Chanel EDP, several Mont Blancs, two or three Diors, and almost all the famous recommendations. Until one day I casually used my daily fragrance, without special intentions, thinking it was routine and unremarkable… and her reaction was the best of my life. Literally, she wouldn’t stop hugging me and smelling me as if it were addictive. I married Zara Night Pour Homme Night II. She told me she’d never heard a man smell so sexy that day and to always wear it. That’s when I knew that neither brand nor price guarantees good reactions. Neither my wife’s nose nor mine are trained in notes, but with this, you can’t go wrong. Without a doubt, it’s the one that has given me the most compliments from both men and women, and the one I enjoy the most myself.
Spectacular fragrance! Although its notes aren’t the most original as in niche perfumes, this Zara gem is a compliment bomb and pure enjoyment for smelling so good. Backstory: My wedding was in December 2022, so since January I searched for the perfect perfume for my fiancée (now wife) without her noticing. Every time I visited, I’d try something new waiting for her reaction. I tried Aqua di Gio Profumo, Armani Code, Bvlgari Man in Black, Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau, Blue de Chanel EDP, several Mont Blancs, Dior… almost all the famous and promising ones. Until one day I casually used my daily fragrance, without special intentions, as it was my habit and lacked spark. Her reaction was the most positive of my life: she wouldn’t stop hugging me and smelling me as if it were addictive. I married Zara Night Pour Homme Night II. She told me she’d never smelled anyone so sexy and that I should wear it always. That’s when I knew neither brand nor price guarantees good reactions. My wife and I don’t have trained noses, but with this perfume you can’t go wrong. Without a doubt, it’s given me the most compliments and the one I enjoy the most myself.
I’ve tried it many times at Zara and the only reason I haven’t bought it is that, while exquisite, it’s generic. It doesn’t stand out or catch attention, but it does make you smell good. It’s for everyday wear, for emptying bottles. Highly recommended for its value; it’s the safe choice, with excellent longevity and projection.
I’m not sure what they see in Invictus with this perfume. It’s a rich, masculine and versatile aroma. It’s one of those that makes women say: ‘smells like a handsome man’. It doesn’t last long and projects little, but it’s very economical and reapplying doesn’t hurt. Citrus and fresh opening, with lavender adding masculinity and cleanliness. Some base woods that give it body. A good option when the wallet is hurting.
I don’t know what they see in Invictus with this perfume. It’s a very rich, very masculine, and very versatile scent. It’s one of those that women say when they smell it: ‘it smells like a handsome man’. It doesn’t last long and projects little, but it’s very affordable and reapplying doesn’t hurt. Citrus and fresh opening, with lavender adding masculinity and cleanliness. It has some heavier wood or base notes that hold it up and give it body. A good option when the wallet is hurting.
Seems like a very masculine and fairly generic scent, featuring spiced bergamot, which doesn’t appeal to me at all. It’s just another citrus-amber fragrance of the ordinary kind, projects little and doesn’t last long, but it’s decent for the price.
Invictus Water.
Generic, low-quality fragrance that smells very much of insecticide. I use it as a bathroom air freshener; it came with Night 3, which is definitely worth it.
A mild fragrance lacking punch, though it draws inspiration from blue scents and reminds me slightly of YSL Y EDP. The trail is soft and longevity is weak to moderate. I wear it in the morning for the office. I wouldn’t use it at night due to its low projection; you might get lost on the scent trail.
Totally generic, but you can’t ask for more at this price point. Lasts me about four hours with a literal thirty-minute projection. You have to bathe in the perfume for people to notice it, but I love it and consider it excellent value for money. Smells clean and aromatic. CHULADA.
Bought it as part of the pack with Night Pour Homme III (that one is genuinely good), but on its own it feels very generic. The longevity and trail are mild. I wear it for daily use and for work. In my opinion, it has nothing to do with Boss Bottled Night. Perfect for all year round without any issues.
Smells like insecticide.
A fresh aroma, like a moisturising cream, summery. It doesn’t project much, but if you apply it several times, it suddenly smells rich and delicious, citrusy and sweet, without going unnoticed. Excellent value for money; Zara knows what they are doing.
I bought it at Zara and was surprised. They say it’s a dupe for Invictus, and yes, it shares the DNA, but it’s not quite the same. I see it more as a flanker: more mature and darker than Invictus, without that sticky note mentioned. Performance is fair. It smells good and would be incredible if it lasted longer. It lasts about 5 hours on skin and 7-8 on clothes. Projection is low, but for the price, you get good value from the atomiser (around 10-12 sprays project about a metre and a half). I don’t understand all the hate; it’s quite good and generates many compliments. Best wishes.
A rich aroma, good for anything in the heat. Projection and longevity are moderate to low, but it’s worth re-applying given the price-to-quantity ratio. Scent: 9.5, Longevity: 6.2, Projection: 5.
A very clear blue fragrance, versatile and well-crafted, though short on trail and longevity. A good masculine scent, but true to Zara’s usual habit: it doesn’t last long. I finished two bottles by over-applying to make it noticeable (2 hours pushing it). I see it as a mix between Invictus and Y EDP by Yves Saint Laurent, roughly 70-30. I love it; it would be my signature if it projected and lasted longer. In Mexico, prices have skyrocketed: the Night Homme 2 and 3 pack used to cost $550 and is now $750. At that price, I wouldn’t buy it unless you are obsessed with the scent, as there are Arabic options with better longevity for that money. I hope to find it or something similar with improved longevity. The decision is up to the reader.
Hello, I saw reviews suggesting using it as a room freshener, but I found no utility in that and use it in the bathroom instead. It smells terribly synthetic, reminiscent of insecticide. It doesn’t smell bad, but the longevity is very poor. Thank goodness I only paid €20. Always test first. Best wishes.
Dark blue for evening wear in mild climates. It doesn’t last long, so you need to reapply. The scent is rich, bringing reminiscences of Invictus, Hawas Ice, and Adolfo Domínguez’s Black Amber, yet it has its own personality. For the price, it’s excellent. The longevity is poor, around three hours, enough for a quick out and back. To conquer girls, you’ll need another fragrance, unless you have the minx ready… hehe.
I’m a regular user, not an expert. It smells very much like Invictus; that DNA is definitely there. It’s not original, but it takes a sweeter, less aquatic turn, making it an excellent choice for the price. It’s versatile, innocent, and a bit boring, but it delivers. Easy to like and I’ve received many compliments. It comes in a pack with Zara Night III and they complement each other perfectly.
Quite poor. It literally saves you only a few minutes and lasts very little.
All Zara perfumes are the same: super synthetic formula. My sister wears a millennial one and it ruins my day. They must have finished the Puig/Zara stock and everyone is down in the dumps. Apologies to those who like them; my aim is to report what people with careers and education tell me, not YouTubers selling to their aunt.
Perfect for a glass of wine on the patio, all by myself. I spray it on my arm and think: ‘tomorrow another, this one doesn’t even light up’. But it’s rich. Worth it with the III, the real deal. Patagonian greetings.
