  At first, a well-defined citrus note that is present without being harsh, accompanied by nutmeg. The florals leave a powdery sensation. The dry down recalls certain heart and base notes of Halston Z-14, seeming like a fresher and less overwhelming version of that classic. Ideal for traditional palates, it lasts over 12 hours with a moderate trail. Perfect for formal wear, daytime use, and in cold weather, autumn, or fresh summers. Although the brand is English, the fragrance is made in France.

  A very eighties fragrance but in perfect condition, with earthy and citrus notes that dominate its evolution in this herbal aroma. The scent is barely noticeable, yet the vetiver stands out with a greener touch, while flowers and moss create the image of a bouquet in a wooden vase, surrounded by freshly cut grass. I felt the quality-price ratio was fair, considering that the 100 ml bottle cost me very cheaply (300 pesos, around 12 dollars).

  A very eighties scent, yet beautifully preserved, with earthy and citrus notes dominating its longevity. In this herbal aroma, the vetiver becomes slightly greener as soon as the fragrance fades, while the flowers and moss evoke the feeling of a bouquet in a wooden vase, surrounded by freshly cut grass. The price/performance ratio is excellent, considering I paid a real bargain for the 100ml bottle (300 MXN, roughly $12).

  Dunhill that cigar brand which I assume created its fragrances to mask the smoke of its product has left two icons that form the perfect duo. I’ll keep both for later. It opens citrusy dry and bitter a wild horse that makes classic Issey Miyake seem like a tamed foal needing a splash of Montana Black before moving to a woodier note that turns sharpness into elegance. Ideal for summer it works well in spring and even autumn from casual to semi-formal perfect for retro tastes. When the heat becomes unbearable its sister scent steps in so together they cover nearly 90% of any occasion and weather though you must appreciate the classic/vintage/retro vibe as this isn’t a youthful aroma. Performance is medium-low; I recommend applying generously on clothes to improve it but this shouldn’t deter your purchase given the exceptional price-to-quality ratio. Long life to Dunhill Edition a faithful representative of English style even if made in France.
