From The Dua Brand, Error 435 is a leather fragrance designed for women and men alike. Released in 2025, it arrived as a new entry in the house collection.
It was composed by Mahsam Raza. Rather than separating top, heart and base, the house presents six notes as one group: suede, cardamom, osmanthus, tonka bean, vanilla and labdanum.
The suede gives a supple, brushed-leather character instead of anything rigid. It acts as a soft frame for the spices, flowers and resins around it.
Cardamom supplies gentle warmth with a spiced edge, and osmanthus brings floralcy with a fruity glint. Together they reflect the aromatic, floral and fruity accords listed for the perfume.
With tonka bean, vanilla and labdanum, the composition turns sweeter and more enveloping. That is where the vanilla, amber, sweet and musky facets come through.
There is also a powdery softness running through the blend. Kept unisex throughout, the scent balances smooth leather against warm spice and amber-toned sweetness.
It will suit those who enjoy mellow, warming leather with a vanilla-spice character, and who prefer fragrances that are not pitched firmly masculine or feminine.
