Rather than shifting abruptly, it unfolds gradually from peppered bergamot towards iris, pine and an incense-led woody foundation. The tone is measured and textural throughout.
Up top, bergamot meets pink pepper. The bergamot offers crisp citrus clarity, the pink pepper a gentle, faintly rosy warmth that lifts rather than bites.
In the middle, iris sits alongside pine needles. The iris contributes a soft powdery blur, while the pine needles bring a fresh coniferous quality with a hint of resin.
The dry-down combines incense, sandalwood and woody notes with vetiver, white musk and a sand accord. The incense lends balsamic and smoky shading, sandalwood a smooth creaminess, and vetiver a dry, green-earth backbone.
