Elixir de Mirage from PREparfumer is a woody-aromatic fragrance for women and men, introduced in 2026.
It begins with a distinctly green, herbal impression before settling into a deeper register characterised by tobacco, resins and amber.
At the top are green notes, cannabis, thyme, saffron and davana. The effect is aromatic and faintly spiced, with thyme lending coolness while davana and saffron contribute dry, fruity nuances.
Through the middle, resins, tobacco and woody notes come forward with violet, coffee, cinnamon and raspberry. Dried tobacco sits against roasted coffee, cinnamon lends warmth, and raspberry offers a juicy touch mellowed by soft violet.
The dry-down gathers amber, incense, musk, tonka bean, guaiac wood, gurjun balsam, oud wood, vanilla, cedar and ambroxan. The texture becomes balsamic, smoky and woody, cosy yet substantial.
As a whole, the composition travels from green, aromatic and herbal towards ambery, balsamic and smoky, with cannabis and tobacco as the connecting thread. The contrast between opening verdancy and resinous weight gives the sense of mirage in the title.
