It pairs an expressive fruity-spicy introduction with a foundation that is earthy, mossy and timbered. The movement between radiance and reserve shapes the whole composition.
At the top are blackcurrant, bergamot, pepper, apple and lime. The impression is sparkling and sharp, softened by orchard freshness and a dry seasoning of pepper.
In the middle, jasmine, patchouli and pineapple take over. Jasmine lends white flower character, pineapple keeps the fruit theme measured, while patchouli adds soil-like depth.
The base combines birch, musk, oakmoss, ambroxan and cedar. Oakmoss with birch recalls the traditional chypre accord, touched with smoke and a suggestion of leather.
Overall the scent travels through floral, woody, mossy and freshly spiced territory, with warm and smoky inflections. Rather than a fleeting citrus, it feels constructed to evolve from luminous to composed.
