  • The Absolue Pour Le Soir for women! That’s what I thought yesterday when I wore it, hehe. Although I don’t believe much in gender categories in perfumery, I inevitably associated the first phase with women due to that powdery floral and makeup-like scent. Upon applying it, I even sneezed, which almost never happens. The sensation was that I had smelled something similar, perhaps Lipstick Rose and 1889… But as it dried down, I no longer remembered those, but something else… Bingo! Yes, to APLS; to that honeyed rose with a powdery texture. This one does not declare honey, and that density or strength is not noticeable, but both declare benzoin, so I suppose it is the benzoin-rose combination that reminds me of it. Additionally, they share sandalwood, although I do not perceive it much in either. I intuit a little vanilla, but always underneath. Regarding performance, I went to bed ten hours after applying it and could still smell it well with just four sprays of the sample. I just saw that it is an Extrait and the 30 ml cost €98. Certainly, I would not pay that for any perfume, but I suppose prices obey market strategies and not the real cost. The company has the right to set the price they want, and with other houses that only raise prices, I imagine it is because they are doing well. Anyway, it generates curiosity in me that brands with less name like Malle, MFK, Dior Privé, etc., allow themselves higher prices. Olé to them 🙂

  • Along with Under My Skin, these are my favourites from Francesca Bianchi. It comes out sharp for a few seconds before giving way to a powdery scent. After 15 minutes on the skin, that animalic side appears, alternating with the powdery notes. Long-lasting but projects little. It is more for a date when you know the other person is going to come close to smell you. Very feminine. Once I wore it with an essential oil and it was liked a lot; when people approached, they said it smelled like incense.

  • Soapy, powdery, floral, musky, feminine, and animalic, with a sweet touch revolving around cleanliness, like a sweet soap. Clean and dirty at the same time, and its performance is brutal. It screams ‘Francesca’; it has the unmistakable DNA of her creations. It is a masterpiece by Francesca Bianchi, among my favourites in the house, alongside Under the Skin and Sex and the Sea Neroli (the latter being the hardest to wear on my skin). Angel’s Dust is waking up next to the one you love in a luxury hotel, showering together after an unforgettable night, and smiling. They have slept hugging, they have believed in love again, and they are celebrating. They wake up with caresses; a trail of sweet and elegant perfume remains, but the scent of sex and sweat masks it. With a complicit look, they say good morning, share a soft kiss, and decide to get up. They step into a huge bathtub, play with their hands, and lather up until desire interrupts them. In that room they might not always have been allowed to enter, they merge. For the second time, they touch the sky. For an instant, they know themselves to be eternal.

  • Smells like that giant tearoom from Anna Biller’s film Love Witch. All pink, flowers everywhere, live musicians, and three-tiered trays of cakes. Charlotte Russe, Sachertorte, and Battenberg on golden plates, classic British tea, and a bathroom with grooming utensils as if you were at home. It is the perfume of your sweetest fantasies.

  • Guccibroca

Currently, this is the only Francesca perfume I would buy; it’s exquisite and delicate, powdery and soapy, the name really fits because if angel dust existed, it would surely smell like this, floral and sweet, very creamy and ambered… Someday it will fall into my hands.

Wearing Angel’s Dust is like walking among clouds made of violet mist, mimosa, iris, vanilla orchid, and rose, dusted with a little sugar. I love this perfume; I adore its apparent fragility, and I say ‘apparent’ because, although it’s a fragrance with moderate-to-low sillage, that aroma will remain on the skin for at least 8 or 9 hours, gifting you waves of scent without you expecting it. Angel’s Dust hits me straight with nostalgia, transporting me to times past full of glamour, taking me to a beautifully decorated vanity with a pink lipstick next to it, a lovely powder puff, and a powder compact so beautifully detailed with the applicator fully perceptible. This dream perfume is for personal enjoyment, with an overwhelming sensuality, mind you, I mention sensuality not sexuality; this angel dust has a strong innate sensual charge with touches of innocence, behaving like that beautiful, slender, and elegant evening dress strap that slides softly and accidentally across the shoulder to rest on the upper arm, exactly that is the attitude this fragrance embodies. For me, it’s the easiest to wear of Francesca Bianchi without losing the tattooed DNA of said brand. Angel’s Dust is a perfume you must have; it’s a basic, classic, elegant, and timeless style of perfumery that you should always add to your collection, soft but unforgettable, lovely, very lovely perfume, recommended.

  • Despite the DNA of Francesca Bianchi’s perfumes being perceptible, this Angel’s Dust is much easier to wear than others I’ve tried and feels more delicate. It’s a dense, creamy talc, a fairy dust that makes you feel deliciously accompanied. On my skin, it smells mainly floral, of iris, violet, and rose in large quantities with vanilla in the background and what seems like a sugar glass coating making it slightly sweet. It smells like bygone eras, like the interior of a lady’s handbag containing a luxurious powder puff. I think it’s a very elegant perfume. In its late dry down, it reminds me very much of Under My Skin, a fragrance I adore so much that when I wear it, I think it could be my signature scent in the hypothetical case that it were possible for a curious nose like mine. What remains on the skin of Angel’s Dust during that eternal medium phase, after the first three or four hours, is a tremendously addictive powdered amber. It has a moderate-to-notable sillage and lasts more than 12 hours on my skin without messing up. Among the Francesca perfumes I’ve tried, my favourite remains Under My Skin, which seems even softer but slightly more intense, with an animal twist that makes it more personal than this Angel’s Dust, although I acknowledge I’ve liked this perfume a lot too and could imagine it in my collection. If you don’t dare try other Francesca Bianchi creations, this could be a very good approach to start getting to know the brand, perhaps through a 5 ml decant from Ecuación Natural that, with the potency of these perfumes, will give you enough to know it well before deciding to buy a full bottle. That said, regarding value for money, what these fragrances offer for the price is more than reasonable. A bottle of any of them can accompany you for a whole life because with just 4 sprays at most, it will transport you throughout the day to its universe. Smell 8.5/10 Longevity 10/10 Sillage 10/10 Value 8/10 Versatility 8/10 Packaging 8/10 Would I buy again? No, I didn’t buy it.

  • I bought this fragrance a couple of months ago after researching its nose extensively. I was not disappointed in the slightest. It’s a powdery, talcum, creamy, and delicate perfume. As its name suggests, it is angel dust, though with a somewhat decadent twist. It vividly reminds me of the smell of a lipstick stick, perhaps Estée Lauder or Margaret Astor from the old days. To my nose, iris predominates throughout the fragrance’s life. On the dry down, my skin develops mainly vanilla and musk. Sillage is medium-low, but longevity is high, lasting over 10 hours on my voracious pH. I like it very much, but I won’t buy it again, because it will last me two whole lifetimes.

Angel Dust is a surprise to my nose, considering it’s by FB, as I find it a remarkably versatile scent for when it’s not excessively hot. The combination of flowers (especially iris) and talc gave me a strange reminiscence of Dior Pour Homme, but with a definitely more feminine touch without losing its unisex nature. I wore it in rainy weather and the girls thought it was good but somewhat stately (definitely feminine), while the men told me it smelled like a grandmother’s hug with talc and woods (they weren’t deeply into perfumery), even noting a resemblance to Fahrenheit that I can’t quite identify. (7/10)

  • Mmm, this perfume is overwhelming; I think it’s vanilla mimosa, something that evokes intense yellow for me. With other scents from the house, the dry down is vintage powder that I love—very soft and warm. Although it sounds crazy, I like to wear them to sleep because I take a long time to fall asleep, and once I do, I’m in that powdery phase. But these powders stay intense and slightly sweet, and it was a mistake to wear them to bed. Perhaps it’s because I wore a very ‘yellow’ perfume to sleep a few weeks ago and got sick that night, sweating profusely; just remembering it gives me nausea again, so this angel powder reminds me of that intense, penetrating yellow. It’s a shame because it’s very beautiful and feminine, evoking pastel yellow, pink, and lilac colours, but for iris powders, I prefer the dry downs of Dark Side, Luxe Calm, and Unspoken Musk. My younger sister, a vet and the only one who doesn’t complain about how strong and animalic the perfumes from this brand are, says it smells like violet candies to her. Although she is very gentle and the least dark of Francesca’s creations, I see it for situations where you dress up a bit more.

#fragranciadeldía Angel’s Dust. In the words of perfumer Francesca Bianchi, this extract aims to emulate the scent of a wooden dressing table (sandalwood), with cosmetic scents (mainly floral notes of iris, benzoin, vanilla, balsam, and musk), resulting in a powdery and woody fragrance. Like all of FB’s, it needs adaptation, but with patience you will discover they are perfect. Longevity: 14 hours, projecting for 8 hours. Projection: 2 metres. Season: timeless. Gender: unisex leaning towards feminine. Perfumanía México.

Look how much I like Bianchi perfumes; they blew my mind when I discovered them, they have reset my perfumery tastes and made me start from scratch, taking them as an involuntary reference. It’s like meeting the love of your life, and everyone who comes after does not provoke in you even 10% of the attraction you felt for him. I have some perfumes I loved and have not worn since I got hers. But with this one I cannot; it is superior to me, it repulses me. I think it is because of the Balsam of Tolu. Searching and comparing ingredients, I see that the only two containing it are the only two I do not like: Under My Skin and Angel’s Dust, same sensation, wanting to wash myself and disappear, nausea; it is the last thing I want to smell. I do not want to say with this that they are not great creations; they are, but not for me.

  • Candeleda

Oh, I absolutely adore Bianchi perfumes; they blew my mind and completely reset my taste buds. Now I use them as a reference without even realising it. It’s like finding your soulmate and realising nothing else makes you even 10% happy. I used to have scents I loved, but I haven’t touched them since getting hers. But with this one, I can’t. It repulses me. I suspect it’s the balsam of Peru. Looking up ingredients, I see only two contain it, and they are the two I dislike: Under My Skin and Angel’s Dust. The sensation is the same: I want to wash it off and have it disappear. It gives me nausea; it’s the last thing I want to smell. I’m not saying they aren’t great creations—they are—but not for me.

After a long time without daring to smell anything else from Bianchi following my disappointment with The Lover’s Tale, I was very impressed with this Angel’s Dust. It is truly exquisite and clean, the exact opposite of TLT. I also smelled Sex and the Sea Neroli and Sticky Fingers and now I more or less understand the good comments about Bianchi. I’m happy to have given it another chance despite not all of them being to my liking, especially TLT which I can’t stand and never want to smell again. Angel’s Dust is exactly as its name suggests; it doesn’t resemble anything I’ve smelled before; I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s that perfume I may have been looking for for a long time, one that identifies with me totally, that makes me feel in heaven like my favourite American Cream from Lush (they don’t resemble each other at all, only in the sensation they generate). I hope to be able to buy it soon.

  • My experience with this perfume has been crazy. It was a blind buy. Upon first spraying it on skin, it overwhelmed me greatly (as expected) and I got a hint of the Thrombocid ointment that made me think ‘goodness me, where have I got myself’, I didn’t know if I was going to love it or hate it, but I let it dry and settle for a while and every X minutes I’d smell it and get used to it. Around an hour later, I noticed it had softened and that’s when hearts appeared in my eyes. I perceive the iris and rose very strongly, totally powdery of course, with a very pleasant vanilla base. I also notice it’s very balsamic, obviously due to the declared note. It smells like vintage make-up: the powders and lipsticks. It seems a proper perfume bomb to me; it has fascinated me completely. The longevity is incredible; it lasted on my skin until the next day, and the projection is also extremely potent.

  • anamaestracorreo

I agree with the comment below. Its opening smells similar to the Thrombocid ointment 😆. It improves as it settles. Extremely powdery and the iris is very prominent. Fixation and longevity are infinite.

  • Sweetvanille

To say it smells like Thrombocid is an insult to the creator, I’m sorry. It is a very feminine perfume. 💘 Angel’s Dust is a masterpiece by Francesca, created with care and attention, and it conveys this when you smell it. When you inhale it, when you introduce it inside you, when you soak your brain with it… it is a WOMAN. I feel like wearing Angel’s Dust when I want to feel like a princess, not the wolf from Dior Addict, not the coldness of Azzure by Estée Lauder; when I seek lace, velvet, when I want to please him, drive him mad… be me, be feminine. I think iris is the quintessential feminine scent, surpassing the rose which I have always found metallic and cold. Giving it to a woman is a hit; it means: I am different and I want you different from others. Within its entire range and after the animal explosion of Sex on the Beach, it is my second favourite without a doubt. 💘

  • I bought a decant and the disappointment was total: its longevity is very poor compared to others from this brand. The scent is wonderful, but it lasts little and the trail is just skin. Too much money for such short wear.

  • Candycandy40

Very powdery, but with that typical balsamic and semi-animal note from Francesca. It lasts almost all day, though the trail isn’t as beastly as most of her house. It’s the second one I’ve tried and the first I’ve bought since my beloved Sex and the Sea Neroli wasn’t available. I’m keen to try more fragrances from FB. Edit: over time, the iris becomes more buttery than powdery.

  • There’s something about this perfume that I find very unpleasant. I think it’s the mimosa, the balsam of Peru, or how all those chords blend. According to the brand, it tries to recreate an old dressing table with powder, make-up and lipstick… I wish I could smell all that. I smell a fleshy flower rotting. I agree with #Candeleda’s review; I can’t handle it. Generally, I’m not a huge fan of Francesca Bianchi; it doesn’t seem refined to me, it has too many excesses and abuses honey. Still, I like some of theirs, such as Sticky Fingers or Etruscan Water. I’d love to like Angel’s Dust for the name; it sounds very suggestive. I’ve given it more than one chance, but it’s superior to me.

I’ve given it several chances, but it is simply too much for me.

  • It’s perfect for recreating what it wants to: I feel like I’m stepping into my grandmothers’ bedroom. It’s a very good olfactory experience, but I don’t understand how anyone can wear this.

  • Stable4550

It does indeed smell like a dressing table, like compact powder, like lipstick; I would say it smells like a theatre dressing room. It smells so much of powder that it reminds me of my grandmother’s scents or those rosaries with rose beads sold as souvenirs. I wanted to like it, but I didn’t. In the end, as happens with Bizantine Amber, I sense the animal side, the FB signature. And I don’t like it; I feel it smells rotten, to be honest.

I wanted to like it, but I don’t. By the end of the day, like with Bizantine Amber, I feel the animal side of Francesca Bianchi and smell rot. The truth is, I don’t like it.

  • I’ve always loved it, until August 2025. In the heat of Barcelona, I tried it at Perfumería Julia. By night, I couldn’t take it: it smells creamy like make-up, but by the end of the day, it’s dry saliva. A disaster.
